Hello po, good day! First time to work on the skill assessment for Vetassess (Recruitment Consultant) and I am doing DIY. Can you share important items to prepare especially for the skills qualification? From references online these are the list I have:

    Copy of your Passport
    Your CV OR Resume
Payslips from each of your employers
    Skills Qualifications
    ID Documentation
Also, I have multiple past employers would 2 to 3 latest copies for each would do or 2316?

Thank you in advance for the assistance.

Kakasubmit ko lang rin (DIY) last night for Management Consultant occupation. Looking at your info sheet (
https://www.vetassess.com.au/Portals/0/Downloads/qualification_assessment/Information Sheet_RecruitmentConsultant.pdf), mukhang need mo rin ng Org Chart for each employer / position held and certifications / licenses if you have.

For IDs, since you have a Passport Bio page na, need mo lang ng TWO supporting IDs like visa, etc. meron silang list sa FAQs on the Vetassess website of what you can submit. Then you also need to include your education qualification documents like transcript of records, diploma or statement of academic completion. Parang wala sa list mo?

Okay yung tip dito sa forum na create ka na nag application in advance. Valid naman siya for 2-3months before mag expire. Para at least you know what you need to submit.

Wow congratulations (on your PR application) ! anyway, ang tagal rin pala ng release ng Vetassess outcome niyo! roughly 3 months nga siya. By any chance, did they require additional documents from you? I'm just wondering when or how long will it take them before they contact you for any additional requirements. I've submitted mine 3 weeks ago, and the status is still "lodged" as of the moment

I'm at 5 months (almost 6) and it's still processing without movement. Medyo mabagal talaga ngayon, but maybe it'll pick up by end of year (just a wild guess at wishful thinking haha). Good luck!

Grabe, ang lala nung half a year. In hindsight nga I wish I just paid extra for priority processing. Have you followed up? Baka if you give them a nudge you may hear from them. Unacceptable na rin kasi if significantly more than their prescribed timeline

Oo, pero actually recently that's what their timeline has become na it's become acceptable. Sa mga FB group, may ibang 7 months pa nga. Have not seen anyone get their results in the said 12 weeks recently. Sobrang daming backlog yata ni VETASSESS, they had to put a daily quota rin sa priority processing nila — pahirapan na rin makapasok dun ngayon, parang mage-enroll online sa class, paunahan ng slots :D

Question. I just had submitted my Skills Assessment 2 days ago and realised that I missed out 1 addtional attachment for my qualification. Will I still be able to update and upload the document or should I wait until Vetassess reply to my application?

Kailangan ng kaibigan na magpapahiram ng credit card nila then fund transfer mo na lang sa kanila yung amount galing sa Metrobank account mo.

Debit card ba yung MAny credit card should do. If debit card, make sure na may sufficient funds sya para mabayaran> @casssie said:

The assessing body depends sa occupation na ino-nominate mo, which is yung magiging basehan nila sa pagreview ng mga isusubmit mo.

Neither is better or worse than the other, they are just different assessing bodies for different occupations.

For Database related work, mas ok po ba ACS na? Or VETASSES?

Their fees are stated sa website nila :)

    https://www.vetassess.com.au/skills-assessment-for-migration/professional-occupations/fees-and-payment and https://www.acs.org.au/msa/information-for-applicants.html.

Also note that "database related work" is too vague. The first thing you need to know is your specific occupation. Check mo yung skilled occupation list: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list. Kung anong mapili mong occupation (na closest sa experience mo), yun ang basehan ng assessing body.

    IT occupations are usually ACS.

I always tell clients in the same situation to use the excuse - applying for a business loan as the reason why they need an employment reference letter.

Provide it only if you have it. If none, it should be fine

We’ve handled so much cases like this. Not everyone has done PRC exam. Just make sure the institution is from section 1. Otherwise you will need the PRC if the qualification is not equivalent to an AQF degree and the required minimum qualification for assessing the occupation is a bachelor’s degree. This is a new requirement they added. Write a cover letter to state that there is no PRC document so they don’t have to halt your case and ask you for it.

Otherwise, if you want to be very sure, instead of resorting to this forum, you can also enquire directly to Vetassess.

    Waaahhhh, Patulong naman! Please!!!
Nag upload nako, mag pa asses sa Vetasses. Nasa Payment nako, may napanood ako sa youtube na nagbayad sya gamit ang Visa Card Debit nya. Nung nasa payment na ko ang nakita ko na option ay
Credit card visa or mastercard, at ung isa is parang Australian Bank. Meron akong MetroBank Masterd Debit, naguluhan ako sa options ng payment dahil nga walang Debit akong nakita, pero try ko click un Australian Bank, kala ko may option na lalabas na "are you sure?" Alangya tuloy tuoy na pala un na proces payment! Ito tuloy ung message na nakuha ko.

Payment Status: If you pay by money order or bank cheque, please submit the money order or bank cheque by vetassess postal address
    Total amount payable: $962.00
Total amount paid: AUD$ 0.00 awaiting payment

Ano bang pwedeng gawin pag ganito?
    Salamat.
