preparing na kami for citizenship application.

As far as I know... if hindi equal to or more than 12 months in cumulative total yung mga overseas trips.. hindi sya makaka-apekto sa eligibility.

I came here Feb 2016 and lodged my Citizenship application Feb2020... in that period dami ko din trips abroad... mga almost 12 months in total..

Although still waiting for update sa application...

Salamat! Oo nga same din kayo nung sinabi sa POMSINOZ! Mukang di nga nakakaapekto :) Salamat talaga!

yes, ako hininingan kahit ndi ako nagstay sa SG ng more than 90 days. via their system pa lang to, kase un sa dulo ng lodgment, ang landing page ay andun un mga required docs. at andun un COC, kung may time ka naman ayusin, why not. pero kung may couple of weeks to spare ka naman, offshore application pede naman ayusin.

Do I need an overseas penal clearance certificate
Requirements for applications for Australian citizenship (Conferral, General eligibility or Other situations)
The following requirements apply to the period of time you have held a permanent Australian visa.

You need an overseas penal clearance certificate if:

you lived or travelled overseas since the age of 18 years, and
the total time you spent overseas adds up to 12 months or more, and
the total time you spent in one country adds up to 90 days or more.
If this applies to you, provide an overseas penal clearance certificate from each country where you spent a total of 90 days or more in.

We could also ask you to provide a certificate in other circumstances.

We have to see the original overseas police clearance and we will keep certified copies with your application.

Kailangan ba original papers dalhin during citizenship interview/exam sakali? Like original nso birth certificate? Original nbi clearance? Etc? Original din ba proof address like utilities? Kasi pdf lang natatanggap di ba?

in your case, I don't think CO maglalagay nyan if di mo pa nasasubmit..

baka may algorithm sila of some sort kung anong application magkakaron ng ganyan requirement

oo nga noh.. baka may answer ka along the application that made it ask you for the PCC's

di pa rin kasi ako makatulog eh.. baka hingan ako ng Thai PCC.. which is hindi hiningi when I lodged my application..... di kasi ako makakuha now ng PCC dahil mahirap ang logistics now dahil sa pandemic...

Although sabi naman nung isang friend ko... if may document na kailangan sayo yung Immi.. dapat hiningi na nila before ka pa in-invite for interview/exam...
