Hello Forum, just signed up po
For Visa 491 (FSR) , do we still need all docs to be notarized as certified copy po?
Already received invitation po, with few days left, looking to obtain direct grant po, kaya just making sure before we attach docs sa immi account.

Any feedback or advice would be much appreciated po. Thanks in advance

Also for Visa 491 (FSR) po:

Do we need to fill-up both form 80 and Form 1221?
Enough na po kaya ang Marriage Cert as Evidence of Relationship-Spouse? or need pa rin po ng supporting/additional docs. Can please advise on other docs that can be submitted?
For Evidence of Member of Family Unit po, can still attach the Marriage Cert as Main document? Otherwise, we have a signed Joint Account Application Form from DBS (customer copy) which we've got after successful opening over a week ago. Would that be enough po? Submitting/attaching our respective utility bill notices with the same address, would that count po? Kindly advise.
Evidence of Eligible Family Sponsor, is the evidence of Australian Citizenship, Residence certificate, and birth certificate, enough?
Evidence of Work Experience - Overseas, enough na po kaya ang same Work Reference na ginamit to obtain positive assessment from ACS or need pa rin po ng Employment certificate, payslip, and resume? May nabasa rin po kami na others even submitted statement of account from SSS and/or pag-ibig as it would show po payments contributions of employer?

Hi po,

Would like to ask may dilemma kasi ako. I recently got invited and is waiting for a grant sa 189. Kakalodge ko lang po ng 189 visa today. I am offshore. But I have to visit Australia for a short time like July and August2020 to see my grandma and my tourist visa expires on June2020. Ano po kaya ang magandang gawin dito? Natatakot ako baka pumatong kasi sa grant ko ung tourist visa e. Can I reapply for a student visa as early as now and what is the impact of that on my PR lodgement and pending grant? What should I do?

Hi. Ask ko lang gaano ka katagal sa visa 190 to get invited? Ngsubmit ng ako sa EOi ng 190 and 189 last Oct.31 2019. Still waiting for invitation.. sa 190 ba may further step pa or wait muna mainvite ng particular state? Thank you

Taken (De-facto at least 1 year or Married) - 10 points if at least Competent in English and Positive Skills Assessment

NAATI Community Language to be Taken in Au - 5 points if passed
if you consider for 189.

Anung state po yung 190 nyo? Walang nakakaalam kelan nagiinvite ang bawat state.

Sa 189 ilan points po kayo? May ITA sa 11 antay antay lang baka time nyo na po. Check mo ang last trend ng ITA kung ilan points ang nainvite. Or check Iscah for updates.

hi po, hanggang ilang 190 kaya pwede ipasa? Pwede po kaya pasahan lahat ng states? VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, NT, ACT, TAS? ok lang po kaya yun?

Pwde po same email ang gagamitin sa multiple EOI.. kung anu po yung detailed information nyo, yan po ilalagay nyo. Be consistent and careful esp sa claiming points..

Nagpamedical po ako kanina at mali mali ung basa ko sa eye chart even with glasses. Madedeny or madedelay po kaya ang aking visa 189 lodgement? Any same experience po?

no actually, pero based sa mga nabasa ko dito, hndi nmn sya reason for refusal.

Nabasa ko dito na pde mag pasa ng multiple EOIs. Kelangan ko ba gumawa ng separate accounts sa Skill Select or pede na ung previous accounts ko?

Kung pano ka gumawa ng first EOI mo, follow that. Just input the same email address you used before.

Technically speaking, an "EOI Account" is the EOI ID provided/emailed to you after you were asked for a password. So multiple EOIs is possible, not to mention, with the same email addresses.

opo pwede, specially if you are applying for SS - State Sponsorship.... gawa ka po multiple EOI's, one for each state kung san po available yung job code mo for better chances...

Pag meron na ITA sa multilple EOI, paki cancel/ withdraw yung mga unused na EOI para ma give chance sa iba.

Mag ask lang po sana ako..panu po ba gumawa ng multiple eoi sa ibant ibang region..ginawa nio po ba is ibat ibang email ad? then ibat ibang send ng eoi for 190 or 491?. Thank you po.

I tried but i think isang araw isang EOI kasi nung tina try ko na sunod sunod ako gumawa ng EOI hindi na gumana ung isa hindi ako makapag login.

Clarify ko lang din po sana. I tried to check the website of South Australia for the application of 491 visa. I read this condition: "If you are currently offshore and have previously studied or worked in another Australian state territory and not in South Australia in the last 10 years, you are only eligible apply for a provisional 491 visa".

Does it includes you timeframe na nagstudy tayo for bridging program for three months?. Thank you po ulit.
