Question po regarding COE. Critical po ba yung date format ng employment? Di kasi naka-indicate yung specific date sa COE ko. Hindi rin specified yung hours worked. COE came from my 1st employer, ang hassle din kasi ipabago sa kanila kasi medyo malayo yung location ko right now.

Yung employment linked insurance, normally may copy tayo ng insurance policy naten with our employer. Or pwede siguro hingin sa HR nyo? Superannuation, pang Australian workforce lang po yan, don't worry about it.

Sa bank statement, you have to inquire sa bank mismo kung nagke-keep sila ng records of more than 10 years. May security policy ibang companies na di nagtatago ng records pag 5 years and above. They properly discard it following compliance.

Ang APE results po ba pwede sya masabing evidence of payment? May mga nakita kasi akong ganun ko po e

Hello po, ask po ulit ako. Pwede ko po gamitin as Employment reference ang Letter of Appointment? Yung isa ko kasing employer ayaw mag issue ng COE na detailed. Nag halungkay ako ng docs, yun lang po yung nakita ko na may pirma ng employer ko at ako na may complete details about my employment.

Nag check ako sa guidelines, pero wala namang sinabi sa clause 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 na bawal ang Letter of Appointment. Although nabanggit sa 7.4 Statutory Declaration na bawal ang Letter of Appointment as evidence of the declarant. And I think bawal lang ang Letter of Appointment if you submit a 3rd Party Statutory Declaration. Tama po ba intindi ko?

Nag try ako mag request ng Statutory Declaration from my former colleagues pero hesitant sila. Parang iba daw ang dating at parang mag fifile daw ako ng kaso kaya nag refuse sila na tulungan ako. Hay ang, hirap pag di aware mga kakilala mo.

Ok lang po na yung available lang but sa mga years na walang ItR, need parin po ng 2 payment evidences.

Assessment date is just to check whether it's still valid, like from that date, 2yrs valid lang yung assessment. Sa claim ng points naman, skilled met date yung mahalaga..

Pag po ba naglodge sa EOI, ako (applicant) po ba ang maglalagay kung ilang points ang sa ACS assessment for work experience? Hindi po kasi ako sure kung considered ba yung skilled employment experience ko as 5 years but less than 8 years (10 points) or 8 years (15 points)?

ACS Assessment: Feb 11, 2020
Suitable After/Skill Level Requirement Met Date: Feb 10, 2012
Employment Dates Assessed: Feb 2012 to Jan 2020

Ito po yung assessment:

Pano po nicacalculate yung number of years experience?
Considered po ba na less than 8 years po ang employment experience ko since yung assessment is until January 2020 lang? or considered na po siya as 8 years since employed pa naman po ako sa current work ko at magpapasa po ulit ng COE?

@_sebodemacho sorry po nalilito parin ako. Hehe. Yung susundin po ba dito is yung date kung kelan inassess which is yung Feb 11 2020? Or yung inasess ni officer na employment ko which is hanggang January 2020 lang? Thanks po!

Hmmm. So yung current job mo hindi naisama sa assessment?? Then you have to submit another assessment for that. May option na Review within 60days of the result.. Pede ka mag add ng COE mo for your current job para pasok sa 8yrs... otherwise, hanggang Jan 2020 lang yung malologde mo sa EOI.

Assessment date is just to check whether it's still valid, like from that date, 2yrs valid lang yung assessment. Sa claim ng points naman, skilled met date yung mahalaga..

Hello po, ask po ulit ako. Pwede ko po gamitin as Employment reference ang Letter of Appointment? Yung isa ko kasing employer ayaw mag issue ng COE na detailed. Nag halungkay ako ng docs, yun lang po yung nakita ko na may pirma ng employer ko at ako na may complete details about my employment.

Nag check ako sa guidelines, pero wala namang sinabi sa clause 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 na bawal ang Letter of Appointment. Although nabanggit sa 7.4 Statutory Declaration na bawal ang Letter of Appointment as evidence of the declarant. And I think bawal lang ang Letter of Appointment if you submit a 3rd Party Statutory Declaration. Tama po ba intindi ko?

Nag try ako mag request ng Statutory Declaration from my former colleagues pero hesitant sila. Parang iba daw ang dating at parang mag fifile daw ako ng kaso kaya nag refuse sila na tulungan ako. Hay ang, hirap pag di aware mga kakilala mo.

question po if ang scores ko po ay 80/85 for 189 and 190, may pag asa pa po kaya akong makakuha ng invite? mag start palang po ako magpaassess ng acs pag nacomplete ko po yung docs.

Hi, needed ang COE with detailed job description. If you cannot provide then ang option mo is to provide Stat Dec plus Supporting Documents like Pay slip or COE (without JD). I suggest if mag Stat Dec ka, provide all your supporting docs that bear your name and your company like payslips, ITR, SSS, Contract.

It's high enough but also depends sa nominated occupation mo.

Sa EOI, don't put end date. As long as currently employed ka, considered ung period ng employment mo even after ng assessment date.

Pwede na po yun, I suggest if for example 2018 wala kang tax document mas better if may other supporting docs ka like payslips. Iassure mo lang na yearly my supporting docs ka then you will be fine. Payslips nman ang usually nirerequire ng ACS

If d nkaindicate ung hours per week, may nakaindicate ba na full time or regular employee ka? Sa ACS nman I think ang importante is the month and year, but sa submission ng application sa ACS you need to provide ng specific date na sa palagay mo nag start ka.
