I think what he meant eh kung pwede ma-waive yun hotel quarantine fee.

Share ko lang na na-waive yun hotel quarantine fee ng colleague ko sa NSW, she arrived last week lang, she emailed the NSW gov and provided the necessary documents including yun ticket na pinurchase niya before na ilan beses na-cancel so I guess possible naman.

    Hello everyone!

Just wanted to ask regarding Medicare enrolment, pag husband and wife po ba (same visa), isang enrolment form lang? Add lang yung isa as additional person? Is there an advantage/disadvantage kung magkahiwalay?

Another thing for Centrelink, may nakakuha po ba dito ng CRN via phone? I tried to call earlier pero ang sabi sa kin pwede daw online lahat. Tumawag kasi ako kasi wala ako identity documents except AU visa.

Hope you can share your experiences. I am trying to process some of these things while in quarantine. :)

Both are ok, your choice po.
✨Yes i got our CRN thru phone lang kasi covid times nga, that was August pa.
✨Since wala pa kayo identity docs, need pa kayo further verification. Paglabas pwde nyo itawag na lang pag meron na kyo bank accounts, or any ID for 100% verification.
✨sa Medicare pwde din online, as usual need din verification, pero kahit wala pwde ka bigyan ng temporary medicare card number thru phone like us. Since di pwde ang face to face verification, need nila makita ang passport mo, pwde mo gamitin ang certified true copy of the original, yan ni ask sa amin, for sure meron ka nyan kasi naglodge tayo ng visa. Meron form ang medicare na need fill up and sign, pwde ka pa print sa hotel and scan it, or pwde din pdf editor.

Thank you so much for your response Lecia! :)

Based sa sinabi mo, mas ok pala Medicare unahin para magamit sya na ID for Centrelink CRN, tama ba? :)
Para magamit both Medicare and Bank account tulad nyo, baka paglabas n lng namin asikasuhin ang Centrelink CRN.

Isa pa pala tnry namin gawin ung pag apply ng TFN. Meron question dun about authorisation to give TFN to Centrelink. Ok lng naman cguro "NO" muna isagot namin, noh? kasi yung "YES" kelangan ng CRN number.

    Maraming salamat ulit. :)

    hello po,
may kelangan po ba akong gawin if hindi ako maka initital entry before lumampaa ung IED? wala po kasi akong makuhang ticket.

Ngayon po okay lang daw lumagpas. Considerate sila dahil sa covid situation. No need to request for extension of IED.

Not sure kung applicable sya sa mga first time PRs.

We are now in Sydney with a 4-year old in tow. They sent us to Adina Hotel Apartments (with other families with young children) and our 2-bedroom unit is awesome, with all the appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, washer and dryer. All toiletries were provided and there are plenty of towels. I heard from someone that they also provide food pouches, high chairs and cots for the little ones. Pwede naman po mag-UberEats or magpa-deliver ng groceries just in case gusto niyo magluto.

    Good luck po! 😊
