Yes dapat same state...your nominated occupation must be in Primary Skilled Occupations List and must live in the same state as the sponsoring family.

Does the document submitted to Skill Select be the same document submitted to Immigration? What if I have requested for a new copy of Statement of Service as the Issuing Employer? Should that be alright? Thanks po sa mag rereply

What do you mean po? Wala naman documents na sinasubmit sa Skillselect. Mga information pa lang po yan ninyo about experience, language, age, education, partner, .

During Pre invite po for state nomination, kung saan mag aatach ng documents. May error po kasi na nailagay ng employer ko sa Statement of Service/Cert of Emplotment.

Anyone is is waiting for NSW 190 Nomination approval? almost 2 weeks waiting nakakaparanoid yung ibang kakilala ko na nanominate na approve na sila in 1 week and dati daw mas mabilis pa.hayyyy

Hi! newbie lang sa forum, I’m trying visa 190, currently with positive educ skills assessment. Can I still push through visa 190 if suddenly si assessing authority hindi nagbigay ng positive outcome at all sa work experience ko? So meaning 0pts ako sa work experience pero ang magiging pts ko pa din overall is 70pts. Or need talaga may macredit na work experience para makapush sa pag apply ng visa? Hope may makapagclarify.

Dapat po positive skills assessment. Yan kasi ang basis ng state na magsponsor sayo since 190 ang gusto nyo. Pag negative ang outcome nyo po baka maling anzco code kayo nagpa assess. Pwde kayo pa assess ulit sa ibang job code naman, magastos lang. Ang aim is to have positive assessment po para sa points. Check nyo po anung assessing body nyo, always check their requirements at mga details na needed. Iba ibang assessing body, iba iba ang requirements na kelangan.
✨Anung industry po kayo? Pra ma direct po kayo sa tamang thread according sa occupation nyo.

Hello po sa lahat :-) Gusto ko lang po sana maka hingi ng advice regarding 491-Family Stream. My wife has an aunt & uncle living in Perth (Regional Area) who are both Australian Citizens and both retirees, living on their pensions. Wala na po silang ibang source of income. Pwede po ba silang maging Eligible Sponsor for our 491 Visa Application (Family Stream) kahit retired from employment na sila at wala ng ibang income?

I would appreciate it if you could give me some ideas po tungkol dito. Malaking tulong po para sa amin. Thank you very much :-)

Hi po sa lahat. Ask ko lang dun sa 491 visa, specifically vic, kailangan ba na living and employed in a regional area or pwedeng either lang? I know sa website sabi "and" pero naisip ko lang baka may naka try ng "or" lang at na grant. TIA

hi po good day, AFAIK, wala pa po invites coming from state visa nomination, unless critical care and onshore... correct me if I am wrong po...

just keep on praying po and holding on to your dreams...

Maraming salamat @tigerlance sa mga ideas and info.... :-) nag submit po ako ng EOI for 491 last June 2020 dahil nga ECE po ako (Pro-rata), at mahirap na po dun sa 189 & 190 as Electronics Engineeer... Sa tingin nyo po ba, pag nasa 95 points yung 491 .... mas malaki yung chance na ma invite kahit walang PTE ang misis ko?

Hello po, ang bilis po ng process nyo 3 months from lodgement to grant. Ako po same boat, around June EOI, August final lodgement, september medical, pero up to now wala pa din grant or result.

Ang status po sa immiaccount ko ay received. Tanong ko lang po, wala na bang ibang gagawin? baka may nakalimutan kasi ako kaya matagal.

@baiken Maraming salamat sa encouragement nakakabuhay ng loob at nakakapag bigay ng pag asa po talaga ang ganyang message Kasi 95 points na po ako sa 491 since July, pero until now wala pa po talaga.

Yung 189 & 190 ko parang gusto ko ng bumitaw, kasi parang hirap pag pro-rata occupation (ECE) para sa 189 with only 80 points. Tapos yung 190 for Electronics Engineer, need po na currently residing in Australia or may Job Offer.

Sa visa 491 nalang talaga ako kumukuha ng pag asa Dasal lang talaga.

Naisip ko rin po na i-take ang visa 491 state nomination pathway. Anyone here who has the same experience/plans? Paano po ang step-by-step process na ginawa ninyo? You're comments would be very very helpful po. TIA!

Have ur be assessed by the accredited assessing body. Then while waiting foe the result review and take ur English exams. Feom there u can create an EOI account.

Alam nyo po ba ang procedure sa pagapply ng partner skill? wala kase akong idea para sa pagapply ng skill assessment para sa nurse dahil IT graduate ako dito sa NT.

Gusto kase naming makuha pa yung 10 points para sa partner skill para masecure ang invitation (visa190).
