Pasensya. :s

Nakatanggap din ako nito. I included site photos, load calculations, and some diagrams. Positive naman ang outcome.

Thank you po for the response. Did you rewrite the whole episode or inupdate niyo lang po and dagag onting explanation since mag dadagdag lng naman po ng attachments?

Question po. May needed document (affidavit/sworn statement?) po ba na isubmit kung yung mga COE is not stating yung tasks for RSEA? Bale, company name, position and tenure lang po kasi nakalagay sa CoEs ko from previous companies. Then etong present, ganun din pinoprovide nila. Di ko rin po kasi madisclose sa HR and even leaders ko yung plans for visa processing kasi may chances na ifail nila sa annual performance assessment. TIA po. :)

Ito ang mahirap na part siguro. Gumawa ng dahilan. Not for visa processing.

    Ito dapat nakaindicate lahat
    1. PRIMARY DOCUMENTS
Reference letter on official company letterhead to:
    1. PRIMARY DOCUMENTS
Reference letter on official company letterhead to:
    • Indicate 5 main specific (not generic) duties
    undertaken, job title or position;
    • Indicate the exact period of employment
    (commencement and completion dates in
    dd/mm/yyyy format);
    • Be endorsed and dated by the manager/direct
supervisor/HR Section (with official telephone &
    email address);
    • Indicate full or part-time with number of work hours;
    • Pay rate;
    • Include the company’s stamp if applicable.
    https://www.engineersaustralia.org.au/For-Migrants/Migration-Skills-Assessment/Migration-Forms-And-Links

    1. Gumawa ka sa Microsoft Word. Siyempre yung job description mo galing dun sa docs na pinirmahan mo sa Job contract. Nakaindicate lahat sa taas.
    2. Magprint ka. Ipakita mo sa supervisor, or sa hrd. Kung okay sa kanila yun.
    3. Ito ang mahirap. Magbigay ng dahilan. Gumawa ka nalang na thread. Mga dahilan para makakuha ng Reference letter sa supervisor or sa hr hehe
    4. Pagnailusot mo na. Ipaprint mo sa hrd mo sa letter head. Padry seal mo. Then papirmahan mo sa supervisor/hrd/manager. Pili ka sa kanila. Then importante ang date signed.
    • If completo naman ang docs mo, nothing to worry. Pero merong chance na nagveverify sila. If supported naman ng other docs mo like yung pinirmahan mo job description, contract, payslip, sss, bir, and kung ano ano pa. Mabilis lang.

Yung #3 talaga. Wag visa processing. Pero mas okay after visa grant nalang mo iinform.

Hi @tigerlance, ano ginamit mong reason sa company? or ano magandang gamiting dahilan kapag magrequest ng Reference Letter sa current company? Thank you in advance!

Company 2: HR. Medyo madali to. Pero since, tinatamad sila gumawa ng new format, ako yung pinagawa nila. I have the company letter head naman, since same lang ang ginagamit sa mga official letter na ginagamit pang communicate sa GenCon, so G na. Hehe. Company 3: Current employment. It’s quite a challenge. Hehe. Chinese employer na ayaw malamangan. HAHA IYKWIM. So, iba atake ko this time. So, gumawa lang rin ako EA format. Have them sign, medyo ayaw ayaw pa. Kasi nga naman, unfamiliar and detailed talaga requirement ni EA and it’s very unusual sa common COE. After a few attempts. I got it. Haaay.

    (PROACTIVE) TIPS THAT MIGHT HELP
    1. Secure all scholastic / employment docs proactively.
    2. Since I’ve been eyeing AU college pa lang yata ako, before I even graduate,di ako lumabas ng university nang di ko nasesecure ko mga docs ko, or plan how and when to get yung mga docs na di agad narerelease. Like diploma, etc.
    3. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, umalis sa company in good faith, lalo na sa HR and managers. Hehe. And i-secure and BIR 2316 (every year) - nirerequest ko talaga ito annually. This is our right to have these docs, because let’s admit di naman nila kusang iissue yang mga docs.
Hehe.
Use psychology. Hehe.
    6. Another thing, 2 out 3 companies na mentioned above. Walang issue na official payslip. Since ang payslip ay wala namang authorized signature. Ako gumagawa neto EVERY TIME. Tapos minsan cash like sa Company 3. So walang makukuhang bank statement. I supported these with cash voucher (receipt like) na binibigay sa min tuwing narereceive salary. So, DIY Payslip + Cash Vouchers; scanned together = Proof of Payment na siya.
    7. Always check your contributions (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF) sa mga online portals. Monitor niyo kung nahuhulugan talaga. THIS IS A VERY STRONG EMPLOYMENT EVIDENCE. Since it’s government generated. Kaya EA trusts this docs.
    8. Pray!

Maraming salamat po sa mga insights niyo. Graduate na sa EA. <3

Hi ma'am. Knowing all these po, nagpa consult po kayu with an immigration consultant?.. I am also a civil engineer working here in the philippines for over 2 years since I graduated. Ano pong visa yung kinuha niyo for Australia?

Hi ma'am/sir. Insterested po ako mag apply ng visa to work sa australiaI, I am a civil engineer po dito sa ph with over 2 yrs work experience sa construction industry since I graduated. Is it true po that if I nominate myself as civil engineer, EA might not assess my work experience (no points claimed), or otherwise EA might just assess my qualification under the Engineering Technologist Category. Ano pong mga limitations or advantage/disadvantage pag ET category.. meron po ba sa inyu na na assess under this category?

You need a minimum of 3 years experience to claim work experience points. As per skills assessment, kahit newly grad pwede magpa-assess.

