Hi! Applying from offshore.

    • PTE - $215 USD (P11,610)
    • CDR+RSEA - P1,200 (P45,600)
    • EOI (No Payment)
    • Visa Lodgement - P161, 120 ($4,240)

    - Medical - P7,450

    P225,780

    TIA po sa mkakasagot. :)

Now I'm planning to apply for 189/190/491 (offshore) as main applicant, siya as dependent.
In line with this topic, since nasa onshore na siya ngayon:
    1) Kailangan pa ba din nya mag undergo ng medical kahit onshore na siya?
    2) What are the requirements to expect sa side ng partner ko?

    TIA :)

Prior to her studies in Australia, have you lived together for Kure than 12 months? Be very careful with this approach. Make sure you can price that you are de facto partners.

Hi guys, magtatanong and verify lang regarding sa process & steps if SC 189 ung plan mong applyan.
EOI lang ba ung kelangan for the SC 189?

Or do you need to do something (fill up other forms on other website) after mong gumawa ng EOI for SC 189?

    Thanks.

EOI is not a visa application yet. Hence there’s nothing else to complete excep skill select as yet. I suggest to not get fixated with just 189 at this stage. Express interest on 190 and 491 as well. That way you’re not limiting your opportunities for an invite.

190 is not subject to points priority, only 189 and 491 family stream. Points these days don’t matter do much compared to pre-pandemic. As long as you meet the minimum eligibility points, go ahead! It’s been raining invites these days. Vince train getting your documents ready for EOI stage rather than points 😉

It helps if you want to claim 5 points. Otherwise functional English will suffice, just prove that t through letter from university that medium if teaching is English.

As long as you meet the minimum points. Then there’s always that chance. No one really knows if one will be invited, you just have to get yourself out there. If that makes sense

Hello, im currently drafting my EOI po.

Tanong ko lang po if pwede ko ba i-select yung 189, 190 and 491 in one EOI?
Or need ba magcreate ng new EOI separately for these three visas? Salamat po sa makakabigay ng advice.

Best to create one EOI separately for each visa type. For 190 and 491, separate mo na rin per state. Sa VIC, ang alam ko either 491 or 190 lang pwede mo applyan, pero not so sure about this as 'di ako nag-apply sa VIC, so hope someone can confirm din.

if you qualify in all 3, best to create separate EOIs kasi if you get invited for one subclass, it gets locked to that and you may not get invited for another one using the same EOI.

Hello pinoyau! I'm currently planning on applying for Skilled migration Visa Subclasses (189,190,491) and I'm about to submit my ACS Skills Assessment Application soon.

I have a few question if anyone can answer any of them I would greatly appreciate it.

    A few details about me:

    • Senior Software Engineer (Currently employed)
    • 5+ years experience
    • 27 yrs old
    • Worked in Japan on an intracompany transferee visa for 3+ years

    Points self assessment/calculation:
    100 points - 491 subclass
    90 points - 190 subclass
    85 points - 189 subclass

Willing to study and take NAATI (CCL) if it would boost my chances greatly.

    Questions:

    1. I'm planning to migrate to QLD so I would like to know which one of the subclasses would give me the highest chance of success?
    2. Is the NAATI (CCL) worth the taking for the extra points?
    3. How long generally is the processing times from EOI to grant for the subclasses I'm trying to apply for?
    4. Is there even a demand for my line of work?
    5. Any other tips when applying for these visas that would increase my chances?

Thank you again to anyone willing to answer my questions.

    Hello po!!
Meron na ako ITA for 190 NSW! Praise God!:) just want to ask about the application, kelangan ba every category meron ka i-upload ng supporting documents? Or pwede lang yung may asterisk? The important ones? Kasi meron dun phone bills and electricity bills but living under my parents pa ako so not under my name. Hehe

Also, about yung english test (PTE) ko, nag expire na nung dec 2022, but i understand valid sya up to 3 yrs, so does that mean i have to put a tick dun sa check box where they ask “Are there any expired documents” or no need?

    Salamat For all your help!:)

hello @sdeijs09 -- yan PTE din yung struggle ko ngayon. magsusubmit kami ng docs after receiving pre-invite. diko alam kung idedeclare ko ba an expired document (past 2 years) yun eventhough sabi nila 3 years naman daw yung validity ng PTE exam result for AU PR application. ano yung dineclare mo sayo? is it okay to share your experience? salamat,

If PR/work visa ang pag gagamitan ng PTE, valid yan. tinatanggap ng immi ang score results within the last 3 years. I took my PTE exam Sept 2017 and applied for residency April 2020. Granted naman.

Good day everyone baka po may makasagot or may mairecommend kayo.

3 lang talaga kaming magkakapatid and bunso ako.

If malapit naman and keri, I would recommend that para at least tama na rin ang birth certificate mo. Ang fix for clerical error ay P1,000 yata. Yung sakin naprocess agad within 2 months, not so bad.

Hello po. Malapit lang naman ung registry office. And kung mag papa correct kasi like you said mga 2 months bago ma icorrect so baka pag inantay ko expired na ung 60 days ko to lodge a visa. Hehe pwde kaya iattach ko parin yung current birth cert then proceed with the application? Then ipa correct ko na para if ever na ma question may maipakita ako? Or mag attached na agad ako ng like statutory declaration na may slight error sa birth certificate ko and nasa process na nag pag papacorrect?

hello po! good day! asking for a help lang po since I'm currently processing my EOI.

    1. Ako po ang main applicant, but my wife is not yet taking the english exam po. Then hindi rin po talaga ako mag-cle-claim ng points since ang target lang po is to have at least passed the english minimum requirement of the spouse. Okay lang po bang i-NO un "Has the client's partner undertaken an English language test within the last 36 months?" then magproceed submission of EOI?
