Welcome to our group @kirstin .. best ung sagot ni @rukawa_11 , I think most of us talagang nawalan ng HOPE. But we need to move forward.

State nomination is +5 point for SC 190. This will be auto add once you lodge your EOI.

For EOI, I did separate EOI for each state (VIC, WA, NSW,SA,). Most of state required you to choose or tick 1 state only. It is indicated on their website per state.

I started my journey way back 2019. 75pts lang ako total including 5pts sa state nomination. Before covid, to be nominated you must have competitive score, means your score must be 85+ , so hopeless na ko this time. I know my low score could not make it. But after covid, they are all cravings for skilled migrants, which give us a chance. Even lower score get their invitations. So I retake again my PTE (to be honest it took me 6x to be proficient ). & renew my skill assesment (as added my work experience during covid).

thank you po sa pampalakas ng loob. maybe will wait for 1 month to get invited and kung wala talagng invite, I will retake exam. di rin kasi biro ung presyo ng PTE kaya gusto ko muna mag wait kahit 1 month. pano po nalalaman kung may next batch ng invitation round?

Monthly meron sila invitation, random madalas, minsan 2nd week & last week. pero may monthly invites for sure (malalaman mo may invites sa FB) as in updated sila na may invitation. Ang end ng Fiscal Year is by next month (MAY 2023).. after ng MAY new Fiscal Year na which is 2024-2025, New numbers of quota na din per state, dito na yung turn around nila na minsan nagchachange sila ng standard.
For sure may big rounds pa next month as last invites for 2023-2024. Madami pa slots ang Victoria. Makikita mo dito a sites kung ilan ang invites per month (nasa end ng webpage).

Anyone here po same with my positive Skill Assessment na Architectural, Building and Surveying Technicians nec - 312199 po?

2 . KakaSubmit ko lang po ng EOI ko sa NSW for 190 - 85 points, for 491 - 95 points po. How long kaya ang aantayin ko for the invitation.

Do I need to create new EOI account para sa ibang states po to submit? like Vic, SA, ACT, WA?
For SG peeps, paano po kumuha ng police clearance? need ko na po ba kumuha now?

if you’re offshore, it will only be 491 you’ll be eligible for.

I just received correspondence from them to notify that 190 nominations are now closed.

I think (based sa paghahanap ko rin dati) NT and TAS may 491 for arch draftsperson, but they require proof of employability something.

You will need to check your occupation and which state is open for it. Further research in process you’ll need to do. All the best

For question 1, kailangan ng list of duties, not only job description. Magakaiba un and not enough for Vetasses. Then make sure indicated ung number of hours you work per week. Basically, kung ano ung nasa content ng Vetassess template.

Why not just get someone from HR to sign it? At least associated pa sila sa company. If it was your ex supervisor, baka need mo pa ng mga Statutory declaration (affidavit) which is matrabaho.

Mas straightforward at wala nang paliwanagan if HR or higher ups pipirma.

In my case, closed yung company so need ko pa magpa SD.

Galing din po ako SG pero as Arch Draftsperson un inapply ko. Nasa Tasmania npo ako. regarding s questions nyo po.

2.Kpg nkapaglodge kna wait nyo nlng po, depende yan s states. Ung samin sa Tassie after one month nareceived nmin ung Invitation to apply.

Depende s states yan, If im not mistaken meron din option s EOI n kung open ka s ibang states. But meron states n kelangan mong mag send separately like here in Tasmania separate cla.

4 Yung sa Police clearance naman kelangan mo yan kpg may invitation to apply kana s state. pwede k nmn kumuha in advance usually 6 months nmn ung validity. Ang alam ko magaappeal k muna online then kpg naapproved tsaka k mkkapagapply ng Police clearance as long as meron kang FIN or IC number pwede mo ng gawin onine.

Try to familiarize yourself or kung makakpgtake ka nang course much better.

Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 - most big projects nmin nka cloud
Bluebeam - gamit namin for editing and checking shopdrawings.
Archicad - Im a revit person pero my idea ako s Archicad and my first job here is Archicad ang gamit, madami ding Arch firm n Archicad ang gamit.
Autocad - hindi pdin mwawa yan.
Revit - try not be focus more on architectural, kung kaya mo mag explore ng Structural and Hydraulic (Plumbing dito) para mas mdami kang options na applyan.

I think meron mga courses s Linkedin n pwede mong itry.

Magsearch ka din ng mga typical construction details sa youtube because iba talaga ang detailing dito at mga materials compare s SG at pinas.
Kung my extra kpa try mo din Tekla pr amay extr akang bala pagsabak mo dito.
I hope nkatulong to pra mkpg ready k habang naghihintay ka.

Police clearance isn’t needed yet until after you lodge your visa application. That’s not needed yet at state nomination.
