pero baka sakaling meron sa inio dito na same ko na naassess din ni ACS as AQF Diploma with a Major in computing.. Graduate po ako ng BS in Computer Science..

just want to confirm lang kung ano po ung pipiliin ko sa EOI? para di mag over claim ng points

As far as I know walang ganyang reqt to keep the residency sa Aus. Let's wait for others.

Mukhang yung mga Oct lodgements ang mga naga-grant so far this March, for non-priority occupations both for 189 and 190. Baka Nov lodgements naman in April, hopefully that's how it will work. Although I'm sure it varies pa rin per case. Tingin ko you'll get it soon hehe

Good day to everyone waiting for grants! Question ko lang kung meron ba dito may case na tulad ng samin.
My son is currently undergoing TB medication at DOT SLEC Ermita, started last December 12,2022. He had already undergone series of Sputum since Dec.12 and just last March 29,2023 almost 4 months from day 1 of medication, we got a negative sputum culture result from his February 2-3 sputum samples. On the same day, March 29, I have received S56 request from DHA to submit Form 815 Health Undertaking.
Question: Does it mean po ba may possibility na ma-grant na yung Visa namin kahit hindi pa tapos magmedication ang anak ko? June 12 ang end of his medication sa DOT pero pinagsubmit na kami agad ng Form 815. and na-upload ko naman din agad sa portal ung form.

Thank you sa makakapagbigay idea samin. Medyo naexcite and kinakabahan lang kami ngayon. hehe naiinip na din kasi kami sa visa grant and pagod na pumunta ng SLEC everyday, from Bulacan pa kami and working ako sa QC.

Hi, Any one here na naka migration agent? Gaano ba kahirap mag lodge ng visa mula sa na invite ka? Anu experience niyo? Nakakapagtaka lang dahil yung agent ko hanggang nagyon hindi pa din nag lo lodge, halos ilang araw na lang ang deadline, naibigay naman lahat ng kailangan at bayad sa card na din. Bakit kaya ganun sila katagal magasikaso ng documents?

@ShyShyShy yung agent namin inabot almost a month bago i-lodge visa. Understandable naman din kasi sobrang dami nilang client and sabay sabay na-invite. Unlike before yung friend namin na naging client din nila na-lodge na nila the next day, that was 5yrs ago

Make sure pala na before they lodge, check mo lahat ng info and documents if complete and tama ba. Sa case kasi namin mali-mali hahaha ultimo spelling ng name mali which is not acceptable. kaya din nadelay lodge namin sa dami ng mali

Best Way is you can call them about the urgent matter that you reaching the deadline of visa soon. they must be overlooked your profile. an urgent reminder needed.

or you can suggest them to fill in the online lodgment on behalf of them.
just don't check out. u stop up to attachment section. after that you let them check everything before lodge visa or payment.

Yung documentation kasi ay complete naman, wala ng document na kailangan sa akin, tapos biglang i rerequest nanaman, paulit ulit yung document, hindi ko alam kung lagi bang nawawala yung mga papeles sa kanila, online naman ito. may portal na din naman. pero ipapasend ulit kahit same lang naman ang document.

Wala ng kailangan at iniintay nalang mag lodge pero biglang may hihinggin nanaman na document kahit naka send naman.
Sa application document, may word or date lang na idadagdag or i edit nila dahil mali ang naindicate, hindi pa ma return agad. aabot pa ng dalawang araw.

Since nag pa.lodge ako, It took them so much days, I kept on checking and hanggang ngayon walang naka lodge. May two layers of discussion sila. Approval and whatever kaya lalong tumatagal. So much wasted time and yet galit ang ahente kapag nagtanong ka. Para bang ikaw lang dapat ang receiver and magantay sa desisyon niya.

Nakakapagtaka lang what taking them so long. Lahat tayo tapos na a week ago inaantay ang approval or whatever. nakakapanghinayang sa araw at oras para bang laging gusto ng ahente ay last minute.

Paisa isa pa ang request, hindi sabihin lahat para isahan lang gawin.

Depende sa dami ng hawak nila Migration Agent. Same here umabot halos 2 weeks nalang deadline na ng submission. Nakakastress kasi gusto ko na ma-ilodge na agad.

Ramdam kita na sa lagay mo. Ako super proactive sa pag double check ng details sa mga forms nila kaso madalas ang tagal nila mag recheck ng submitted form mo.

