@Mizai01 yes sagot ko jan.. Pero di na ako nagpatuloy sa NSW kasi magma ITA ako sa 189. Pinaexpire ko invites at withdraw ko na Yung EOI ko sa NSW to give chance sa ibang waiting.

@lecia thank you sa reply ma'am kaso maxed out na din yun english ko sa PTE.Inaasahan ko na lan yun 5 pts ko sa work sa September.Any idea kun automatic magupdate points ko sa EOI?pag nadetect nya na 5 years na ko?

@jomar011888 yes please consider as soon as possible Kung kya Ng Budget at Ng time mo. Di natin alam Ang new rules by July 1. Di natin alam Kung magtataas sila bg cut off points like llast year ginawa nilang 65 from 60 points, di din natin sure Kung anjan pa din occupations, minsan bigla na lng nilang babaguhin. Kayang kya mo na mag superior habang nasa momentum ka pa. Pasensya namilit! Hahaha! Aabangan ko superior mo sa PTE!

@vincenthernandez anu Po status Ng application nyo sir? Kung may assessment result ka na at May new employer ka, state mo na Lang yung “end date” Ng previous employment mo. Make sure complete lahat Ng supporting docs to support evidence of paid employment pag nagclaim ka Ng points dun.

Sa current new employer mo naman, start date sya at “ current”.. so far di k naman magclaim Ng points dito kasi new employer nga noh?

No need na bagong assesment kasi same job code pa din naman Yung iaapply nyo .

Good day, I just want to ask. Nag lodge po kami ng 190 for NSW at VIC and also a 189 Visa last October. We have 70pts sa 190 visa while 65 with 189. Dependent po ako and my wife is the primary. any updates po ba regarding this? Natatakot po kasi ako kasi baka may mali po ako sa na fill up. RN po asawa ko and we live in NSW regional area. Normal po ba ang waiting time na ito?

Same yung case ko ICT Support Engineer lodged June 2018 for Visa 190 NSW, VIC and SA 70 points with SS points na huhu wala pa ring update.

80 points (including 5 points partner, 5points ss-superior english) for auditor in NSW, ano po kaya ang chance? nag tanong kasi ako sa agent pero dinidiscourage niya ko to apply and encourage my partner instead kasi pwede mag apply si partner ng Network Specialist pero atm 50 points lang si partner (including partner skill points, visa 189) working out pa yung english niya mejo tagilid sa english. sabe ni agent he just need at least 65 pero try to do 70 para sure. nanghihinayang lang ako sa panahon. if we can apply at 80 naman for s.190 while waiting for him to earn points. nagtataka lng ako kung bakit niya ko dinidiscourage. sana may makapag advise. Hello sa lahat, si hubby nagsubmit ng eoi for 190 this month with superior pte pero 70 pts sya without SS..for software engineer occupation. Meron bang nsa same situation dito? if so, gaano katagal ang waiting period bago nainvite for nomination? naalala ko kasi dati non nainvite ako less than a month lang from submission ng eoi. Pero that was 3 years ago

Hello, Rhea. Yes I already lodged my EOI last month for Visa 489. Unfortunately the regions where EEs are accepted are not open for application. Actually, 489 is not an ideal option for me since my family lives in Sydney metro, but I still put in an EOI just to see where it goes. I have 65 points now for visa 189 but not getting an invite so far. I finished my CCL exam this month so hopefully that helps.

I have a few quesions po regarding applying for 190 visa in NSW..

First, ang PR points po ba, the higher points you have the more chances na maiinvite ka or does it mean mas mapapabilis lang yung pagreceive ng invitation mo?

Second po, I have a defacto partner, kakatapos lang namin mag PTE pero di kami umabot sa superior, so 10 points lang nakuha namin both for english. Web developer ako and Architectural draftsperson sya. Ang dilemma namin kasi kung sino ang magiging primary applicant, sa pagcalculate namin ng PR points pareho kaming 70 ang total. Would it be practical if isa lang samin ang mag retake ng PTE based on kung sino ang mas higher ang chance mainvite? Para umabot ng 80 points ang primary applicant. Ako kasi as per checking yung NSW priority skilled occupation list - https://www.industry.nsw.gov.au/live-and-work-in-nsw/visas-and-immigration/nsw-skilled-occupations-list/nsw-190-priority-skilled-occupation-list naka Medium and Web developer and naka Low lang ang Architectural draftsperson.

So gusto lang po sana namin ask if ano dapat ang diskarte? Thank you so much and good luck to everyone!!

If you occupation are open in NSW, u can try making an EOI for both of you. Ang trent ng NSW ay pinipili ang mga matataas na points. But sometimes there are exception. If you or your husband fall on the occupation na onti lang ang applicant, may possibility na mapili ka kahit minimum lang ang points mo. You can never tell.... Kaya try mo lang ng itry..

So while waiting. Try ng isa sa inyo na magpataas ng occupation. Provided na ung occupation niya is laging open ha. Sayang naman kung na superior tapos biglang nagclose ung occupation.

for Planning po.. . anyone maybe got same situation... My wife is the PRimary Applicant (Gen Accountant) and plan po talaga namen sa Sydney mag stay (Visa SC 190 NSW) aok naman po engineering technologist (dependent ni misis sa application).. Let say ako po ba can work sa different state like sa Perth kasi ang nature po ng current work ko is OIl n Gas and mostly asa Perth yung mga ganitong employers. Okey po ba letsay mag work ako sa perth pero fly in fly out and sa NSW bale kami naka tira. thanks...

I'm not really sure about this setup. But part of the moral obligations na pinipirman ng migrant is to work and stay with the nominating state for 2 years. Take note, NSW do not issue release letters. You can ask for other opinions na tlagang naranasan ang ganitong situation. (Did they get citizenship even doing this?).... Even if your the dependant sa application, once you were granted, PR kana.. wala ng dependant or main.so maybe think about it...
