Sa ngayon wala pang allocations ng 190 ang mga states for the new fiscal year. Besides wala rin makakapagsabi kung kelan sila nagiinvite so walang prediction. Unlike 189, as everyone knows, every 11th of the month. Though, sa ngayon wala pang any 2613 job code ako nakita na-invite since the new fiscal year started. Hindi ata tayo considered essential haha. Targeted invites pa lang rin ng mga nasa medical and engineering fields.

Hello, I just recently discovered this forum and I am amazed by how cooperative and positive the people are in this community. I would like to seek advice regarding my status.
Apparently, I have a friend that is willing to let me stay in Sydney. Unfortunately, when I gathered all my documents, I only reached 75 pts. My work experience is only 2 years and 11 months, just 1 month short to achieve the 5 pts.
I would like to ask if there are other paths that I can take aside from 189? Judging from the current situation, applying for 189 with a meager point of 75 is like winning the lottery. What VISA should I apply? Or am I still eligible for a student VISA? I am more than happy to hear your advice regarding my situation. Thank you!!

75 points has no chance for 189. And take note, you are not the one to decide whether your 2 years and 11 months experience will be accepted as skilled. They usually deduct few years from your claimed years of experience due to their deemed skilled date policy.

Mga kapatid pwede n po ha mag send eoi ngaun bale ng submit poa kami for 189 190 at 491 kahapon ng try lng po sa DHA na maisend kaso alam ko 189 p lng ang pwede eoi,, un 190 at 491 di pa ata pwede mag send eoi sa mga states until di pa po cla open. Tama po ba hehe. Pls advice me po salamat po.