Every week ako nag eemail sa kanila kung may update na ba plus sinasabi ko rin na halos punuan na medical slots sa mga clinic.

Basta ensure mo lang na error free ka na sa mga forms na binigay sa iyo ni Agent at pag naka lodge ka na ask mo si Agent kung pwede ka na mag medical pero acknowledge mo ang pros ng pag mmedical exam na wala pang CO contact.

Una palang po na visa application nakita ko na ang kulang pero bumalik saken after a week pa para lang sa iisang word, hanggang ngayon walang naka lodge.

Maayus naman sila sa pag analyze ng document, wala naman ng problema sa document ko since then pero napakabagal at ang daming layer ng usapan sa iisang mga detalye, ang timeline ay more than pa sa mga kinailangan ko sa kanila. Grabe ang pagaantay para lang i submit ang complete na documents naman.

OMG this is very disappointing, this is a correct way to do it. not fully trust what agent inputs you have to counter check from your part. I saw some error my agent too but not this worst. Name should be fill in correctly coz you will have trouble in future.

Basta ensure mo lang na error free ka na sa mga forms na binigay sa iyo ni Agent at pag naka lodge ka na ask mo si Agent kung pwede ka na mag medical pero acknowledge mo ang "cons" ng pag mmedical exam na wala pang CO contact.

Ginawa ko na po, sinabi ko na din na ilan araw nalang. Last week pa natapos lahat pero walang sinasabi pa saken hanggang ngayon, wala pa din naka lodge kasi naka monitor naman po ako sa card na ibinigay ko. Inabot na ng ilang araw, linggo yan. Nakakahiyang nalang lagi. para bang ikaw nalang lagi ang magaantay.

you have to persistently call and email them. this is your right as the client. and they must take action immediately

Nakakapagtaka lang what taking them so long. Lahat tayo tapos na a week ago inaantay ang approval or whatever. nakakapanghinayang sa araw at oras para bang laging gusto ng ahente ay last minute.

Paisa isa pa ang request, hindi sabihin lahat para isahan lang gawin.

Yeah, there's definitely an element of one-sidedness when working with an agent kasi you have to work with their time, priorities, etc. Yun ang isang downside talaga.

Pag nag-check in ka ulit sa kanila, I advise na send ka sa kanila ng clear list ng documents na na-submit mo na sa kanila, as in i-enumerate mo. Kung may portal at may file naming dun sa portal, specify mo yung file name for each document. Ako every time I send a document sa kanila, I always specify the file name — kapag hinahanapan ako ng document na na-send ko na, nagaattach ako ng screenshot as proof na sinend ko na.

Ganyan na lang din ginagawa ko to somehow help them keep organised, kasi magulo talaga pagdating sa pagko-coordinate.

Depende sa dami ng hawak nila Migration Agent. Same here umabot halos 2 weeks nalang deadline na ng submission. Nakakastress kasi gusto ko na ma-ilodge na agad.

Ramdam kita na sa lagay mo. Ako super proactive sa pag double check ng details sa mga forms nila kaso madalas ang tagal nila mag recheck ng submitted form mo.

Every week ako nag eemail sa kanila kung may update na ba plus sinasabi ko rin na halos punuan na medical slots sa mga clinic.

Basta ensure mo lang na error free ka na sa mga forms na binigay sa iyo ni Agent at pag naka lodge ka na ask mo si Agent kung pwede ka na mag medical pero acknowledge mo ang pros ng pag mmedical exam na wala pang CO contact.

Madaming salamat. Sa binigay saken at nakita kong visa application, ito ay mag two weeks na at hindi pa na i submit hanggang ngayon, maayus naman lahat. Nagaantay nga po ako para dian sa medical na yan, naghanap na din ako saan pwede, bale tatlo pala yung sa St Lukes, IOM at yung isa pa. Paano ba malalaman yung available slots pala sa medical? Hanggat maari nga maganda sana na makapag medical agad kasi needed din naman ito sa grant diba? Kaya gagawin din talaga.

Hindi ko alam bakit sobrang pinapahaba nila tong gantong bagay para lang sa iisang approval ng ahente, nagaantay yung kumakausap saken. ganyan katagal. aabutin na ng expiration, or kahit hindi pa mag eexpire, masyado nila inaabuso ang oras at araw na sana natapos na, dahil wala naman kulang or kailangan pa na inaantay mula saken.
