Hello, just want to make it clear kung legit ba.

5 months na kami naka lodge. Still waiting parin ma grant. Tapos na kami medical at biometric. Pero may group kasi about sa fake agency tapos nakita ko name nila na baka list. Meron nman sila office dito sa uae. May mga recibo namn lahat. Like biometric namin at Medical. Meron nman HAP id. Still di parin ako mapakali.

What's the agency's name? Do you know the agent's MARN number, kasi if not you should.

Looking at reviews online, mukhang mixed bag. I tend not to go by online reviews by anonymous people though, kasi mahirap idistinguish ang legit review sa hindi. May mga prinovide naman silang proof for example na nakalodged na, updated na medicals, etc?

yes po, meron nman talagang proof like yung na invite ako, tapos yung need ko na daw mag medical at biometric meron silang mga sinend na IHAP id, information sheet for medical, meron din Appointment letter with reference no. for biometric. Tapos meron din receipt from Dept of Hoem affairs Austr Government na nag lodge na sila ng Visa. Salamat po sa pag response. May mga reviews din kasi na fake daw sila, iniisio ko baka yun yung mga di na invite at medyo matagal na naghintay. Kaya minsan di rin ako makakali. Pag nag memessage nman ako sa kanina, nag rerespond nman sila.

I submitted Form 80 after lodging so I uploaded under Other Documents. Yes we enumerated to the best of our knowledge especially travel history. I checked all departure stamps in our passport.

Hi @luidmanahan, @whimpee, thanks sa responses nyo. Eto iniisa-isa ko na mga departure/arrival stamps sa passport . Yung addresses medyo tantyahan nalang siguro. I'll update this thread kung makakalusot ito.

I suppose dapat match ang address and travel history ng Form 80 dun sa online lodgement form, tama po ba? So i can't submit my online lodgement pa rin until i finish this Form 80 . Hindi ko pa mahanap yung iba kong lumang passport .

hello, ako po nainvite ng QLD for 190 visa. Ito ang timeline:
01-April 2023: EOI submitted, chose QLD only
03-April 2023: Registered for QLD priority processing (inopen nila ito from 03-april to 10-april, para sa mga ready na lahat ng documents)
13-April 2023: Pre-invite
14-April 2023: Submitted all docs and paid the fee($330)
21-April 2023: Nomination approval and invitation to apply

points: 80 + 5 (state nom). Software Engineer.

Also just enumerate travels for the last 10 years, no need na yung beyond that. Need talaga isa-isahin mga stamps, pinagdaanan ko rin yan, pero laban lang! I suggest doing it sa isang Excel sheet or note it somewhere, para in case need mo ulit sa future ay may listahan ka na.

Hi Guys, may question lang ako to those who have partners and both of you tried to apply for 190 (ika nga paunahan sino ma invite).

In the end both kami na invite, yung application ko pinursue namen.

Yung sa partner ko, PRE ITA, ITA approved na din. Di lang naglodge ng visa kasi ako na nag lodge ng aming visa.

May action ba need gawin sa partner ko sa EOI?

I got a 190 pre-invite a month ago. I submitted all the docs the after a week invited na ako to lodge the 190 visa.

I’ve been gathering docs such as NBI, Birth Cert and secured PH bank statements and payslips as well. During this time lumipat ako ng tinitirahang bahay. Hindi pa ako nakakapag-lodge, may need ba akong gawin dun sa EOI ko which is old address pa, or hindi na mag mmatter yun basta lagay ko lang updated sa actual 190 lodging ko?

Sa pagkakaunawa ko, once you are invited, the EOI is considered closed—so I don't think mae-edit mo sya and besides no point in doing so, since the EOI won't be in the "rounds" kumbaga. I think basta i-update mo lang address mo sa mismong 190 visa application mo.

Might be a good time to note yung old address mo, in case 'di mo kabisado, as you'll need to enter that sa Form 80 for your visa app.

Sana may way ang immigration para makita ung mga ganitong pre-invites na di naman nagagamit para sa ibang tao na nag iintay. ung sayo pala ung gagamitin nyo, dpat duon pa lang sa 14 days na deadline para maging invited di nyo na pinatos. malaking sayang yang 60 days mo tapos na F.Y..

Yup, walang way talaga to cancel. May mga ibang cases na they received ITA for 189/190 after receiving ITA for 491 so they let it lapse also.

Bakit hindi? Kung pareho naman nainvite, bakit hahayaan lang na isa ang mag apply? If you look at the numbers, all States aren't even using up all their allocations for 491/190 so it's not as if these applicants are using up your slot.

Also I believe it's been clarified before na only used invitations are counted sa total allocations ng state. So yung isang invite nila na di gagamitin, di counted. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I have received an invite po QLD 190

27th of April 2023 Final invite, 80 Points, Chef

Final invite na po ako ready for visa lodging. Kaso narealise ko po na mali yung nailagay ko sa education history ko. "graduate diploma" of hospitality management po yung nailagay ko instead "diploma" lang which will result to baba po yung points ko. but on the side dko po nailagay yung bachelor ko saatin sa pinas. which makes my points remain the same po.

May nakaexperience na po ba dito?

Don't lodge that kasi marerefuse lang yan. Hindi magmamatch yung points sa docs na ipprovide mo e. You will have to let that ITA go unfortunately.
