hello po, big move na rin namin ng 1st week of Nov. Kabado rin. Any tips po sa paghhanap ng bahay na for rent? Family of 4 po kami, pero kami muna ng misis ko ang ppunta para mkpaghanap ng bahay. Ano ano po ba ang requirements na hinahanap? Maraming salamat po sa mga sasagot.

Regarding sa rent, mabilis lang ba? I'm planning to move out here sa friends ko if I land a job. I heard mahirap daw makakuwa ng rent. I am thinking airbnb muna while looking for a place to rent long term. Nakakahiya rin kasi yung inaalagaan pa ako ng housemates ko.

Depende sa demand ng area din. Pag maraming applicant sa rental property, mamimili yun may area. A few years ago, around inner Sydney, marami applicants. Ngayon, dumami ang apartment units na tinayo so mas loose ang requirements
Usually sa identification, ok na ang passport, medicare, visa details, employment contract, license. Hindi ko na maalala kung 2 or weeks deposit tapos 2 weeks advance rent.

Bago palang po kami sa Aus, 2 months PR. Nag apply na ako sa Centrelink kaso nalilito lang if ano pede e apply na benefits. Meron kami daughter 10 yrs old and nagaaral na dito, partner ko wala work and ako casual lang pero medyo napalayo ako sa bahay na tinitirhan namin ngaun kaya konti lang nakukuha ko. Currently looking for work. Anu kaya pede e apply. And pashare naman po exp. mga kabayan. Maraming salamat po.

Punta po kayo sa Centrelink mismo. Sabihin niyo lang sa reception na you want to make a claim but not sure what specific. Baka qualified po kayo sa FBT1 and rent assistance.
Sakin noon wala din ako alam then pina fillup lang ako ng info online to identify anong pde namin ma claim. Laking tulong din nung na claim namin noon.

Good morning peeps! Ask ko lang about sa pag IED, pwede bang ako muna pumunta ng AU then after few months susunod nalang yung family ko? I was thinking kasi na maghanap muna nga work then I will settle everything b4 they come to AU para madali na sa mga bata? Yung Deadline naman na binigay sa amin is sa Oct 2020 pa so I was planning to fly by March or April then sunod sila around June or July.
Also about sa polio vaccine? kailangan magpa shot ang mga bata bago pumunta nga AU right? need din ng certificate?

@MyAusDream punta ka sa centrelink tapos bbigyan ka nila ng number at registration para sa mygov account. Pagmasipag sipag ang nakausap mo me mga instances dito na dun mismo sa centrelink office tinulungan sila magclaim on the spot. But if not, like my case, regiter ka lang sa centrelink na nakalink sa mygov account, meron dun link na make a claim. Iaassess nila ang situation mo based sa questionaires tapos magrrefer sila sayo ng pwede mong iclaim, online lahat yang claiming btw.
