Sa mga naka lodge na, pwede po pa share and confirm.
In the Online Lodgement section, yung FAMILY NAME at GIVEN NAMES ba need isingit si MIDDLE NAME (apelyido ng mga nanay)

    Example sa Passport:

    Surname: CRUZ
    Given Name: JUAN
    Middle Name: BAUTISTA

    sa AU Lodge ba pwede:
    A.

    Last Name: CRUZ
    Given Name: JUAN

    or

    B.

    Last Name: CRUZ
    Given Name: JUAN BAUTISTA

Sa mga nag submit ng A or B, ano pong kinahinatnan. TIA

This is a valid question. From what I remember lang sa past discussions about middle names, pwedeng wala, pwedeng meron, pero best to keep it consistent. Try to wait for someone else to confirm kasi di ako sure, just what I recall :)

Yun PTE at EA assessment ko pareho may middle name. So dont worry much.

For tourist visa, no issue if no middle name. I had the same case and was granted naman :)

    Hi,

Pwede po magask ng opinion if this pathway is advisable/affordable:
I am planning to process for Australia thru student pathway po and baka next year Feb po ako pasok.
I am a CPA with 6 years experience po.
Ang plan ko po is mag pa-assess sa CPA Australia while processing.
If makapasa po, I will still go as a student with a diploma course, and maybe process for PR pag nandun na ako?
If not, I will go as a student with Masters course.

Is this advisable po ba? Thank you po!

Why not apply for PR directly kung kaya naman? No need to go for a student visa kung eligible ka sa 189/190/491

If you really want to study and have the money, then sure. But if you're using the student pathway as a means for PR, try mo na muna magapply for PR directly. The first step naman is a skills assessment. So if you don't pass that (knock on wood) you can proceed with the student pathway—one of my acquaintances who graduated on a Humanities course was able to enter into an Accounting Master's program sa King's Institute sa Sydney, in case that info helps :)

Another thing to note is that some states will not sponsor someone who is living interstate. So if you're here on a student visa, malilimit ang states that will invite you for either 190 or 491. We don't know how immigration policies will change next financial year, so just be aware of this possible risk.

Definitely not affordable if masters ang i-pursue...haha.

Although kung afford mo, in my opinion education is always worth it.

mag direct PR kana lang, para may use naman ung experience mo. no need na mag sayang ka pa ng 2 years kung kaya mo naman kumita agad.

Pwede, as long as you meet the assessing body's requirements and you pass the skills assessment. In my case, I graduated from a Humanities course na unrelated sa work experience/nominated occupation ko in tech, but was able to apply pa rin due to positive skills assessment. For VETASSESS, I needed a certain number of years of work experience to be eligible to apply, since unrelated nga ang degree. So baka may ganyang caveat din ang assessing body for Auditor.

hi! i'm currently preparing po my EOIs while waiting for my EA assessment. regarding EOI po, for the employment history, need ilagay lahat for the past 10 yrs:

I have 3 concerns lang po:

may I ask if (1) tama po ba na no need ilagay sa EOI, for example, yung 5-month employment ko pero hindi naman po ako magceclaim ng points for that?

    (2) then once ma-invite to apply po ba, both sa visa application (tick ko lang na "not claiming for points") and sa form 80/form 1221 need ko po ilagay? (3) if yes po, do I need to provide pa rin po ba ung mga COE, sss, form 2316, etc.?

hope to hear your insights! :)

Hello! Hihingi po sana ako ng advice!

Planning po ako mag EOI for 189 kasi as I have seen from immig website 90% ng processing time ay 3 months compared sa 190 na 36 months. Ask po sana ako ng advice kung ano sa tingin niyo pwede kong gawin. Any idea po kung kelan ang next invite from immig? THANK YOU!

    Background
    Job: RN
    Ongoing ANMAC assessment

Should I get a new NBI Clearance na address A ung naka input para same nalang silang lahat? Another question po is after lodging po ba pwede pa mag attach ng additional documents? Para lang po sana if ever tumakbo na ung application while waiting for other documents. Thank you po sa sasagot :)

For those who are already invited please withdraw all your other EOI, so that you can help others have a chance.

Hi. Asking for my niece who is planning to migrate here as a Pharmacist. I checked skill occupation list, visas listed for her profession doesn't include 189, does that mean limited lang ang visa na pwede niyang aplayan?

Also, shout out to any pharmacists applicants here, would like to know the process you did. I just checked for assessment should be through APharmC an it comes with assessment report and an exam. After assessment, need mag English test. Then submit EOI. This is just based on my experience before when I applied for 189. IELTS, Assessment then EOI. Let me know if there are other steps I missed.

In short, wala ng "higher is better" sa visa lodging stage.
