Actually kaya confusing kasi sa ibang sites, nakalagay if physician ka, dentist, nurse, or paramedic then you’re required to undergo IGRA/TST. Lab Scientists aren’t mentioned.

Hi po need lang po ng insight nyo mga sir and maam since nasa last stage na po kayo at marami ng experience kaya rin siguro madami pumupunta at nagtatanong din sa thread na to

Konting background lang po muna, Nasa australia na po kami as family of 3 since 16-August-2022 under Tourist Visa. Then onshore processing na rin po for Student visa. So ang plan kasi namin is dito na mag Apply ng visa 491,189,190 onshore after ma grant ung student visa. So dito na rin ako mag take ulit ng PTE and at the same time dito na rin mag pa skill assessment under EA.
So ngayon nagresign na ako sa trabaho ko sa pinas noong July 2022 so unemployed na ako sa occupation ko. At ngayon bakasyon muna habang naghihintay ng work rights.

Ang question ko po is may mga magiging problema po ba sa application namin sa PR side in the future? May mga ganito rin po bang senario sa inyo or sa mga kakilala nyo po?

@MTwarrior2396 nabigla din nga ako nung sinabi na required na kasi daw before ung mga children na dependent lang ang required buti na lang may extra budget pa hehe! Dito kami nagpamedical sa Dubai eh mas mahal dito ang price. 17k tb screening pa lang. Yung nasa referral na list inabot kami ng husband ko 37500. Ang alam ko mas less pag sa pinas.

I did my medical after lodging the application. Yes, 12 months lang validity nun at nasasayo whether gusto mong mag ka CO contact ka muna before ka magmedical. Cons: maextend lang grant mo kasi after mag-CO contact ay isubmit mo yan. Pros: in case lang more than 12mos before ka magka CO contact, di mo need gumastos uli para sa medical.

So nasasayo yan din sir. bale, san mo nakita na may nakalagay na may reach 5 mos sa processing? may ganun bang statement sa acknowledgement? or nagbase ka sa processing times?

Actually po it depends na po sa iyo yan since pwede na po tyo mag generate ng HAPId after maglodge ng visa. Like my family po ay nag pa medical na kami to see kung may problema sa health po namin at para malaman po agad kung anong adjustment or treatment ang gagawin if ever na may prob. Another another reason po namin ay we make sure na complete na po ang docs namin bago kami mag karoon ng CO para one time verification na lang po ang lahat ng docs..
Pero po ung iba ay nag aatay po talaga ng CO kasi po ay 1yr validity lang ang medical natin at ang time frame ay amaabot ng 11 mos or more. Minsan nagrerequest po ulit ng medical ang CO kung expired na...so nadodoble ang gastos. I'm not sure kung gaano katagal bago mabalikan ulit ng CO ang isang client. Sa dami ng naaprove ngayon, for sure need talaga ng patience.

Ayun Sir, same po sa advice nila sa taas, no official basis kung kelan po dapat magpamedical discretion na nga po ni applicant kung maghintay siya ng CO contact or magproceed na siya since may HAP ID naman na. Bale yung pagpaschedule ko po ng medical exam more on personal decision ko na din po.

Hello po! Sa mga nakapag lodge na ng visa..

Ask ko lng po ano po yung naging mode of payment nyo?

Nag fail kasi yung debit card na ginamit ko. Pina adjust ko na sa banko yung transaction limit kasi akala yun ang reason sa "authorization failed" na error kasi limit ng atm card ko 50k lng. Wala kasi akong cc

After na adjust na, same error pa din po sya. Maybe someone can help me po. Salamat

Yes. Based on experience, heto yung mga statuses na naecounter ko:
1. Received - No CO yet
2. Initial Assessment
3. Further Assessment - CO asked for additional Doc
4. Finalised - approve na yung visa

Kapag may additional doc naman na rinequest si CO (s56) mageemail sila. Pero check your application from time to time kasi minsan may nakakaencounter na yung email from immi napupunta sa spam.

NSW tapos kamakailan nainvite kami sa 189. hindi na namin afford na i-withdraw ang 491 kasi sabi ng agent ko wala daw refund and yun nga hindi na namin kaya magbayad ulit. habang tumatagal ang waiting for grant minsan iniisip ko kung worth it ba mag wait kasi parang nakakawalang gana nung nainvite ng 189 so ano yun gusto nila doble ng visa fee hindi biro ipunin ang pambayad medyo nakaka hurt sa part na yun. sorry naglalabas lang ng sama ng loob😢 habang tumatagal nagkaka anxiety na ko lalo na pag may na-gragrant na same occupation ko na sabay lang din namin nag lodge iniisip ko kung ano pa kulang ng application ko or baka dahil sa PTE score ko mga ganong thoughts. minsan nahihirapan na din ako matulog kakaisip kung may kulang ba para ma satisfy sila.

Wag paghinaan ng loob kasi same rin just like ang 189 ang duration para makapagapply ng citizenship dito sa AU. Yun naman ang ultimate goal ng 189, 190, and 491 na maging citizen sa AU. Ang duration pala ay 4 years for a 491 (3 years na macomply yung hinahanap ng 491) and 1 year as a permanent resident (191) saka ka na pwede magapply ng citizenship.

As long as walang fraudulent sa docs or major underdeclaration sa application mo, di ka nakagawa ng crime, nasatisfy mo yung requirements sa visa. Pwede na magapply ng citizenship..

Yes no refund pagnagapply ka ng visa. Then di ka muna magapply ng 189 or 190 pagnagrant na ang 491 mo.

Stay positive lang po. Nagisip din ako kung iwithdraw ko yung 491 ko pero I decided not to. Kahit pa afford ko magbayad ng another visa fee. Nagtanong tanong ako sa mga kilala ko na nasa Au na for ilang yrs na din. Di naman daw big deal ano visa ang meron ka pagdating dun. Iba iba sila ng visa pagpunta ng Au. May student, may 457, 482, 494, etc. Pero mga PR na sila lahat now. Kaya don't worry too much po. Fight lang po! huggggg 🤗💖❤🇦🇺
