Defacto Requirement for a partner with separated status (on-going annulment)

Hello Po,
Anyone can share defacto requirements?
Please advise, My partner is separated and annulment is still in the process for about 5 years na. still no result. What additional document do we need? Okay lang po ba na wala pa result yung annulment?

Yes po. Actually, di naman need ang annulment. But can be a proof as well. Pero ang hinihingi lang po ay proofs that you are living together for at least a year.

Joint bank account regardless magkano laman basta active
    Photos together, with fam, friends
    Supporting statement from fam, friends
    Travel documents together
Love story nyo (both of you ggawa) this should include pano kayo nagkakilala until magdecide maglivein, duties nyo at home, sa bills, plans nyo in the future
Properties named sa inyo if any
If may anak, birth cert ng anak (strong proof)

    I hope nakatulong po :)
