Kaso yung sa 491 Family Stream, parang wala ata kinalaman yung States/Territories para ma invite ang applicant kasi sa pag kakaalam ko di na kelangan mag apply at submit ng documents sa bawat States kapag nag 491 Family Stream.

May negative impact po ba itong scenario na ginawa ko, baka kasi ito yung dahilan kaya di parin ako na invite sa 491 Family Stream Sana po may maka tulong sakin by giving some insights. Thank you in advance

I think that's like submitting multiple EOIs for the same visa type. Kung magagawa mong ihiwalay yung 491FS tingin ko mas ok. Generally, tingin ko mas ok yung separate EOI per type.

Yun po unang na isip ko na gumawa ulit ng separate EOI for 491FS, kaso mababago din po kasi yung Date of Effect ng EOI. Sabi kasi nila may advantage po yung EOI na may oldest Date of Effect.

So, ang plano ko po sanang gawin sa ngayon is to uncheck the 491 FS option dun sa 5 out of 6 EOIs ko, tapos mag tira nalang ako ng isang EOI ID na may 491FS at yung may pinaka Old na date ng "EOI Last Submitted on:" & oldest "Date of Effect".

Sa tingin nyo po, tama kaya ako dito sa mga insights ko ? I'm currently soliciting ideas kasi baka may mga aspects ako na hindi na consider.

Ayun, I think that's fine. Magtira ka na lang ng isa na meron 491FS.

TBH, medyo mahirap po malaman saang states available yung job code ninyo, better to do your research on it, remember po yung assessing authority ay babayaran nyo to assess on a specific job code when you apply for an EOI

Sa mga napanood ko rin po, at sa guidelines ng websites ng mga States, hindi nila suggest na pumili ng "ANY". May mga kababayan din tayo dito sa group na to who highly discouraged to select "ANY". Mas gusto daw ng States/Territories na sadyang pinili ng applicant ang State/Territory.

Nagsubmit ako ng EOI for 189 and 190 sa Skillselect for Victoria.
Upon checking liveinmelbourne website, may nakalagay dun na need din magsubmit ng registration of interest. The thing is para makasubmit ka ng registration of interest, dapat onshore ka, 6mos living in VIC, and yung occupation mo is same sa Assessed Skills mo, among many others.

My question is, what if yung occupation ko here in Aus is not the same as my assessed skill? Nahirapan kasi ako makahanap ng work because of the pandemic at the start of the year. Does that mean na hindi ako makakapagsubmit ng registration of interest and no way of getting an invite kahit na magsubmit ako ng EOI sa SkillSelect?

So, andyan na po pala kayo sa Australia.... Your pathway to PR may be different now depending on the visa you are holding.

For example: if you are holding a visa 491, by 2022, you can apply for PR as long as you can produce proof of stay and income at 53,900 annually so that you can apply for PR 191. --- depende po sa hawak niyong visa ngayon. Meron din po, na lumipat ng regional area (base po sa mga napanood ko) for the purpose that PR pathway is not as stringent in regional areas than in cities like melbourne, brisbane, and sydney.

pwede lang either sa statutory declaration and form 1229? or dapat both? naghahanda lang kasi ako kasi mag oopen na ang NSW sa february and nandon ang skillcode ko.. nasa UAE kasi ako now and since uuwi ako ng Cebu for 30days vacation so might as well iprepare ko nalang din ang document na ito para incase if mainvite ako and nandito ulit ako sa UAE is ready na lahat

sa form 1229 din , ang last page meron details ng 2 parents,, so meaning pipirma din xa? ang father ng daughter ko? and also does he need to provide all passport biopage, driver's license and national id and birth certificate, or dapat kahit 1 lang sa mentioned? attaching photos sa form 1229. thank you in advance and sorry sa mahabang query.. and happy new year ulit sa lahat. sana magandang balita ang awaiting satin lahat ngayon 2021.

Hi. Pwede ba akong magadd ng new employer to claim for more points sa years of experience ko? Working ako sa RN. Nilagay ko sa EOI ko yung 2 previous employers ko. Supposedly, 15 points na ako kaso magadjust ang years so nabawasan ang points ko ng 5. Hay.

And now, currently working naman ako as RN pa din sa new employer naman.

