The aim for the time being is to gather as much points as possible and lodge the EOI so you’re ahead of the queue. Just curious why wife won’t be applying as well when you can get at least 5 points from partner skills through English. It would be much easier to apply together. Once granted, she can just enter Australia with to activate her visa and go back home if she wishes.

Honestly, she also want to come but she only has 1 year exp connected to her profession which is Physiotherapist. In Immi, i believe I can not get the points for my spouse if she's not applying in the same Visa. In connection to that, if she pursue for a Visa she'll undergo same process as mine like Assessment for qualification, take english exam and etc., and that will be another hassle and expenses for us. Kindly enlighten me if I am wrong with this thought. Thanks!

She only needs the english score and the assessment if you are claiming the points. Pero kung di nia kaya makakuha ng mataas na english or hindi sia positively assessed, of course pwede ninyo po isama yung asawa ninyo as your dependent. Pero zero ang points ninyo sa Partner Skills.

That only applies if your claiming 10 points for partner skills. I’m an agent and that’s how it is with skilled visas, family can be included as dependents under your visa. Good luck.

You can claim 5 points if she scores at least competent level

My English Language Ability kase is 6 (reading is 6.5 the rest is 7) , yung points ko total is 65 points kahit nasa competent lang yung sa English Language Ability. Question ko po is totoo ba na may prioritization si Immig sa mga mas mataas yung points?

Sa pagkakaalam ko 3 years validity nung assessment, so I think ok lang magprocess na ngayon.

Hi guys. Tanong ko lang doon sa mga kumuha ng detailed COE sa mga employers nila, hindi ba kayo nagkaproblema since need natin idisclose purpose ng pagkuha natin?

Also sa previous employers, buti nabigyan pa rin kayo ng detailed kahit di na kayo connected sa kanila. Ano approach niyo para malagay nila yung needed ni EA kasi unusual kasi yung ganung kadetalyadong COE? Thank youuu

based sa experience ko po:

sa first part, sinabi ko tlga dati sa manager ko na balak kong mag migrate as in buo ung loob ko nyahahha

sa 2nd part nmn is me mga kaibigan pa ako sa dati mga company then nag email ako dun sa HR mismo about sa detailed COE na naka CC sa email kaibigan ko, then siya nag follow up para saken

kung ma submit mo lahat much better hahaha, pero kung d ako nagkakamali is 3 payslips.. saka me pang support ka nmn since nsa detailed COE mo ung current or past na sahod mo

Ang important po ay nasa company letter head, pirma ng author, dated at may contact infos.

You might want to give them a reference document ng gusto mong nakasulat sa letter mo para ire-review na lang nila, copy and then paste to company letter head, imbes na sila pa ang magsusulat from scratch. Try nyo po yan for past employers para hindi nila ma-feel na hassle. Request through writing/email >>>follow-up through a phone call>>>follow-up in person

kung ma submit mo lahat much better hahaha, pero kung d ako nagkakamali is 3 payslips.. saka me pang support ka nmn since nsa detailed COE mo ung current or past na sahod mo

Haha kala ko dapat walang kulang, opo naisip ko rin yung detailed COE dagdag pa yung ITR.

Para po ba sa CV? Dapat po i-list nyo lahat ng work experience nyo, long or short, relevant or irrelevant.

Ako po sir 6 months gap pero naconsider padin mga previous experiences ko sa EA report.
