Hi po. Kanino po dapat isend ang Form 1446 Visa Application Withdrawal? Naremove ko kasi yung visa application ko and hindi ko na siya ma-aattach. Need na raw po isend sa nag pprocess ng application ko kaso di ko po alam kung kanino.

Sa mga na-invite for 189 visa na may lodged visa application na (lalo na kung 190), kung ang goal niyo eh makapag-trabaho kahit saang state, you can do that with a 190 visa.

Tapos, kanina naman naka-receive ako ng 189 invitation.
Plan ko po maglodge ng 189, ano po kaya ang mangyayari in case na maunang ma-GRANT yung 491 visa ni misis? affected kaya yung pag grant ng 189 visa ko?

you cannot have 2 substantial visas at the same time. kung alin ang mauna, you have to withdraw the other one. lalo pa't clashing ang 189 at 491. 491 holders are not allowed to apply or be granted with 189.
so maging matalino sa magiging desisyon. ingat ingat!

Ask lang po, if maglodge po ba ng via now, 32y/o ako then by December mag 33y/o nako, bawas 5 points..makakaapekto po ba yun sa visa processing? or nakalock na po ung nauna kong points nung naglodge..worried po ako kng mabawasan points ko due to age & marefuse visa..huhu.. thanks sa advise...

Magask po sana ako about sa middle names. EOI and ROI kasi without middle name (given name and family name lang). Then sa visa lodging im not sure if middle name shoukd be included kasi nalagay sa mga forms and immiaccount is to indicate the name according sa travel document or passport. In our passports kasi di ba meron middle name. Sana po may makasagot ng question ko. Maraming salamat po in advance.

Tanong ko rin yan pre. I don't think it matters. I have seen many application with same occupation as mine lodged later than me but granted before me. I am compelled to believe that EOI points doesn't matter after invitation.

Thanks sa lage pag answer ng question ko. 😁 iniisip ko kasi iinclude ung middle name sa given name thought sa eoi and roi ko walang middle name.
