That’s correct. It’s because COE isn’t what they’re askiNg for, it’s employment reference letter.

Yes i'm a licensed ECE but not practicing. Got positive result from ACS. Pero binawasan ako ng 4 years (i'm guessing dahil Section 2 ang school ko and hindi gaano relevant ang studies).

“No” po ba ang isasagot dito kahit na yung employment ay related sa nominated occupation pero hindi icclaim dahil binawas na ni ACS?

The following employment after 30 June 2019 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level

Date: 07/12 – 07/15 (3yrs) – Company A
Date: 7/18 – 8/20 (2 yrs, 2 mos) – Company B

Sa EOI po ilalagay ko is:

7/12 – 7/15 – Company A – NOT RELATED
7/18 – 6/19 – Company B – NOT RELATED
7/19 – present – Company B – RELATED

Since after 30 June 2019 lang recognise ni ACS, tama po ba na hahatiin ko ang Company B experience ko from the date na nirecognize ni ACS?

Regarding Payment Evidence. Do i need to submit monthly payslip ng buong stay ko sa company. So if 3 years po. I need to upload 36 payslips? or is there a better or right way. TIA

instead of University of Santo Tomas, ung nakalagay sa result letter is University of San Tomas
nagemail ako kay ACS ang sabi nya lagpas 60 days na kaya hindi na nila macocorrect ung result letter
magkaproblema kaya ako dahil sa typo sa ACS result letter?

It’s not about that. If you would have been my client, I would have gone back to ACS and demand a correction. You shouldn’t bear the inconvenience of explaining to your case officer about the error ACS made. If they can’t correct the actual document than ask them to issue a letter confirming that the institution specified on the outcome letter is indeed UST.

Don’t just accept their explanation. That’s pure laziness in my opinion.

It’s not about that. If you would have been my client, I would have gone back to ACS and demand a correction. Hello po!

May australian sponsor po ako (Brisbane) and just wanted to know if I'll get my hopes up. Yung visa po na pinapakuha ni sponsor is Employer Nomination Scheme (186) since gusto nila Permanent na ako agad. Meron po ba chance na maging positive yung assessment ko sa ACS?

Nomination: Software Engineer
School Section: 3
Average Grade: 2.18 (According sa Grading System sa TOR that is 85%)
Work Experience: 3 years and 3 months (Software Engineer and promoted to Senior Software Engineer 2 years ago)

The sponsor paid for everything po - they hired an migration agency in Brisbane. Nabigay ko na sakanila lahat ng documents na nirequire nila and they said wala na daw further documents needed. I know sakanila ko dapat itanong pero wala pa sila further advise. Baka meron lang po same scenario dito.

Possible po ba na positive yung skills assessment based sa taas?

I think depende kung closely related ang studies mo sa nominated occupation mo.

Sa case ko nagpaassess ako as Software Engineer binawasan ako ng 4years dahil hndi closely related ang studies ko at Section2 ang school.

Sa case ko nagpaassess ako as Software Engineer binawasan ako ng 4years dahil hndi closely related ang studies ko at Section2 ang school.

Thank you sa pagsagot sir. BS IT po ako and hawig naman yung ICT Units duon sa mga subject ko nung College. Worried lang ako na positive pero may bawas experience. Sinusunod po ba ni 186 Visa yung experience sa ACS duon sa "Have relevant work experience?". 3 years po kasi yung minimum experience sa 186. Brisbane po yung sponsor ko.

Question lang, I already have a skill assessment, gusto ko sana kumuha ulit kase mageexpire na, but my problem is I dont have any payslip for my 1st 2 companies na, meron man natabi pero its not the first month and last month of my tenure sa company na un.. anu po kayang pdeng replacement for that?

Na submit na ni Agent yung Skills Assessment ko today. Hoping for a positive assessment! Ilang weeks po usually ngayong pandemic yung result? (10-12 weeks sa website nila)

The quickest we’ve had for some clients was 2 weeks, maximum 4 weeks. All depends if your application is decision ready.

Hello po ask ko sana nag submit ako ng assessment then they emailed me back telling na ung isang company na Statutory declaration ung pinasa ko needed: "Statutory declaration must mention the employment dates for deponent". Any idea what this means ?

I'm applying for MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST last sept. Nagreply sila last week - wed. Asking for "* A more detailed employment reference on company letterhead stationary including the list of key projects you were involved in, your roles in the projects and tools & technologies you used to implement those projects."

Anyone na my naencounter ng ganito?

Meron naman akong pinasa na affidavit - nakalagay dun ung description of duties performed halos 8 line lang to tapos meron din akong explanation from my employer bakit di sila makapagbigay ng employee reference na katulad ng hinihingi ng ACS. Not sure kung nakulangan sila sa details ko na affidavit ko or meron silang specific na hinahanap. 7 days ang due ko

Good point but nope ang iniisip ko maybe nakulangan lang sila sa specific na nakalagay sa description of duties ko kasi mejo in general terms ung sinulat ko dun like siguro ung tools & technologies di nakalagay mismo dahil maybe I can share to you my document para makita mo din?

Right now katatapos ko lang gumawa ng letter. I'm planning to send a document na more specific details but with only just a virtual signiture lang ng manager ko since sa south pa kasi siya probably maiintindihan naman yun since my stat declaration naman ako?

btw wed na ang due neto.
