    hi question lang po.
Yung start date ng pagclaim ko ng work experience is Feb 14, 2013 as per ACS assessment last June 2019 and same pa din ang last company ko. Supposedly it will be 8yrs na yung work exp ko kahapon Feb 14, 2021.

Bakit hindi naupdate automatically yung points ko to 15? as I checked 10pts pa din yung nacount ni immi. Or ilang araw po ba bago magreflect yung updated points? Thanks!

Hindi kasama ang gaps between your employment sa count kahit ilang araw lang pagitan. Meron ba? Eksakto sa araw mag bilang ang EOI. :)

Bali 1st job ko po yan and may mga 1 week gap before ako nagstart sa 2nd job ko and same sa 3rd (current) job ko. Bali if bibilangin 2 weeks gap.

Yes. Yun lang part ng employment mo. Hindi kasama ang gaps. So short ka pa ng 2wks based sa sinabi mo para mag 8yrs.

    Hi, which is better?
    a) to submit one EOI and choose visa 189, 190 (any state), and 491 (any state) or
    b) submit one EOI for 189, another EOI for 190 (specific state), and another EOI for 491 (specific state) using one email address?

Salamat.

I think you also need to provide other proof of employment like payslips, salary certs, recommendation letters and reference letters from employer...

Offshore won’t be prioritised for this financial year so it’s not expected any state will be open for to sponsor offshore applications

Thank you in advance po.

    Hi

I recently gave birth last February 21. Upon checking my email kanina lang, nakainitial assessment na po yung application ko and they are requesting for our medicals na (me, husband, and my first born).

Okay lang po ba magpamedical na kami maunang tatlo and after ko makuha ang birth registration ng second child ko? Then tsaka ko mag-update ng 1022 pero i’ll inform nalang na i gave birth already?

Best to do medical exam at the same time so same yung validity date. Medical and police clearances are time sensitive as they are only valid for 12 months so this needs to be factored in when deciding when to do it.

Thanks for the reply maam. However, the immigration only gave us 28 days to give them the additional requirements and medicals. If I wait for my baby’s PSA and passport, lalampas na po kami.

You will need to advice them if the situation. You are given 28 days to reply to s56 letter. It doesn’t necessarily mean you need to provide the documents they are asking you. I don’t know the whole case but usually when a client of ours gets pregnant whilst visa application is in the process, we notify the case officer. The visa application is put on hold until the applicant gives birth and has added the child in the application. Soon after, the case officer will request for police clearance and medical exam for all applicants including the baby.

You need to add your baby in the application first before you do your medical. They will definitely wait. If you do medical now without the baby, they may end up deciding on your application for just the three of you. That means another visa application for the baby, another long wait for you. We’ve done this many times with previous clients and it’s not always the case when clients can provide medical/police clearance within the 28day period. You just need to respond within that timeframe and by notifying them of your situation. This will suffice. Hope that helps.

Definitely a big help maam. Thank you so much.

Follow-up question po maam. I already inform the CO re my newborn. Do we have to wait for the COs reply to add my baby and okay lang ba mag lapse yung 28days basta nainform naman po sila? Thank you

Difficult for me to be specific on the answer as I don’t exactly know what was included in the reply you provided. Basically, once we notify the change of circumstance, we don’t expect the case officer to reply as they don’t usually do but once we have provided documents for the baby, soon after we’ll get the request for health and police clearance. Hope that helps.

I informed them about my newborn po and requested also for an extension sa pagsubmit ng medical exam para makasabay na namin si baby. Ang worry ko lang is kung hindi kami magpamedical within the period na binigay baka marefuse ang visa namin. Or kung magpamedical naman kami, then maapprove, hindi pa nasasama si baby sa app.

I believe I have shared my insights on this matter in my previous posts. Hope the examples I’ve mentioned were helpful. All the best to your journey.

    Health Assessment:

    Hello,

Please can anyone share kung ano po yung interpretation/implication of the below assessment?

Examinations ready for assessment – no action required
The required health examinations have been completed and submitted by the panel clinic to the department. This person's case will be processed or referred to the department's migration medical services provider, Bupa Medical Visa Services, for further assessment.

I have completed my medical assessment yesterday and above is the recent status.

    Salamat!

    Hi

Has anyone experienced this? Nag-add po ako ng child on my application. Nacheck na ng CO and may nakalagay sa action required na ‘Pay outstanding payment’ but pag iclick ko yun wala naman nakalagay. Pls check photo po for reference.

    Thank you

2 visa (190/491) in 1 state in one account or mas ok po yung magkahiwalay ang account for 190 and 491 sa isang state?
