Hi Ma'am, for my experience I did mention in my career episodes all the Engineering Activities I did while attached in a Project. My career episodes focuses mainly in Detailed Engineering, On-site/Offsite Fabrication, Installation, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up Activities. I made sure I included all the formulas, activities supporting that I really applied Engineering concepts and practices in my work, and information about different Projects that I've been attached with.

3 yrs ang required na stay sa regional area for 491. Sa 489 yung 2 years pero abolished na yun.

From what I've seen in the invitations, applicants are only asked to commit to the nominating State only for 2 years. Example for NSW:

The 3 years I think is the minimum requirement to stay in a regional area if transitioning to 191.

I think it depends on your arrangement with the agent. If they are the ones who submitted the requirements for you, they would have used their email addresses and would be the one to receive the invitation.

I think it depends on your arrangement with the agent. If they are the ones who submitted the requirements for you, they would have used their email addresses and would be the one to receive the invitation.

Better yet, ask this question to your agent to be sure.

you can only choose 1 Visa type for each EOI, so separate dapat for 189 and 190.

Ah yes! It seems you can choose more than 1 type in the EOI. Sorry was thinking about the separate EOIs per State if 190/491.

@SunsetParadise It is advisable to create separate EOI for each just in case you get invited to both (pre-invite for state nomination), your EOI would not be locked in to other.
You may use the same email for all EOIs. Just make sure you remember your credentials for each.

I created EOI for 190 NSW. For example po na-nominate po ako, ano po ung required documents na i-submit?
1. Skills assessment
2. Employment documents (offshore and onshore)
3. PTE/english assessment
4. Identity documents
5. proof of residency (i'm currently onshore)

Hello.. Need your advice po please. Nakareceive na po husband ko ng ITA, kaso di nya napansin na nung Oct 6 pa pala, kahapon lang nakita. So meron na lang kaming 18 days to process all the requirements to lodge, ang problema po eh yung PTE nya and EA (CDR) 2018 pa, so over 3 years na.
Question po, kelangan po ba magretake sya ng PTE and mag renew ng EA? Thanks po.

Good day, guys! Need your input here: Our agency lodged us EOI (189) and ROI (491-VIC) in June 2022. A few weeks back, we asked our agency if they can also lodge us 190 (VIC) since we don't have this yet, but we were advised that they can only lodge 1 ROI and can't lodge 190. Is this true? Is there a way they can lodge us 190 as well, let's say other state (ex: NSW)?

Yung sa Victoria po kasi isang active ROI lang ang pwede.

Unfortunately yes, it is required to have a valid non-expired PTE and EA upon invitation. It is not advisable to lodge a visa application with expired docs po. Hopefully magawan niyo po ng paraan.

Kung gusto niyo po ipush yung ROI for 190(VIC), you have to withdraw your ROI 491(VIC). Tapos make new ROI na VIC 190 na po.

Tas yes po, possible po maglodge on your other preferred states to expand your options.

Makikita nila na yung date ng PTE mo and EA is after the invitation so it will be invalid and you'll just risk getting your application declined.

HI po, ask ko lang po sana, natapos na po kase ako mg upload ng documents, wala po don sa required un form 80 at 1221, aantayin ko po ba ang case officer na i ask sakin ito ? naka ready na po sya at nasagutan ko na din. hinde ko lang po alam san sya i aattach.

Upload mo na rin po. Yung sakin, sa Character, Evidence of ko siya nilagay. Pwede rin sa Other Documents dun inuupload ng iba. Wala naman problema either sa dalawa.

lalabas lang kasi yung Other Documents pag nag bayad ka na. anyway wala naman kaso kung kelan mo upload yung form 80 at 1221 basta ma-upload mo, oks na yun.

Hello po currently attaching documents for 491 visa application at wala po akong nakitang form 80 at 1221 pero madalas kong nababsa dito. Ask ko sana if for 189 at 190 lang cya?
