Hello Everyone, sino po dito nag process ng 309 nila sa manila? gaano po katagal inabot ng approval nyo?

Hello po. Ask ko lang po if anong bank pwede makapagopen ng joint account thru online even my partner is in Au while I'm living here sa Ph. Mostly both acct holder needs to be present when opening an account in the bank. Any idea? Or if my other way for proof na may savings kami. Thank you in Advance po!

Try with ANZ bank, they accept even if one of you is not in aus.

hello.. na-lodge na po ba yung PMV nyo nang mag convert kayo? if yes, mabilis na daw yun. meron kami migration agent and mag-apply sana kami ng PMV pero nagpartner visa na lang kami. kasi yun daw ang priority ngaun at just in case na ma-approve exempted na sa travel restriction.

Hindi ko alam mag follow up since meron kami agent. nasa saudi ako kaya hindi ko din alam kung saan ma processed yung visa ko. kung Dubai,UAE or Manila. biometrics ko pa lang tomorrow. magbook ka na ba ng flight?

This year average time we have on partner visa cases would be around 3 months.

Lodge our 309 January this year till now wala pa result no further information naman from embassy sabi ni agent wag mainip baka malapit na din coz naipasa naman na ang medical. Parang nakakabaliw mag hintay. 😅

8 months na. may isa ko nogtnungan 8 months ngrant ung knya. sana dumating na ung sayo. 🙏🏻 mg three months pa lng ung akin. 🤣

Salamat po sa makakatulong. Nag-iisip lang po, gaano po katagal ang processing ng partner visa? Sa ngayon po kasi nakapagsubmit na ako ng EOI for skilled visa. over a year of contact would be advisable. but i have seen people with less than that get the partner visa.

in my experience, start documenting everything. fb messages, calls&texts (you can ask this from telstra or any other telecom), any other messaging platforms (skype, viber, whatsapp, teams, etc.)

my personal preferences are calling and fb messages, for me, it's the easiest to collate and put in the application. my wife even did an intricate excel spreadsheet showing my call history (telstra), durations, date and time stamp, and closest cell tower ping (location) which ties in to our statutory declaration. fb messages we just collated selected chats (a few per year from 2012-2019) into a massive pdf file

3) Also I have no shared financial, household because we live in separate countries. Is this a problem?

yes, that's a hole in your application. if you were sending her money for household expenses, schooling, food that would be great.

that should be a very big help. not enough though

yup, i concur. those guys are Muppets. called 3 times for one question got 3 totally different answers. wait till you get acquainted with the red tape extraordinaire that is the Philippine government bureaucracy. they make the DHA people look like the Singapore Government hahahah. Is it realistic to travel to the Philippines, get married, live together with my wife and collect evidence for a temporary partner visa waiting to return home to Australia with my wife?

That way I would not have to live separately from my wife and I should be able to collect convincing evidence for a visa.

I figure I would need to live there for 1-3 years waiting for visa processing before I can return home with my wife. Not sounding very realistic now that I think about it.

Might as well ask though.

Hi po. Thanks in advance sa help. Nalodge po ang 309 visa on November 2021. Last week nakareceive kami ng S56 request of Further information. They’re asking for CENOMAR and AFP (police check). Naprovide na po both and uploaded na po sa immiaccount.
Question: Sa nakaexperience po ng S56 Request for further info. How long it will take the decision after macomply ang request?
