Lumipat ka ba ng company or nagbago ba ang role mo after mo magpaasess nung January 2020? If not then i think pwde mo gamitin ang documents na ginamit mo before (your submitted documents will still be on your ACS account).
However on your result letter it will state that you are only assessed until 2019. Dahil ttignan ng assessor ang dates sa documents mo.

Yes that’s normal. Either your qualification wasn’t recognised as equivalent to an AQF bachelor degree or your studies were assessed as ICT minor

As Miss Rhea said yes it is normal. Same thing happened to me 4years nabawas dahil BSECE ako at nagpaasess as Software Engineer.

They changed their assessment on BSECE last year. We sent an information email about it to advise us that analogue units for this course won’t longer be recognised. That’s most likely the reason why 4 years were deducted

I’m not the assessor my friend. I know nothing about IT. You need to check with ACS. The ACS guideline explains everything you need to know. When it comes to the depth of IT studies you’ve done that’s beyond my area na. My knowledge is limited to immigration law.

No worries. If you want a detailed explanation for your outcome, you can check with ACS. They will provide this. All the best

Or okay lang na yung ipa assess ko is yung current ko? di ko rin sure kasi outcome if maka affect yung lumipat ako and yung assessment is previous company lang.

From how I understand it you just need to provide a date on the the letter as per standard format of writing a letter, date on the upper left hand side of the letter.

aside from BIR/ITR (my employment was 2014), pwde po ba iprovide yung info from SSS online portal? more than enough na po ba yun? screen shot ng employment history mo + yung mga contribution mo?

may additional question po ako, may portion kasi sa guidelines ni ACS na "An explanation will be required from your employer as to why an employment reference letter cannot be provided."

Yung company ko is wayback 2014 pa po. meron naman sila na binigay na COE (naka state don yung start and end, salary etc) ang problema lang e hindi nakalagay yung job responsibility ko. in short hindi sya detailed COE.

Kapag po ba gumawa ako ng Stat Dec na pinirmahan ng colleague ko, need ko pa po ba mag provide ng "explanation" from employer about reference letter? or no need na po.

I wanted to update the End date for the latest employment i had when i initially applied for assessment but the field is disabled.

I had my 1st assessment in 2018 and in 2019 ACS changed guidelines so i just submitted everything again in coloured scan (dahil certified copies lang nasubmit ko dati) to be safe

@Piper003 same tayo, nag pa assess ako wayback 2017~2018 naman tapos ngayon ulet susubok. let me know how it goes kasi ang plan ko e gamitin ko yung same documents ko with CTC.

Plano ko po kasing magpa-assess License ECE po ako but working as a software engineer in test for 7 years now.
Anyone here po na may similar profile ko?
Is it ICT major po ba and closely related to nominated occupation na software tester assessment?

Hi @Panorama1 I just got my ACS result last Monday. Just a brief background, I got my 1st assessment back in 2019 with a positive result.
I submitted for re-assessment last May and used screen shot ng SSS and PagIbig as payment evidence plus ITR. Yung isang Work Exp ko SSS at PagIbig lang ginamit ko since wala na ako makuhang ITR and positive result naman. Lahat ng work exp ko is nacounted naman. Hope this helps.

Thanks! yes SSS at PagIbig plus COE with compensation. Although yan yung unang experience ko (1st position), yung 2nd work experience (2nd position) same company lang din ng unang experience ko tapos SSS at PagIbig din with ITR naman. bali ganito sya

Company A - 1st position - SSS and PagIbig, COE with Compensation
Company A - 2nd position - SSS, PagIbig at ITR plus COE with Compensation

Both assessed positive naman

Yes pwde ka magpaassess in two ANZSCO code pero it will be two separate assessment. And you have to check that your duties and responsibilities aligns with those ANZSCO codes.

Mainly Software Testing ang background ko.
