Hi. Best advice po is to follow what vetassess deemed date as skilled. Just to be on the safe side at hndi mag overclaim.

@fmp_921 @casssie Thank you guys. Di ko alam bakit di nila sinama yung 2017-2018 professional year ko. Magiging issue kaya yan sa application ko from EOI to Visa? Yung hawak ko kasing documents for that company is dated starting on that date. Alam naman ninyo siguro ang hirap mag gather ng documents sa middle east.

they provided the reason at the bottom of the letter:

hindi naman sya magiging issue, since deemed date skilled talaga sinusundan for skills assessment. you will still use all your documents to support yung mga na-assess sayo positively.

hello kabayan, i'd put in the information that came from your assessing body, in this case si vetasses, pwede din naman yung 5 years experience mo ang ilagay, but you would have to prove it further, unlike kapag meron ka ng verified document from your assessing body, some visas have been granted that way, pero still, take it with a grain of salt, 50/50 pa din po ang chances and i really don't like that 50/50 chance, at least with the vetassess document, tumaas man lang odds, mga 60/40 na in favour of vetassess just kidding aside po...

at the end of the day, ikaw pa din ang gagawa ng EOI mo, my honest opinion, try to compare/check which parts of the EOI will give you more points po, currently, as per last check sa forum (https://pinoyau.info/discussion/17788/are-you-tired-🥱-of-waiting-for-an-invite-this-fy-2023-2024/p48) ang last invites for draftsperson was at least 85pts, try to see if you can get more than that, aim for 100pts po at least nowadays ata, just to be on the safe side

no worries kabayan, yes, nag-NAATI din me nung time ko while trying to apply for a skilled visa, i think my highest points that time was at least 95 sa 190 visa and 90 sa 189, but i have never been invited , mind you this was way back in 2020-2022 i think , which is already totally different with the current immigrations/visa/rules na meron sa AU...

hopefully you'll get invited soon enough po...

Do what you can to maximize points po. Pero I would prioritize pte ksi additional 10pts pg nka superior ka. Naati max is 5pts. Anyway start to prep na rin lalo malapit na ang next FY.

chance ma-invite? it depends which visa and state youre applying to. you also have to consider na may mga priority occupations na youre competing with.

if you can score 100 points on your EOI's, kahit visa 189 or 190 or 491 pa sya, you'll be above everybody else who has lesser points than you, so yes, mas malaki ang chance for invite in that case...

Same occupation tyo. Try to aim for 90-95pts, safe na yun. I wont guarantee lalo di natin alam yung situation next FY.

Pero just to share. Nakakuha wife ko ng invitation sa 1st round ni VIC last yr. 95pts din. Ako nsa 85pts di nainvite. For reference lang din.

please be advised, 2 years lang ata validity ng EOI, its good to put things into perspective... as what others pointed out, what may have been applicable for others before, may not be the same this time around... yearly nagbabago rules/policies/regulations ni AU pagdating sa immigration, masaklap, may halong politics yes it is better to aim for higher points for now... you'll see the trend on other threads here sa forum, kung ano mga recent points na na-iinvite.

To add to this. Iba iba talaga trend per FY. Best is to do what you can control (increase points). Other than that waiting game na.

Maraming salamat po sa mga sagot niyo 🙏❤️, may isa pa po akong question, sa ngayon kasi hinahabol ko pa exp para atleast maging 5 years ako dahil sa pagkakaalam ko 1 year ang i deduct sa exp tama po ba? Sa ngayon paramg 4.6 years palang exp ko including sa current employer ko 3 months palang ako sakanila kaka start ko nung april pero gusto ko na bumalik sa previous employer ko dahil may offer silang maganda sakin , resigned ako sa previous employer ko last November 2023 then natambay ako for 4 months, makaka affect po ba sa vetassess if lilipat ako agad? Balak ko kasi tapusin nalang ang 6 months ko dto or mag resign nalang ng dpa tapos ang contract ko sakanila ng 6 months?

1. pwede naman na yang 4.6 yrs mo ngayon. by the time you submit an EOI, naka more than 4.6 yrs ka na and it will continue counting hanggang sa ma-invite ka.

2. wala naman problema if you change employer, basta makakuha ka ng requirements that proves your work experience and of course, kung align yung job desc mo sa nominated occupation mo. ikaw na bahala kung tatapusin mo yung contract or not.

Good day po, may question lang po ulit dun po ba sa portfolio kasi dba 5mb lang po ang max na file size , yung 5mb po ba per sample ng project or kabuuan na ng portfolio yun? Kasi if isa isa ang isusubmit nas 37 pages po kasi lahat nung portfolio ko

Samples lang po pwede na, no need to put in whole project portfolio.

Kaka reply lang dn sakin nung agent nq sabi compile nalang daw pero problema ko if compiled sys at 5mb lang max size blurred na yung mga sample projects ko

Just pick important pages, no need to put in the whole 37 pages. Ginawa ko last time, around 3-4 pages lng per project. Kung ano lang kasya sa file size limit. Samples lang.
