I'm wondering if a Masters of Sci in Comp Sci from a Section 2 institution will help to, at the very least, make me a Bachelors in ICT major?
The reason I ask actually is to make sure I get as many points as possible from my years of experience. Baka kasi bawasan to compensate my education.

I've already relayed my concern sa Agent ko po. Ang sabi nila, better if I still choose 261212 (Web Developer) kasi may record na sa ACS. Pero ang worry ko lang po is baka matagalan pa bago ibalik sa open jobs un 261212. So gusto ko po sana huminge ng 2nd opinion(bukod dun sa sinabi ng Agent ko) para at least po mas maraming input po yung makuha ko. Hindi naman po sa wala ako tiwala sa agent ko, gusto ko lang po makakuha ng suggestions dun sa mga naka-experience na or may similar scenarios na pinagdaanan. Thank you po.

I am not sure sa job description ng Web Dev at ng Developer Programmer but in my case before my first assessment was Software Tester and medyo limited kasi yung state na nag sponsor so I checked other occupation and it seems Software Engineer e halos same ng job description so I decided to have another assessment for SE and it came out positive as well and same docs ang mga sinend ko sa ACS so I think wala naman magiging problem as long as you read through the JD at alam mong pasok ka then okay lang..

Hello, anyone here who has experience in creating statutory declaration? My previous company cannot provide DJ stated in COE due to it's confidential info. How did you make the statutory declaration po? May I ask for sample template? Thank you.

Good morning,
I would like to ask lang po, I was currently submitting my online application in acs particularly in employment history; in my case kasi, I’ve been through different divisions and positions sa company. My question is, do I have to submit evidence of paid employment for each position since same company lang naman? Thanks po sa sasagot.

Hindi naman po ata, ginawa ko po last time is per employer (not per role).

Depende po kung saan galing yung mag-sa-sign ng statutory declaration.
Kung taga-NSW po, nag-download ako ng template from the government's website https://www.jp.nsw.gov.au/Pages/justices-of-the-peace/nsw-statutory-declaration.aspx
Kung taga-Pinas po, may binigay lang po sakin yung kakilala ko na template, pareho po sa format ng affidavit sa Pinas.

Question: Meron ako Stat Dec last March 2020, then plan ko sana in notarized now since ngayon ulit ako magprocess. Then ung nagsigned ng stat dec is resigned na sa company. Okay lang ba yun?

I am not sure. Maybe it’s best to consult a migration agent or backread on this thread if meron may same situation. Best of luck!

The following Statutory Declarations or Affidavits are NOT suitable:
The declaration is NOT witnessed on the same day

Meaning kailangan kung kailan yung create date nung statutory declaration SAME DATE kung kailan sya ipapanotaryo? Tama ba ko intindi?

Hello guys,
For Network Engineers/Administrators, may bearing ba yung Cisco certifications sa assessment nila? di ko kasi sinama last time na nag pa assess ako sa ACS and 6 years ang bawas nila sa experience ko. mag eexpire this December yung assessment ko so balak ko mag pa assess ulit and this time isasama ko na yung cisco certs ko.

Yung sa kin dinagdag ko yung Microsoft Solutions Architect Expert certification, nacomplete assessment ko:
College degree (ECE) - AQF Bachelor Degree with a Major in Computing
Microsoft certification - AQF Diploma with a Major in Computing
4 years lang binawas sa years of experience ko. So yes, mas ok kung maisama mo sya.

how about yung degree nyo po, equivalent po ba sya sa bachelor ni AU?

I am not sure if 70 points is enough e. kasi parang ang usual na naiinvite (depending on Nominated occupation) baka 80/85 siguro mas malaki chance.

Take note passport pa lang to so around 533kb lang. Maybe their system is down?

Tanong ko lang kung meron ba dito sa community natin na nag-apply ng ACS nila having 2 years work experience sa Pinas in any IT skilled occupation list and was granted positive assessment?

I want to apply as Software Engineer with 2 years and 5 months offshore work experience with BS Computer Science in Section 1 school for my qualification but sabi ng agent ko, kulang daw yung work experience ko offshore. Minimum 3 years daw dapat bago ako maging eligible. Is this true?

May points deduction pa kasi si ACS sa i-susubmit mo na work experience. Minimum of 2 years work deduction. So if you have 3 years work experience, ACS will deduct at least 2 years based sa assessment nila ng work experience mo and qualifications. Ang lalabas, meron ka na lang 1 year official work experience.

agreed. Sayang lang if hindi mo mamaximize yung visa points. Malaki pa naman points yung work experience.