Kung naisama mo sya sa assessment mo dati pwde po yun. Otherwise pa assess ka ulit to claim points for that current employment.

Hi, any knowledge po if pwede iupdate ang EOI, in my case, gusto ko na sana magsubmit ng EOI based sa current points ko. Si hubby will have his english exam and assessment done this month, pero hindi ko pa naman i-claim ung points based dun sa assessment nya, balak ko sana i-update nalang once lumabas na yung result. Balak ko i-update nalang yung english and skills assessment nya once may result na to claim for additional points, possible po ba ito? Salamat po.

we are on the same boat po. 65 points din ako (visa 189), aiming for superior points sa pte. nagsubmit na din ako ng eoi, iupdate ko nalang once makasuperior. ang worry ko, pag bumaba sa proficient un score, ma-invalid kaya ung proficient na score?

ako nga 60 points lang sa 189 pero naglodge pa rin. haha kesa masayang ung assessment ko. while waiting tumaas yung pte at least may nakalodge, mas ok maghintay ng matagal kesa maghintay sa wala.

Hindi po ma-invalid yung proficient score mo dahil ikaw ang pipili ng isusubmit mo na score. As long as valid naman you can always choose the higher score.

Sa EOI, si first cousin ung nilagay ko na sponsoring relative only to find out during visa application na ung birth certificate nya is nakalagay ung LOLA ko as her mother. So it points out na she's suppose to be my AUNT.
(Mejo complicated kasi ung situation ng aunt ko noon (her real mother) so my lola came to the rescue.)
My question po is, Ok lang ba na palitan ko ng AUNT ung relationship status ng aking sponsor sa visa application kahit na ung nakalagay sa EOI is first cousin? thanks po.

Have you lodge it yet? You have to ask migration agents for this matter. You cannot just change it lalo na nainvite kana. Magiging grounds ung ng rejection. Ask migration agent bago ka gumawa ng action.

Hello, I would like to ask, I have an invitation to 189 in Oct 2021 round. In my EOI lodged April 2020, my partner and I are on a de facto relationship. However, we got engaged and getting married on Dec 2021. In the visa application, can I change the relationship status to Engaged and still get married on Dec. 2021 after submission of visa requirements? Will that be okay? and what will be the requirements when engaged? We already have marriage license, maybe that will suffice, or is it same as de facto requirements?

Hello Everyone!

I'm a silent reader here since 2019 when I started to process my migration plans. To cut the story short, yesterday I submitted my EOI, finally.

I have a few questions though, and they are following:

1) Will my points be affected on EOI claims? If submission date was only yesterday with a positive skill assessment for 7 yrs with 10pts (Vetassess result April 2020) but on the EOI, I added my recent work experience and count result was more than 8yrs of experience so I got the maximum score of 15pts and I can provide supporting document for this, like COE if needed. They were not part of the Vetassess result at that time of assessment. I'm wondering if possibility will occur that the only counted work experience is the reflected years from the result of Vetassess?

2) I had a hard time getting the desired score for my English Proficiency (so I paused on continuing the process), but I submitted my EOI anyway under 491 with 0pt for english (will have my 3rd attempt in Jan-Feb 2022 and update EOI for 491 & to add 190). My question is, will there be a chance of getting an invite with current score of 70pts (0pt english) + 15pts (491) = 85pts? while I'm in the process of improving my english scores.

For no 1. If you didn't change your company and job scope, madadagdagan ung points mo. If u did change company and scope, then you cannot claim more that what is stated in your vetassess.

For no. 2. 491 visa should have at least competent English or higher. And ung dependent mo at least have a functional English

Hello! Thank you so much for the enlightenment po!!! I truly appreciate your answers.

For the VETASSESS, now I understand. I have same scope of work but with a different company. More or less the final score I can get is the equivalent experience reflected on the result only, not unless I will go for re-assessment to include my current work experience to be counted, which is another cost. Hope filing the current work experience after submitting my EOI will not give a negative impression with the officers if it's not in my vetassess result, wrong move po ata na sinama ko. I just thought that if they will ask for additional proof of documents like COE and I can provide, it suffice the score claims

For the english proficiency, this I know, I really need to re-take until I get the desired score and I don't have dependents. Single application po ako.

Praying for 2022 will be a better timing for those who are waiting!!
