Hello, you can see the invitation round details dito: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skillselect/invitation-rounds (December round will be posted usually 2weeks from now).
As for sino-sino yung na invite, you can't see them. But you can check your email or skillselect to confirm if na invite kayo.
You can also use third party sites like: https://myimmitracker.com/en/au/trackers/expression-of-interest-sc189 para makita pero hindi official yan, mga user inputs lang yan so it could either be real or fake (most likely).