Skills assessment and skilled employment assessment are separate with EA. One can just opt for skills assessment. If one has work experience, there is no minimum requirement imposed by EA for them to assess. So even if one has ie 2 years experience, can still do RSEA with EA but won’t be able to claim points with immigration until after 3 years of experience.

ALL Reference Letter / COE: Ako lang gumawa, through research / existing JD / EA Guidelines, etc. I just asked them to sign it for me. Nakakakaba tong part na to guys. Haha. Kailangan ng konting reasoning. Baka makatulong yung mga ginawa ko. Hehe

Company 1: Ayaw pirmahan ng HR, pumunta ko sa General Manager, sinama ko pa tatay ko (dating Area Manager ng company) para chumika for me at maging smooth ang pag-sign. It pushed through! Haha. Even brought pasalubongs and treats sa acctg, HR and others para light yung mood ng pagpunta after years of separation sa company. Hehe.

Company 2: HR. Medyo madali to. Pero since, tinatamad sila gumawa ng new format, ako yung pinagawa nila. I have the company letter head naman, since same lang ang ginagamit sa mga official letter na ginagamit pang communicate sa GenCon, so G na. Hehe. In-insert ko lahat ng requirement ni EA and have them sign. They signed it electronically. No questions asked. Achieved!

I got it. Haaay.

The things we do for our dreams! I believe gathering documents is tougher than preparing CDRs. Sa totoo lang! Pero after these, nakahinga na at sabak naman sa technical writing.

Thank you for this forum. Just got my Positive Assessment. I felt the need to share these with you, para makatulong rin sa iba na kailangan ng feed ng info. More power sa ating lahat. Graduate na me sa EA!

You need a minimum of 3 years experience to claim work experience points. As per skills assessment, kahit newly grad pwede magpa-assess.

Sir may chance po ba na ma include sa work experience yung pagiging volunteer?.. like sa academe area po, way back college. Or yung ma counted lang po ay yung under an employment contract?.

As far as I know, hindi po ito counted. PAID EMPLOYMENT lang po ang counted sa years of employment. Even teaching, under academe is not counted.

Achieved!

I got it.

Hi po. Di po ako nagpa-consult, DIY po ako at matinding research at pagbabasa po ng MSA Booklet (cover to cover) ang puhunan. Hehe.

Subclass 189,190,491 po ang inapplyan ko. I was invited and nasa proseso na po ng SC189.

Like this guide po:

    chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://www.engineersaustralia.org.au/sites/default/files/2022-07/prepare-your-migration-skills-assessment-application-july2022_0.pdf

    • Yes po, Pwede po multiple subclass.

Hi ma'am. Knowing all these po, nagpa consult po kayu with an immigration consultant?.. I am also a civil engineer working here in the philippines for over 2 years since I graduated. Ano pong visa yung kinuha niyo for Australia?

Back read back read po kayo. Hope it helps po!

Hehe. You can say na requirement siya for continuing education (Master's), Pwedeng pang-business loan, etc. po. :)

Employment during schooling is not counted as well. All the best po!

Hi po. Question po. May needed document (affidavit/sworn statement?) po ba na isubmit kung yung mga COE is not stating yung tasks for RSEA? Bale, company name, position and tenure lang po kasi nakalagay sa CoEs ko from previous companies. Then etong present, ganun din pinoprovide nila. Di ko rin po kasi madisclose sa HR and even leaders ko yung plans for visa processing kasi may chances na ifail nila sa annual performance assessment. TIA po. :)

    2. Magprint ka. Ipakita mo sa supervisor, or sa hrd. Kung okay sa kanila yun.
    4. Pagnailusot mo na. Ipaprint mo sa hrd mo sa letter head. Padry seal mo. Then papirmahan mo sa supervisor/hrd/manager. Pili ka sa kanila. Then importante ang date signed.
    • If completo naman ang docs mo, nothing to worry. Pero merong chance na nagveverify sila. If supported naman ng other docs mo like yung pinirmahan mo job description, contract, payslip, sss, bir, and kung ano ano pa. Mabilis lang.

Yung #3 talaga. Wag visa processing. Pero mas okay after visa grant nalang mo iinform.

Hi @tigerlance, ano ginamit mong reason sa company? or ano magandang gamiting dahilan kapag magrequest ng Reference Letter sa current company? Thank you in advance!

Question po. May needed document (affidavit/sworn statement?) po ba na isubmit kung yung mga COE is not stating yung tasks for RSEA? Bale, company name, position and tenure lang po kasi nakalagay sa CoEs ko from previous companies. Then etong present, ganun din pinoprovide nila. Di ko rin po kasi madisclose sa HR and even leaders ko yung plans for visa processing kasi may chances na ifail nila sa annual performance assessment. TIA po. :)

Ito ang mahirap na part siguro. Gumawa ng dahilan. Not for visa processing.

I'm just starting my journey here and nakita ko po itong post mo. We graduated in the same school and I will facing this issue soon....salamat

    1. Another thing, 2 out 3 companies na mentioned above. Walang issue na official payslip. Since ang payslip ay wala namang authorized signature. Ako gumagawa neto EVERY TIME. Tapos minsan cash like sa Company 3. So walang makukuhang bank statement. I supported these with cash voucher (receipt like) na binibigay sa min tuwing narereceive salary. So, DIY Payslip + Cash Vouchers; scanned together = Proof of Payment na siya.

Yes, sir. I believe so. Nakatulong talaga siya. Kasi proof of receipt siya. ;)

Not necessary, just make sure na IF EVER hanapan ng certificate yung mga nasa list ay merong mai-pprovide. Wag na po sigurong iinclude kung walang evidence like cert and others para di magka prob. At least, for me lang po. :)
