Medyo confusing yung question mo, kasi you won't be able to take medical until you lodge your application, which will not happen until you receive Invitation to apply (ITA). So yung points talaga affects chances of invitation, not grant. From what I understand, the granting depends on how complete your submitted documents are.

That’s correct. Points are locked in once invite to apply for a vis-à-vis issued. Medicals are submitted upon/after visa lodgement, granting depends on completed and correct documents provided

Hi po, ask ko lang kung may same case dito sa akin wherein yung name na nakaindicate under sa List of applications sa immi ay naka maiden name, pero pag clinick naman yung view details, naka married name naman na yung name ko under Applicants. Pati dun sa email ng Immi about Acknowledgement of Application Received, naka married name naman na din. Dalawa kasi yung inupload kong passports ko, yung expired na naka maiden name pa at yung recent na married name na so yun ang naisip ko na maaaring nag cause nito.

Goodpm po. may tnong po sna ako bout one of the reqts sa application to Australia. ung sa brother ko kc nsa offshore cia, may 7 yrs n cia working overseas as a Cook. gusto sna nya mgpaasess sa TRA.. ang concern kc nmen hndi related ung tinapos nya sa work nya ngayon. Graduate po cia ng Automotive sa Philippines kaso after graduate ngwork n cia as cook sa Malaysia. Mkkuha kaya cia ng positive assessmnt? hndi b dapat related ung pinagaralan sa work? Bka po may same situation din d2 n puede mksgot or suggestions. Thank you po

Saan po or kailan dapat sabihin sa application na preggy si spouse and will give birth this month, and passport might take 1-2 months ?

Pag may passport na po ba or even before pa, like sa EOI na option - how many family members are coming = dapat +1 for pregnant mums or wag muna.

Hello po, please advise me what to do. I am already invited by NSW for 190 and unfortunately I missed updating my EOI sa job experience part. I have two relevant jobs that are more than 10 years ago. Nailagay ko sya sa experience though wala naman syang bearing sa points kase ang counted lang yong relevant within the last 10 years. I could not edit my EOI and delete these two entries as I am already invited and it is already frozen. Is it safe to proceed with my visa application for 190 and put the relevant experience within the last 10 years only? In that regard my EOI will not match with my visa application as it is stated in immi website to include employment history for the past 10 years. Will an inconsistent EOI with my visa application in this case be a problem?

Not necessarily. Engineering natapos ko pero Human Resource ang occupation assessed ko. Yun lang, merong qualifying period na 3 years na hindi counted sa points. This is with VETASSESS, not sure lang if it's the same with other assessing bodies.

It depends on the visa type and the points. If meron nang positive skill assessment and English test result, best to submit an EOI so they can determine how many points they get.

I think this should be okay as long as the last 10 years still count towards your points. Usually nagkakaproblem is if the claimed points sa EOI was actually not supported in the visa application.

Take note, depende pa rin sa skills assessment result if marecognise siya to AQF.
It maybe that your Bachelor's degree overseas only equivalent to Associate degree or sort.

Good day everyone. Ask ko lang po kung may pwede po makatulong sakin or advice regarding sa work experience ko.

I'm a Licensed Civil Engineer here sa PH pero yung work experience ko for about 6+ years is related lang sa Quantity Surveyor (QS) na work.

Possible po kaya na makagawa ako ng CDR para ma-assess as Civil Engineer ni EA?

If may mga nakagawa na po dyan ng CDR as Civil Engineer pero QS ang work experience pwede po makihingi ng copy icheck ko lang po kung pano nyo nairelate ung QS sa CE.

Nagtanong kasi ako sa agent ko ang sabi sakin is EA talaga ang assessing body ko since hindi pasok ung qualification sa AIQS.

I had a case not too long ago where the client had combined civil eng and quantity surveyor experience. Both were recognised. She just had to highlight the civil eng related duties she had in her quantity surveyor role. EA came back to ask more evidences as to how she used her skills in her quantity surveyor role. All were recognised in the end. Hope that helps.

Yes of course! That’s the reason why she engaged an agent. If you’re doing DIY, it’s nothing any different to what EA requires. The only difference is there is an agent who reviews the documents and provide professional guidance before submission…so on her end, there was peace of mind she was on the right track. As per my previous comment, make sure you highlight the civil eng related duties you have. All the best!

I think this should be okay as long as the last 10 years still count towards your points. Usually nagkakaproblem is if the claimed points sa EOI was actually not supported in the visa application.

Thanks po sa reply. Sana nga walang issue sa kanila to kase though outdated na sya at nasa EOI, walang syang effect sa points. Yes yong nakacount lang is yong within 10 years.

Question po tungkol sa "Character History, Evidence of-BAHRAIN". Iyun pong police clearance ko na manggagaling sa Bahrain ay 2 months pa po bago ko po makuha (mga first week ng April 2023) since wala na po ako duon. Puwede po kaya mag attach na lang muna ako ng letter na nag e explain kung bakit wala pa po ako mai provide na character reference? "Does this applicant have any other passports or documents for travel?" If click help or ? it says - other passports or documents of travel include any expired passports or documents of travel where the details are known".. I have traveled to Australia twice in my two expired passports.

Di ba sya na kaka cause ng conflict kase may part din sa EOI in which I answered NO " Wala naman sinabi dun na include ang expired passports, sa immi account lang for visa application.

Nakalagay kase sa part nato pag nag YES ako eto . May travel ako dun as a tourist sa previous passports ko na expired. Pero baka pag nag yes ako, baka conflict sya sa EOI, pero parang di kase similar yong context nila, kase sa EOI current sinabi wala din ? for additional info straight to the point lang na current passport.

It's exactly as phrased, so tama po yung understanding mo na different contexts sila. So:

Any other passport used = passports you have and had, current and expired

Current passport = yung active passport lang

Sa Form 80, may part dun for expired passport. Dun mo idagdag yung mga expired passports mo.

Tama sagot mo sa EOI, na wala kang other CURRENT passports (kung wala naman talaga besides sa isang sinagot mo). Main thing dyan is yung pagspecify ng current passport ba or other passports in general.
