Example documents - Bank statement na joint, proof of cohabitation like Rental agreement document, joint bills, travel documents, mga stat declaration from different people.

I disagree. It is not a hard-and-fast rule. Your defacto can get approved even though you don't live together.

Alright, point taken. Let's see their outcome if DHA's lenient with the concept of cohabitation.

Sharing my experience re. De facto..
    18Mar2020 visa 476 granted

THANK YOU FOR VALIDATING. It's never a hard and fast rule - cohabitation, is in my opinion, cultural.

But thanks for sharing, maraming kang matutulungan na future applicants.

    @superluckyclover

Tingin ko naghigpit lang din DHA kasi nababasa ko sa Visa 476 dumami applications in the recent yrs saka may cases na may namemeke ng documents like diploma etc (ibang nationalities)

At bukod don..nakita ko din may additional condition na ang visa 476 na "must not marry or enter in a de facto relationship before first entry" lumabas yun condition na yun last year around Nov 2019.

So ayun nisheshare ko lang for info. Pero kailangan mu padin ideclare whether may spouse/de facto ka if ever meron na.

There are four aspects of co-dependence immigration will ALWAYS look for. These are financial, emotional, social and domestic. All these must be satisfied.

Nag initial entry kami last January before the Covid-19 restrictions, so tumatakbo na ang visa namin. Plano sana namin bumalik ng May but mukhang imposible.

    Salamat.

Ang alam ko yung 18months nagsstart ang bilang from the date of first entry.

Hello fellow iskos and iskas! I have some questions para sa mga nakapunta na nang Oz through 476, and then PR na ngayon or nagpoprocess na ng PR status

    1. How soon after you landed in Oz did you lodge your PR visa application? I'm planning to get Visa 189 kasi to get PR after I land there through 476. Kabado lang coz little work exp lang meron ako outside and within Oz.

    2. What steps did you have to do to strengthen your PR request? May nag PYear/NAATI/Spouse points ba dito?

    3. Any advice for my situation? Planning to go there after I complete 1 year of work experience dito sa Pinas. I'm worried kasi na di ako makakuha ng relevant work dyan agad so baka di ko makuha yung 1yr minimum Australian exp points. As of now, bare minimum lang points ko. (Around 65 to 70 pts).

Like sa 16th month out of 18th? Para meron nang work exp 😁

Thank you guys! Kahit di niyo sagutin lahat huhu any feedback from y'all will massively help me (and many others who may chance upon this part of the thread). Also good luck sa Oz journey!

Strongly suggest na may PY, NAATI and makakuha ng engineering role para maxed out mo lahat ng points. Ang PY ay 11 month course, NAATI ay limited lang ang exam dates sa isang taon (may covid pa so paki factor-in) din.

PTE - i superior din. Pero strongly urge you to invest in PY kasi may limitations ang pwde kumuha nito 485 (IT,Engineering, Accountants) or 476 lang.

Kahit 457 people (482) di eligible kumuha nito.

    Hi @superluckyclover 😊

Thanks for the helpful tip. Will look it up..

Saka gano kadalas yung pag attend ng courses in a week? anu yun online classes lng ba yun or papasukan parang school?

Yes after nga ng initial entry saka nag start yung 18 months. Nag email ako pero wala pang response. Hay kalungkot. But on the bright side at least hindi kami na abutan ng lockdown sa Oz. Siguradong mahirap din maghanap ng work these days.

So sa financial interdependence medyo positive.

Plane tickets, airbnb bookings at feedback, photos, declarations, convos etc. Lahat talaga.

I'm not sure if my case is more of the exception pero may mga kilala din ako na grant de facto na hindi nag live in.

Living together is not always the only reason to prove de facto relationship. All 4 aspects of co-dependence must be satisfied - financial, social, emotional and domestic set up.

In some circumstances, they will consider not living together if proven that circumstance prevented the couple from living together. This is the case your end. I’ve had a few clients who with the same situations. It’s all about the supporting documents submitted along with the application

Once a week, weekend or weekday lang. Mas cheaper ang weekday class pero hassle kung may work ka na monday to friday, kasi 1 whole day sya. Sabi ng friend ko na nagp-PY now, online class na sila dahil sa covid :) Nung time ko, pumapasok kami sa class mismo.

What you said makes perfect sense, and I agree completely.
Cohabitation is NOT the sole determinant of a de facto relationship.

Obviously we cannot generalise or validate the DHA's policy based on one or two experiences, but what's certain is applications can get approved and are being approved even if applicants do not live together. In short cohabitation is NOT a hard rule.

Hello, I graduated July 2018 from UPD po. Strict po ba sila na within 2 years after graduation lang 476?

-if this is one of the major requirement then they would scrutinise this for sure on the application.

hi, would anyone know kung required din na before two years after graduation din dapat masubmit ang medical? i graduated june 30, 2019 so i need to submit my application before june 30, 2021. nasubmit ko na yung application, kaso yung medical ko sa june 21 ko pa naschedule. medyo kinakabahan lang if magka-delay yung results nun in case may conditions pala ako. sa st lukes pala ako nagschedule, gaano katagal kaya bago nila maupload results?

as far as i know, as long as application submitted na within 2 yrs from grad date, that should be OK.

You cannot schedule for medical until you have your HAP ID. Your HAP ID will be provided after you've lodged your application. So the process is lodge your application first then have your medical scheduled with your HAP ID provided.
