Visa 190 and 491

Hi my uncle got invited in 491 in QLD. I just want to ask regarding sa settlement fund. My uncle is the primary applicant with two dependent (wife + child) ang nakalagay po dun kailangan ng $40,000. Paano po kung wala syang maipakita na $40,000 worth na cash + properties? They are based in Dubai right now and they don’t have properties under their name in the Philippines. I hope may makasagot po sa akin. TIA!

@aranayad Pwede rin yung ibang assets like car and jewelry basta may valuation. Ang alam ko pwede rin yung life insurance kasi may cash value yun pag na pre-terminate ang policy. Baka naman that will all add up to the required amount. Pag state sponsored you have to comply with all of the requirements para mabigyan ng final ITA.

@maguero yun nga po wala po talagang properties like car, house and land( still on parents name). Ang iniisip na lang po namin is maging truthful dun sa cash nya in the bank tas kahit na hindi na sya 25 and under makapag financial support declaration na lang sya from his brother !
Waiting po ako dun sa mga minessage ko that are also invited in Qld under 491 kung ano po ang ginawa nila.

@aranayad You just need to show the account balance even out of online banking will do and without any history or transactions. Not even certified by the bank. Mine was literally a screenshot from online banking showing my name and the account balance and no certification of authenticity from the Bank, that's it (I submitted my QLD requirements last Feb 2019, my application was for 190 VISA QLD, I think same rules applies to 491 as well). So if you ask me, don't give any chance na ma question kayo ng IO. What I did was borrow money from friends and family just enough for the minimum requirement.

For Visa 491 (FSR) , do we still need all docs to be notarized as certified copy po?
Already received invitation po, with few days left, looking to obtain direct grant po, kaya just making sure before we attach docs sa immi account.

Also for Visa 491 (FSR) po:

Need to fill-up both form 80 and Form 1221?
Enough na po kaya ang ****Marriage Cert**** as Evidence of Relationship-Spouse? or need pa rin po ng supporting/additional docs. Can please advise on other docs that can be submitted?
For Evidence of Member of Family Unit po, can still attach the Marriage Cert as Main document? Otherwise, we have a signed Joint Account Application Form from DBS (customer copy) which we've got after successful opening over a week ago. Would that be enough po? Submitting/attaching our respective utility bill notices with the same address, would that count po? Kindly advise.
Evidence of Eligible Family Sponsor, is the evidence of Australian Citizenship, Residence certificate, and birth certificate, enough?
Evidence of Work Experience - Overseas, enough na po kaya ang same Work Reference na ginamit to obtain positive assessment from ACS or need pa rin po ng Employment certificate, payslip, and resume? May nabasa rin po kami na others even submitted statement of account from SSS and/or pag-ibig as it would show po payments contributions of employer?

Hi, everyone. Just want to ask po kung sino po ang na-invite recently ng Western Australia.
We received an email from WA saying that your application has been considered and will get further email on how to apply for state nomination. Just wondering if anyone has the same case? how long before WA get back for the invitation. Thank you po.

Good day!

Is anyone here tried to apply for 190 or 491 under Victoria under ANZSCO code for Registered Nurse (PAEDIATRICS). Napansin ko lng po kasi na thats the only code missing under registered nurse.

And is it a better option as well to apply for 491 rather than 190?. Thank you.

Hello everyone, I have questions lang po because nowadays invitations for 189 and 190 is very hard. My plan is to apply for VISA 491 (family sponsorship) nlng. I'm asking po sana if anyone knows po the process or requirement needed for the 491? Or any link that will guide me?

Dapat po ba tlaga 90points na kagad ung EOI mo without the points ng 491 na15pts? Or 90points with 491 visa pts na? Kasi po its hard na hanapin ng ibang points kung hahabulin ko ung 90pts na wala pang 491 pts.

(EOI+VISA491) 75+15 = 95PTS

I am an AU RN on student visa, 80 points. I applied for a 190 sponsorship pero rejected ang lola nyo!!! Reason daw is kulang ang working hours ko for the last 6 months. Dapat kasi 20 hours a week. Strict pala silaaaaa. Eh mumsht yung work kong chururut walang pa shift! 16 hours lang per week ang kaya ng bangs ko!

Pwede kaya ako mag 485 Graduate Visa? 1 year course lang ang conversion na tinake ko sa nursing, pero may 1 year din akong diploma ng leadership, masipag kasi talaga akong mag aral hahahaha. Or mag 491 nalang ba ako?

Jowang puti sana pinaka mabilis? Mga citizen friends dyan, pakasalan nyo nalang meeeeeee

The process should be same as 189 unless you go by the state sponsorship. Just make sure your family member lives on regional area. You need to put the zipcode where the sponsor currently lives. We got invited at 85 pts. Just select 491 sa EOI mo under skillselect.

Yes it was God's grace. We submitted our first EOI in 2015 and nag expire with no invite kasi that time we are only 60 pts. We have to do renewal sa assessment and take PTE few times. The new 491 gave us hope and it was indeed God's grace and favor na invite kami.

Hi guys sobrang tagal ko nawala dito sa forum, di ko na kilala lahat ng current members ngayon. Haha anyway after all the years of planning nainvite na ako sa 491 family last month. Originally balak ko tapusin ang SV ko til next year kaso nagkaplot twist at nainvite na ako after 1 year dito. Lalo na at pro rata pa occupation ko, buti nalang nakalusot sa invites. I'll try to answer some queries again medyo namiss ko tumambay dito haha

I can attest to this kasi the 491 FS goes only to some pro rata occupations like IT occupations and ECE per immi's website. Accountants and other engineering professions marami kasi nag aapply so wala na natitira sa 491.

@leelou Just submit your EOI pero yun nga based sa IMMI reports published thousands ang applicants sa accounting. Focus na pataasin mo points mo. Yung mga thousand na yon is on 85 and 90 pts. Pero I still believe in divine appointment.
