It means you can only claim points for skilled employment from 03 January 2015.

If your employer can only provide a generic COE (walang duties and responsibilities) you can request a Statutory Declaration/Affidavit from your colleague in Managerial or Supervisory position. At need mo rin iprovide kay ACS ang employment certificate/leaving certificate ng Manager/Supervisor mo.

You also need to request letter from your employer explaining why they can’t provide duties responsibilities etc.

I think hindi naman titignan ni ACS ang job title ang importante ay aligned sa napiling ANZSCO code mo ang duties and responsibilities mo.

Aww saklap.. parang lalabas na 80 points na lang yung max na makukuha ko if Superior English makukuha ko sa English test.

Pwede na po ba sa panahon ngayon ang 80points?

I think Software Engineer is a bit competitive nowadays. But there is no harm in submitting EOI (once you met all requirements) atleast nasa queue ka na. And at the same time you can continue gaining work experience para mapataas ang points mo. Best of luck!

Hi, help po if sino may info about this. Nag create na kase ako ng profile sa ACS then magkakaron pala ng deadline for uploading na 30 days May nabasa kase ako dito na nag suggest na mag create ng profile sa ACS para magamay na yung system and makakatulong sa pag identify ng mga needed documents. What if hindi ma-complete within the 30 days? I-stop na ba kame ng system to submit documents?

Create a new one then. It expires if it hasn’t been lodged after 30days

Hello, question.. Has anyone tried submitting a COE without the specific hours worked indicated? Is it really imperative to include this? What if meron all other information (start & finish dates, description of duties, country, & company letterhead)? If this is the only information missing, do I still need to include a Statutory Declaration na? Thanks in advance

Sorry, one more question regarding the pay evidences. Sabi kase sa checklist na "This must cover the beginning and end for each year of employment being claimed in the application." Does it mean literally, dapat merong evidence for January and December? Or any month naman basta within the year?

Hello! yung isang employment reference ko walang specific hours na nakaindicate kasi nakalimutan ng HR. pero sa payslip ko, nakalagay yung working hours ko per week kaya siguro cinonsider nila. If you have other evidence stating your working hours then submit it or much better request a new COE from your company.

In terms of payment evidence, may mga payslip ako na di kumpleto, di nagsstart sa jan and dec, but I uploaded all my BIR 2316. I also added screenshots of philhealth and sss contributions.

Oh ok, nag worry lang ako na hindi talaga literal na from January to December hehe pero yes, may SSS contributions naman. Yung sa Philhealth, did you request for it in person, or online? Thank you.

Naka-indicate naman na considered skilled ka from 04-Oct 2013 onwards. Compute mo na lang from that date till today ilang years/months

Hi, thank you. Medyo nalito lang kasi I have no sure migration agent to consult pa. I just applied sa ACS myself. Bale 7yrs & 9mos lang pala with gaps. Pero if currently employed pa rin ako sa last company ko, maccount ba yung additional months say January na ako mag EOI? Or need magpa-assess ulit? Thank you sa help!

Sa EOI ilalagay mo mo isa isa yang work experience mo and it will be computed by the system. Just be careful sa details dapat accurate. You need to indicate yung ACS reference number also.

Magpapare-assess ka lang if you are changing yung ANZCO code or changing employer. If same employer then wait for few months until maging 8yrs in total.

I think you should have Language test kasi mga required fields sa EOI form yun.

1 occup per submission lang po. Kung gusto nyo po magpaassess din sa ibang occup, need ulit magpasa ng another application.
