Your spouse will have to sign a form allowing your children to be granted a PR visa without him/her. Pero pag nag-expire na ang working visa nya, aalis ba sya ng Australia? Kasi if your spouse plans to stay here then it will be more economical to include him/her in the 189 visa application. Mas mahal ang partner visa and matagal ang grant.

Hello po!!
Meron na ako ITA for 190 NSW! Praise God!:) just want to ask about the application, kelangan ba every category meron ka i-upload ng supporting documents? Or pwede lang yung may asterisk? The important ones? Kasi meron dun phone bills and electricity bills but living under my parents pa ako so not under my name. Hehe

Also, about yung english test (PTE) ko, nag expire na nung dec 2022, but i understand valid sya up to 3 yrs, so does that mean i have to put a tick dun sa check box where they ask “Are there any expired documents” or no need?

Question lang po Nakapaglodge na po ako ng 189 visa. Sa current address ko po (onshore), nagkaron po ako ng typographical error sa postal code. Paano ko po ba ito macocorrect?

Sa immi, may pwede pong i-click na "notification of incorrect answer (s)". I-fill in ko lang po ba ito ng correct answer, okay na po yun? or aside from this, may need pa po akong gawin?

Hello, nasa perth WA ako and working. gusto ko sana mag-apply for visa 190 kasi hindi kasali yung yung nominated job ko sa rounds ng 189. Hindi ko sure kung 75 or 85 points ang need ng WA para iconsider ako, baka pa po may alam sa inyo for Computer Network and Systems Engineer - 263111?

Estimated Feb 8 since that is past 60 days from last 189 invitation round (Dec 8 2022); seems department is gauging how many from the past invite will actually turn into actual lodging (ITA is valid for 60 days only).

Note there is no definitive answer as there's no formal announcement when it will happen.

Ah ok…points are locked in upon invite. If you didn’t get an invite in February, you’ll need to do another test.

Hello po, question lang po maybe you can give insights po or baka may similar experience po kayo.

My partner po is applying for 189 visa and gagawin nya po sana akong de facto dependent. We are living together for 1 year and 7 months in his parents house. Possible po ba akong maging de facto nya? We have no lease documents or household bills with our names together since we are living with his parents and most of the expenses are covered by them. But we do give cash to them as a share for the bills. We have joint bank accounts and my credit card bills are addressed at his parents house.

Hello po! May nag-agent po ba dito and ginawa pa rin yung medicals and police checks kaagad, even before nirequest ng officer? In-advise po ba yan ng agent niyo or kayo po nagsabi sa kanila na gagawin niyo na? Parang pinagbabawalan kasi ako mag-medical and police checks... Nabasa ko naman na pwede pagka-lodge para direct grant na. So medyo naguluhan ako 😅

Pwede naman mag-medicals and police checks after visa app lodgement and before case officer contact. Your agent's probably advising against it because these expire in 12 months, and you might have to redo them down the line if 'di pa rin finalised application mo within those 12 months. It's done in good faith naman. That said, if you want to do it pa rin, let your agent know your side respectfully and make sure to clearly communicate na you know the implications, para walang sisihan if issues arise. You have the right to advocate for your application pa rin naman. Best of luck!

Pagkacheck ko po nung immi account ko, hindi po nagsshow up/naka-save ung answers na nilagay ko po sa form. Once submitted po ba, hindi ko na po makikita ung information na nilagay ko dito? Or nagkaroon po ng error/hindi po successful ang pagsubmit ko at need ko pong ulitin to?

You need to check with immigration, call their global services to be in the safe side. I don’t work in that area so I can’t really help. That’s technical issue and nit immigration related unfortunately. I’m not the right person to ask.

Ms. Rhea ask lang example ung proseso ng application mo ay natapos mo na hanggang medical, then ng iintay na lang ng invitation for visa. then on that time nag reach ng 40 yrs old, and naging 65 na lang ung total score, mataas pa din ba chance magrantan ng visa. health workers ang occupation.

Medyo confusing yung question mo, kasi you won't be able to take medical until you lodge your application, which will not happen until you receive Invitation to apply (ITA). So yung points talaga affects chances of invitation, not grant. From what I understand, the granting depends on how complete your submitted documents are.

Yeah, @enrico0919 ano po bang subclass inaapplyan mo? If nasa EOI stage ka pa lang and waiting for an invite, wala pa yang medical. It's receive ITA > lodge visa application > medicals as @whimpee said.
