@superluckyclover thank u po. Another thing, nung nag pa assess ako sa anmac hiningan ako ng reference letter from my previous employer to support my claim under anzsco RN medical. Yung nkalagay sa LOD ko “suitable for migration” but also it was stated that the assessment has been made based on my Australian registration documents. Does that mean di ko pwede ilagay sa EOI ung employment history ko? Kasi di sya stated sa skills assessment ko? Any idea po? Salamat 😊

If you do not have a thorough understanding of the immigration policy and legislations, don’t even attempt to use that link as basis when quantifying you’re work experience. Sorry about that. I thought DHA would be releasing an update soon after ISCAH posted it. But it seems to be not the case.

For sure no harm meant. I just had to quickly jump in before people get confused. Technically this is possible but risky for DIY’s so best to consult an expert before doing this. I find ISCAH somehow a bit irresponsible for posting something that can lead to misinterpretations - it also got us agents to investigate on facts. The most accurate source of information is the immigration website in lieu of an official advice from the professionals. The rest of the sources shall require validation first

Sa mga naghihintay po ng SC 189 grants, meron na bang nainvite also for 491 (on a different EOI)?
I made another EOI while waiting for SC 189 grant thinking of other options and hoping na mainvite for 190 but I was invited for 491 instead.
Question: Wala namang mangyayari if I'll just ignore the 491 invitation diba?

Depends if your nominated occupation requires job offer dapat may employer kana para ma invite ng 491.

Opo, I was already invited sa 189 (different EOI) and already lodged my application, so waiting for grant na but I was just thinking of other options kaya gumawa ako ng ibang EOI (kasi expire na yung isa sa 189) and was invited for 491.

I see. 263111 and Victoria (Geelong) po yung target ko na pag applyan. Based sa website nila need ng evidence ng offer of employment. Kapag ganun sir need mag hanap muna ng employer bago makapag apply for 491 nu po?

Mate you were just wasting your time for another eoi if you had lodge 189 already. 189 was the best offer/option. Cheers.

Hi, newbie here. I am planning on applying for 189 or 190 visa. Currently nagpaplan ako magtake ng IELTS either this January or Feb. Curious lang about sa process nung sa IELTS lalo na sa point system hehe. Planning din kasi ako to combine my scores with my partner and sabay kami magexam. May 5 yrs work experience ako as a Software Engineer and siya naman almost 7 yrs work exp as a Copywriter naman.

Nagbabasa basa at nagbabackread ako and marami na din ako nabasang success stories.

190 is state sponsored,yes, by state ang application for 190. Pag na bigyan na ng state sponsorship may visa application pa which is sa immigration na.

@RheaMARN1171933 as much as I want to start Asap, limited funds is what’s stopping me but I’ve begun to collect documents for Skills Assessment if that helps which leads me to my other question:

What if my company didn’t pay for taxes so I didn’t have BIR in my first job and I do not have copies of my last payslips, would a COE suffice? Also, what other docs could serve as proof of my employment? So far I only have COE and BIR in my 2nd, 3rd and current job.

first report your first employer, its illegal.
coe alone is not enough.
bank statements reflecting transactions that your employer is remitting your salary is an option.
time is precious if you plan to migrate here, competition is really tough now, so fast track everything you can.

@Captain_A we have thought of that way back 2010 but they made it appear that we are exempted from paying our taxes pero alam ko need pa rin ifile kahit under minimum. I don’t have copies na din of transactions since I surrendered my payroll account when I resigned.Idk how else to prove that part of my employment, 3 years din yun so sayang if I just let it go. Would SSS contributions be accepted?

Meron na nag try mag submit ng SSS contribution. Positive naman yung assessment. I guess you just need to present your files that would make it look sufficient I guess. We have a similar case for my first job. No ITR, no payslip, no nothing. So what I did, I submitted COE (with job description of course) together with a Salary Certificate I requested from my previous employer stating that we never had pay slips since we were cash basis back then.

Thankfully, I received a positive outcome.

@_sebodemacho , Good to know yung naging move mo dian sayang kung nalaman ko agad yan pwede ko sana magawa unfortunately my first job was not included on my assessment kasi nga wala ITR and payslips, they also pay us via cash but I got detailed COE from them. Sayang at di to na advise ng agent ko. may claims sana for the points on the employer. anyway. great info para sa mga next na mag papa assess.

My other question would be about my COE. My 2nd job gave me a generic COE without job description because confidential daw (?) I read here that I can write my own job description and have my superior sign it. What if closed na yung company and I no longer have contact with my superior?

Third and last question: how do I request a detailed COE from my present company without giving away the idea that I’m planning to migrate? Ang pwede ko lang hingin is generic COE with my tenure and salary. I have contracts with my job description and latest payslips as well as ID, pwede kaya yun?

Contracts are not allowed as far as I know... Anong assessing body mo? Better read up their guidelines for better decision making. You might need statutory declaration for both your 2nd and current job in case you're unable to get COE with job description.

Just be creative in asking for a COE with job description. Pwede mo sabihin for your own future reference, that does work. Otherwise, pwede ka rin naman maging honest sa HR mo, just ask for confidentiality.

Nakikita ko lang na magiging delikado dyan, when your direct manager learns about this move. Try to avoid that at all cost. Pwede ka kasi nila ma-flag na magreresign ka na haha! Kung susundin mo maging honest with your HR, ask mo kung need ng signature ng manager mo to approve the job description. If so, that's another scenario that you'd have to go through.

As for my current job, mandatory kasi dito na kapag nagrequest ka ng COE, you have to let your managers know so ayun, sureball na malalaman na niya yun pag nirequest ko from HR. Baka ipagkalat na, chismosa pa naman boss ko lol
