    Hello,
Pls direct me to the right group if this question is not relevant in this group.
We have applied and granted oir PR 4 years ago. In the application, i wrote my name the same as what it is written in my passport (surname, first name, middle name or panggitnang apilyedo). When we arrived in Australia i learned that middle name here refered as the second name. So my maiden name became my second name here in Aussie. In few months we are going to apply for citizenship and i am unsure as to how to revise or correct my name without paying or going to any court for amendment. Pls help! Thank u.

Same kung pano mo ginawa sa PR application mo. Kasi on your test/interview day, they will check your passport and other docs na dapat match lahat and that includes your middle name. So for me medyo nagulo pa nga kasi nay JR ako sa name... you will be asked to provide three docs na may first middle last name mo... tas si officer sasabihin niya we will use this kasi eto yung nasa passposrt and supporting docs mo.

Happy for others to confirm this kung tama or mali...

Same case din samin. I entered on 457 visa processed by MA. They lodged it with first, mother's maiden as middle and last name bilang yun yung nasa passport and birth certificate. The Visa is tied to your passport information, number and exact name shown sa passport. We don't have any issues with it naman din during interview.

hello kabayan im applying for citizenship po, i would like to ask sana po about certain question. I attached a picture for reference hope you can give some idea po. Thank you in advance.

Picture # 1 - regarding po sa transaction reference number, do i need to submit my application first before I get the TRN #? so it means po ba this form will be uploaded after i submit my application?

Picture # 2 - my father is deceased na po, should i put when sya namatay dun sa citizenship ended or i just leave it blank?

Picture # 3 - family member po, is that enough yung brothers ko lang nilagay ko? or should i input yung nephew ko from my older brother?

Picture # 4 - regarding travelling outside au, should i list all the countries i visited and live when i was a pr or when i was 18? i was 30 years old na when i get my pr and came here.

Picture # 5 - this is on the last part, it is mentioning here 0 out of 60 possible attachment pero wala naman option to upload any documents, ano po ang ginawa nyo po?

Thank you all in advance . Hope you can help me po.

Hello po mga kabayan. I hope everyone is safe at home during this crisis. Meron po akong question about sa “Lawful residence date“. Yung husband ko dumating dito ng March 6, 2016 via Tourist Visa kasi manganganak ako, then we lodged his Partner Visa (in 2 stages) on March 13, 2016 with Bridging Visa A (BVA) normally being granted upon lodgement. We then applied for Bridging Visa B (BVB) for some travel rights kasi need nya bumalik ng Singapore to settle things there and this was granted on March 15, 2016 valid until September 15, 2016. So nagpunta sya ng Singapore on March 27, 2016 at bumalik sya ng Australia on August 30, 2016 and never traveled anymore. His BVA got lifted when the BVB expired. It was valid until he’s granted a Temporary Partner Visa (Stage 1) on February 7, 2017.

Mar 13, 2016 - Bridging Visa A (BVA) grant date
    Or
August 30, 2016 - Nung balik nya from Singapore since nung alis nya ng March 27, 2016 to settle things there?

Antagal pa kasi ng August. Gusto ko sanang isabay na saken ngayon. If kung valid man po yung Mar 13, 2016, need nya nung Police Clearance from Singapore kasi more than 90days syang away.

Mar 6 ang lawful residence date nya, tourist visa can be counted towards residency as long as part sya ng continuous visa mo during the last 4 years, meaning walng time na wala syang valid AUs visa, regardless kung anong type, basta valid.

Ako or ang ina?

    1. About sa date of first visa - Nagpunta na dito yung friend ko ng 2000 as a tourist visa then naulet pa ng 2 beses tourist visa din. Then nung 2016 nagpunta sya dito as state sponsored vusa holder hanggang makuha nya ang PR.

    Hello,
Pls direct me to the right group if this question is not relevant in this group.

Yes, download and fill up Form 1023 (Notification of incorrect answer) and upload it in your application via immi account. During interview, verify that they picked up the updated information.
