@era222 Ah, so na grant na sya ng visa, pero employer sponsorship wala pa? Kac may napanood ako sa youtube na bago mag apply ng visa dapat employer sponsorship muna, if I remember it right dahil may expiration ung visa.

Employer sponsorship is a REQUIREMENT of the specific visa na tinatanong mo, if I'm not mistaken. Hence, the name "Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional". Isa sa mga requirement para maging eligible ka for that visa ay ma-nominate ka ng approved employer. So una, dapat may employer ka na willing kang i-sponsor tapos they do that sponsorship through that visa, so you can have the right to work and stay in Australia as you work for them. It's not because may expiration ang visa per se, but because that's what the visa type is for.

Without employer sponsorship, hindi na yan "Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional". I suggest that you read the visa info para alam mo kung paano ba siya. Andito naman lahat, promise: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/skilled-employer-sponsored-regional-494/employer-sponsored-stream#Overview :)

@Janry Dahil na-grant sya ng 494 visa, it's implied that he/she/they were sponsored by their employer and now have the right to move to Australia in line with the provisions nung 494 visa nila.

May naktry na ba magsubmit ng COE na meron nakalagay na purpose? Sobrang nahihirapan ako dito kasi ayaw ko ipaalam sa HR and manager ng current company ko yung plans ko for migration since they will take it personally. They usually ask the purpose for request and if I say it’s for business loan/other reason, they will put it in the COE. Is that okay to use?

All my SoS just stated "for legal purposes", one of them was even addressed to POLO/POEA. Vetassess accepted them.

Guys, Pwede ba makapasok sa australia through TRA? Mas madali ba un kaysa magpa assess sa General full skill assessment?

May technical interview part yata ang TRA. Not 100% sure lang, pero yun ang alam ko... Alam ko for trade-skilled jobs yan like carpenter, electrician, welder, etc. I-base mo po ang path mo sa occupation mo, sir. Iba-iba kasi purpose nyan.

VETASSESS is the only RTO contracted by TRA to conduct assessments for some trade occupations. If you find your trade occupation listed on VETASSESS it means you need to go via VETASSESS and not TRA. Assessments are 2 stages - paper based and technical interview/practical test.

For those who are still completing their VETASSESS requirements, may I get your thoughts po on the recent news na Skilled Independent Visa 189 will be temporary stopped? Can we still proceed with the skills assessment kahit hindi pa open yung visa ulit?

I think nakita ko yung sinasabi mo, is it the 189 pathway for New Zealand applicants? If yan yun then don't worry sa kanila lang yun nag aapply.

May bawas sa points kapag walang skills assessment and english exam ang partner. 10 pts din yan so quite significant. Try to get all the points you can.

One more question po pala, meron po ba ditong nag-Change of Occupation sa Vetassess Skills Assessment? Pano po ung process?

To give you a background, meron na na po akong dating skills assessment, pero balak ko mag change sa new job code, and magdi-DIY po ako ngaun (unlike ung una ko na skills assessment na I used an agent).

Meron po ba ditong may similar experience.
I want to know din pano ko mai-import ung previous skills assessment ko on my own new account(new ung Vetassess account ko since nag-agent ako sa unang skills assessment).

Sana po may makatulong sakin. Thanks and Happy New Year.

Hello po question. Asking for a friend po na Financial Advisor and Manager. Plan po niya mag-paassess sa VETASSESS. Confirm ko lang po based po sa information sheet ng both FINANCIAL
    INVESTMENT ADVISER
    and FINANCIAL
    INVESTMENT MANAGER
hindi po ba talaga nagrerequire ng payment evidence like Payslips, ITR etc? unlike sa other assessing authority like ACS? may other occupations din po ba na hindi talaga nagrerequire ng payment evidence?

I think okay lang po ito. since 2 payment evidence lang naman po ang need and sa pag-ibig kita naman po ang employer sa bawat contribution. and sa SSS and PHILHEALTH kita din po current employer.

Mine was regular processing and took about 6 months. Nakapag-submit ka na ba? Di ko sure if malaki pa rin backlog ni VETASSESS, pero if may budget ka pa-priority mo na. Hehe. Or di naman use that time for English/NAATI exams. :)

Hi! Nakapaglodge na ako noong November 11, 2022 regular processing siya. Hindi kasi ako makakuha ng slot for priority processing laging narereach yung 25 na limit per day.

Honestly, we MARA agents think the priority slot is a joke. We never managed to book one. We stopped giving it as an option in the end. Here’s hoping for VETASSESS to sort their processing issue ASAP🤞
