Try World 2 Australia Migration Solutions Pty Ltd. Gloria is a helpful agent and has helped me more than a couple of other agencies that I found here in this forum. My situation was quite unique and she was the first one who gave me the proper direction, which I later confirmed was the best one to go for, after talking to a few more agents.

Aside from being helpful, she's polite, professional, and understanding - which is way more than I can say to one of the agents/agencies being advertised in this forum. All this based from my experience of course, can't say how others' experiences were.

PM me na lang if you need more details.

I’m looking for an immigration lawyer who could advise me the best long term strategy in get a PR grant. I’ve already had a couple of consultation, even paid $160 for a 40 minutes consultation, but it seems they are only assisting 190/491 application. From what I know, nothing will happen even if I applied for 190/491 now as they are only accepting onshore IT applicants. I’m having second thoughts on going for the student pathway to PR. Can anyone recommend an immigration lawyer who can give a better strategy in getting a PR grant?

    Occupation - (261313)
Feb 2019 - positive assessment received
    2022 - grant
    202x - big move

    Trusting in his perfect plan…

As an agent myself I wouldn’t recommend a student visa as much as possible although I’m a product of this pathway. GSM pathway is the best pathway recommended for those whose occupation is on the list. Visa options for offshore (without employer sponsorship) would be 189,190 or 491. I am only assuming that your occupation is on the SOL list based on your post. If 2 agents have advised you this, plus myself as the third. Don’t you think there is a reason why you’re being directed to that pathway? I think the assumption of nothing will happen is based on the current situation. From July - new financial year migration level will be back to how it was in pre-pandemic days. I’m just somehow struggling to understand why you had to talk to two agents and even paid the consultation fee and not trust the advice they provided you? Agents are there to guide you in the direction they think would best suit your situation.

Just saw this…all depends on the case but for GSM visas, usually around PHP 113K. We have payment plans as well. Something I only do with fellow Filipinos. Let us know if we can help. Complete our web form www.visaconsort.com (click yellow bar) and one of my colleagues will be in touch shortly.

Just a few that I know from my own research/time in this forum: AILS/Karl Konrad (he/they have one-time consults, including for urgent ones), Respall, and Visa Consort.
