Hello! For those who submitted Form 80, do we still need to add our middle name under _Given Name _kung ang EOI at visa application form didn't include the middle name? Di ko kasi nilagay ang middle name ko noon e, so hesitant kung bigla kong ilalagay sa form 80.

hindi po multiple application. multiple lang ang EOI, magkaiba ang EOI creation and visa application po.
my mga states kasi esp for 190 and 491 gusto nila sila lang inside sa EOI mo.. di si magiinvite if my ibang states sa isang EOI.
sa NAATi my kinuha akong review dito lang din sa forum. ky @MumVeng
di ko sure if active pa xa dito sa forum but send her a DM lang..
