If granted with NSW visa 190, we can work and live anywhere in NSW— regional, and even in main cities like sydney tama po ba?

De facto relationship po ang status namin. Planning to get married po sana kami. Makaffect po kaya sa application pag naikasal na po and wala pang visa grant? If you want to apply for 190, you have to withdraw your 491 before it will be granted. Then you will have to start the process and wait for 190 invite. Risky at magasto na move to but if you want to get a PR ASAP, you have to do this.
To tell you the truth, wala masyadong pinagkaiba ang 491 visa sa PR. You will be eligible for medicare just thesame. Main difference lang is you have to stay on regional area on 491 visa. For immigration purposes, regional area is like 99% of the total land area of Australia. Its all areas except Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. So if you want to live in big cities you can still live in Perth, Newcastle, Adelaide, Hobart, Wollongong etc. I don't really see the point in withdrawing your 491 to try your luck on 190.
I am on 491 btw living in the beautiful regional town of Port Macquarie.

It differs per state. For instance, kaka-open lang ng VIC for offshore 190 while NSW hasn't released any updates yet, at least as far as I know. You might want to check the NSW website (nsw.gov.au if I remember correctly, if not you can easily search NSW skilled 190 visa or something along those lines) and subscribe to their updates para ma-notify ka sa email mo once they publish/open their 2022–23 intake program.
If I framed something inaccurately here, hope someone else can correct. But that's what I know from reading this forum and research.
