One day error po. Sa tingin niyo ano ang dapat ko gawin? may nakaexperience po ba ng ganitong circumstance? Worried na po kasi ako. Sana may makatulong po. Salamat 😔

I don’t think it would be a big issue unless your points got affected because of it. Just write a letter explaining this

@RheaMARN1171933 salamat po Ms Rhea. Saan ko po issend ang letter? Mas matatagalan po ba if ang pagprocess kapag may error?

@RheaMARN1171933 ..hi miss rhea, tanong lang po ako if okay lang po ba na mag lodge uli ng EOI for 190 s ibang state kahit kaka grant lang ng visa 489?

I think if your granted a 489, the only visa u can apply after that is 887. Hindi na pwedrng mag 190... Please correct me if im wrong....

Is your 489 granted? If yes, you cannot apply 190 anymore. Need mo na mag hantay ng 2 year to apply for 887. If you are still waiting for 489 grant, you can try to apply 190 while hndi pa nafafinalized ung 489 mo. Make sure to withdraw it if ever u lodged 190 na. Its really upto u honestly. Cheers!

I am not sure where you got this information from as last time I check the legislation, nothing prevents a 489 holder to apply for 190.

First of all, I have the understanding that @isa1826 hasn’t activated her 489 visa as yet, therefore it’s technically doable.

Regardless if the visa is activated, it is possible as they were some who did this many years ago. Once 190 is granted, 489 will be superseded. However, the reality of the recent developments would only show us that it wouldn’t be an easy strategy. Firstly, if one applies for 190, the state will ask if the applicant has other applications. The fact that there is a 489 grant which most likely be from a different state would definitely make the state doubt the applicant’s genuity to stay in their state. So in short, it’s far way more complicated, stressful and waste of time any money. I would just bluntly advice to just be happy and satisfied with what you’re given.

    question about NT:
tanong ko lng po if lahat ng occupation for NT kailangan ng strong employment research and evidence of communication with the potential employer or recruiter? if wala nmn sinabi dun sa comments nung NT migration occupation list, not necessary na ba? paano po pala ito gagawin? do i have to have an offer of employment din ba? or just have to research job opportunities like advertisements? thanks po sa sasagot..

The prerequisites should be stated next to the occupation on NT list. If it says employment offer then you need to provide one

@RheaMARN1171933 it only says yung ielts score na kailangan, so ito lng tlga ang prerequisite niya? sabi kasi nung agent namin na kailangan dw yung strong employment research and evidence of communication with the potential employer or recruiter.

Whatever it says next to the occupation. Apart from that you still need to demonstrate you’ve done enough research when you submit your application. It’s hard to give a definite guideline when I don’t see the whole picture. If you have an agent, I suggest you follow their advice. All the best.

Full time or part time work? If di ka nila isponsor for a working visa, the next quickest thing is student visa. You are allowed to work 20hrs a week while studying.

Pede ka mag 189/190/489(not sure if this is the same for rsms)

Curious on this as well. If yes, how long did it took you guys (with 80pts) to be granted? Also, is there a site wherein we could see statistics of invites base on points and how long it took them (by points) to be granted? This is so we could see the trend.

Hello po sa lahat, ano po kaya magandang applayan ko na visa, gusto ko sana mag migrate from Japan to Australia, ang father in law ko and brother in law are both Australian citizens.
I am a Japanese national, born and raised in the Philippines, sa point of view ko mas nakikita ko na mas okay for my kids na sa Australia palakihin. Japan is good pero there is something here na parang mas magiging okay for my kids if sa AU sila lalaki... Mahirap iexplain pero siguro if ma tira kayo here, maiintindihan niyo...
    As for my background,

    1. Japanese Citizen
    2. 10 years work experience as duty officer sa Airport saten sa Philippines.
    3. 2 kids ages 3 and 4.

My plan is to apply from Japan, sana ma guide niyo ako or kahit ma bigyan ng ideas.. Thank you in advance!
