@Hear25 this is correct po na 220 aud nlng ang need pay. hindi ung 990aud. i did reassessment din po kac nagkamali ako ng bigay ng coe sa isang employer ko.bale walang end date ung sinunod na date is ung date ng letter. so kulang un nabilang na years. i need to correct it para walang discrepancy sa start date and end date sa employer ko na un.pero ung points is the same pa rin namn.

@Hear25 correct po if additional work experience sa current employer need to pay full po. ung sa case ko previous employer ko po un and need lng ammendment sa dates, kac mali ang nabigay kong coe po. and the date of employment ko is prior the date of assessment (bale previous employer po ito). if date of work experience na gusto iadd po is after the assessment date meaning current employer mo need to pay full. below is the guidelines po na sinend nila. hope this clarifies.

Amendment of assessment letter

Once an assessment has been completed it remains valid for three (3) years from the date of the original assessment letter.

An amendment of the original assessment letter will only be made where evidence is submitted of experience/qualifications obtained prior to the date of the original assessment.

If an applicant wishes to submit evidence of additional experience/qualifications obtained after the date of the original assessment, they will be required to make a new application for assessment and pay a new assessment fee.

Ok. Po. Nag apply po kac ako for exam. Sinend ko yung na scan na application form. Tapos ang reply lng po nila parang akala nila for assesment palang ako. Nung nag apply po kac ako for sept, ang reply nila, eh kung kelan ipa process yung payment. But d natuloy dahil sa pandemic. So nag apply ulit po ako.

@zan u can take the exam namn po. i did my ammendment nga rin po after exam. the sa ammended result nakalagay na din dun na nakapasa na ng exam po. pero in ur case if additional years of experience sa current employer to increase points , u need to pay the full assessment fee po.

Yes po d po natuloy. Nasabhan ko po sila na sa march na ko mag eexam. And d na nila prinocess yung payment nun po. Dpa po sure kung matutuloy. Sana po matuloy na.

@Zan if not claiming points po kahit d na kau magpaassess ulit. Bale kung binigay sa assessment result nyo is 8 yrs or more (which is the max score for emplyment ok na po un) pero kng need nyo iadd ung years of experience para tumaas ung points, u can do the reassessment.

@zan For example po, skills assessment result is january 2018. and u got 10 points for work exp outside australia ( 5-7 yrs work exp). Then on january 2021 ur work exp will change to 8 yrs work exp and u will gain 15 points, u can do reassessment and pay the full fee. But if u dont need to gain points, no need to do the reassessment. For my case i did ammendment only (i paid 200aud) for my previous employer kac po may discrepancy sa end date ko sa company.

Hi po, magtatanong po sana sa mga natuloy mag exam nung mga nakaraan. Wala po kasi akong natanggap na email galing AIMS kundi confirmation ng address lang para sa results ng test. Pero po nung nagcheck ako ng membership status ko sa website nila nag iba na po from Intermediate naging Member AU. Wala pa rin po akong natatanggap na sulat by mail. Ano po bang ibig sabihin noon? Pasado po ba yun? Salamat po.

Bakit kaya yung sa akin wala pa? Ang pagkakaalam ko kailangan mo mag apply for membership. Pero mas okay siguro pamember na lang kung andito ka na Australia, may yearly renewal fee din kasi sila para sa members.

Bakit kaya yung sa akin wala pa? Ang pagkakaalam ko kailangan mo mag apply for membership. Pero mas okay siguro pamember na lang kung andito ka na Australia, may yearly renewal fee din kasi sila para sa members.

Hindi ko makita sa spam folder. Pero sumagot na ung AIMS sa email ko ayun swerte nakapasa naman pala! kinabahan ako duon hahaha. Hintayin ko lang daw sa mail yung certificate pero pinadala din nila sa email yung laman nung padating. Nadelay lang. Thank you

My friend in SG submitted in late October. Received results nearly 5 weeks at humabol sya sa March exam.

Okay naman po yang set ng reviewers, I saw also the ad yung kay Hubbard kasi is really concise pero complete naman, pero mas okay mag present ng topics yung Success ni Ciulla, plus it comes with a Q and A to test what you have learned, nagamit ko sa when I took my ASCP certification. Harmening is also good, pero textbook siya so medyo wordy and ang topics is scattered but you can have the blood bank topics covered sa Hubbard and Ciulla and also online sa bbguy.com, Gregorios is also a good reference sa Histopath, given yung mga review for CLS is hindi talaga routine na kasama ang cytology/histopath.

I have access to PDF copies (Hubbard and Ciulla) if you want them, PM mo lang ako Then I have also a couple of local board exam reviewers for histopath, which I will be using instead of Gregorios. Btw, have you tried answering the sample questions from AIMS?
