Based on my observation sa mga FB groups about visa, usually 2 to 3 weeks yung waiting time from pre invite to ITA. So by next week Sept 27 sana po meron na kayong ITA.

It really varies. Depends on their work load. I’ve had some nomination applications approved the following day, some 2-3 months it took.

Hi @chemron9400 , yung sakin po nag attach ako ng birth cert and drivers license. Medyo malabo and maliliit font ng birth cert ko kaya nag include ako ng drivers license.

Hi po. I received 190 Vic pre-invite. Submitted na rin po for final nomination kaso naupload ko yung ibang docs na di naman required, like diploma, COE.

naupload ko kasi yung docs like sa SA nomination. okay lang siguro and will not cause rejection no? ifilter naman nila din nila siguro docs na need nila. kakaparanoid hehe

and yung may ITA ako from SA 491 already will not cause a refusal sa nomination no? hehe.

Nung magsusubmit na sya ng nomination application, wala daw steps na hiningi english test results and skills assessment nya. Ganito din po ba na-experience ng mga nakapagsubmit na? Pano nyo inattach skills assessment and english test results nyo?

Hi everyone. Need help because I just got invited by Victoria, however, my english test will be expiring soon. or maybe Ms. @RheaMARN1171933 I badly need your advice please.

It states in the email that "If your tests are expiring within this time or the information in your SkillSelect EOI has changed, please notify us and withdraw your application. You will need to submit a new Registration of Interest."

What shall I do?

I already sent an inquiry in the "contact us" but still waiting for response.

I was thinking to retake PTE soon then once okay I will update my EOI then submit the nomination application. But I am worried on the email note that it must be at least 1 year valid and if there is an update on the EOI, I must withdraw and inform them. Worried din ako kasi sayang din if I'll lose the chance for Visa 190.

How do we withdraw ROI? I don't remember creating an account with a password thing kasi wala sa notes ko din.

Please anyone could give some advice.

Yung friend ko po na nakatanggap ng Victoria pre-invite for SC190 kahapon (Offshore, 95 points [state nomination included], Software Engineer), magtturn 33 bukas, 5 Oct 2022, which means mababawasan total points nya ng 5 points to 95 points [state nomination included] na lang. Makakaapekto po ba 'to sa result ng nomination application nya kung ang pre-invite nya is for 95 points? Medyo sumakto talaga sa birthday nya yung pre-invite. Haha. Birthday gift pero nappraning sya gawa nung bawas sa points nya.

I think may nakita akong ganyang case kahapon dun sa ibang forum. na-pre invite siya tapos nagbago circumstances niya so nireject nia yung pre-invite, naglodge ng bagong ROI/EOI, then nainvite ulet siya next round.

Halos same situation din sakin at yung iba dito, pero naapprove naman nomination before 12 weeks. Pwede ka rin mag take ng PTE if malapit na talaga mag expire at upload mo na lang new document if di pa rin approved at may new PTE result ka na. Good luck!

Sorry nalito ako, Skills assessment yung malapit na magexpire sakin (same dun sa thread sa taas) pero I think applied din yun sa PTE.

Question: Does anyone know if it there is an impact on the visa application if the name under EOI is missing the Middle name (only First namen was supplied under Given Name)? We are planning to put the Middle name on the Given name portions when lodging.

So nakapagsubmit na ako ng VIC Nomination Application. I'm quite confused kung maguupload na ba ako ng documents dito like PTE and Skills Assessment? Or should I wait for their notice/contact? Thank you!
