Hello, kelangan parin ba magprovide ng employment evidence eventually pag nainvite if hindi naman nagclaim ng points pero dineclare sa EOI ung mga naging positions? Although nakalagay naman na not related sa nominated occupation.

Hi everyone.
I just wanna ask, yung partner ko ay nagpplan mag student visa and he will declare me as defacto.
I am currently waiting for my skills assessment (MLT).
1. Possible po ba to work as an MLT once i receive my assessment kahit na declared lang ako na defacto student visa niya?
2. Ok lang ba mag lodge ng EOI for Visa 190? Hindi ba maccontradict yung under ako ng student visa?
What can be the best option for this? Gusto na kasi namin makaalis na ng bansa.

I believe ang dependents ay may working rights. If masters, 40 hours per week pwedi. Question if pwedi ka maka work? Yes. As long as may company na tatanggap sayo. Not all the time, you can get a job na inline sa profession mo. Especially, limited working rights and jobs here sometimes require PR and Citizen only. Swertehan lang talaga to get a job na inline sa profession mo.

I recently got 90 in PTE, and aiming for a CPAA assessment.. Kaso I alse heard na may complete overhaul daw sa visa system starting July this year. Should I still continue with my skills assessment?

Hi po, plan ko na po mag lodge bukas ng 491 Visa application, may tanong lang ako bago ako mag proceed.

Pag nag declare ba ako ng employment history, hindi ba dapat ako mag claim ng points the employment before yung date deemed skilled date sa VETASSESS? (ie yung 1st year ng employment ko as Graphic Designer na declared sa VETASSESS).

Magsstart na ang new FY so yung ibang states closed na ang state sponsorships. Yang visa pointing overhaul wala pang date na sinabi kung kelan mangyayari yan, very unlikely na this July kasi it's a huge change. Just proceed with your assessment and lodge when you can sa new FY.

Correct, you can't claim points for work prior to the date indicated in the VETASSESS outcome.

May isa pa po akong tanong. Sa EOI, 4 na employment lang nailagay ko. Actually, may 5th employment ako pero di ko sinama sa VETASSESS assessment kasi wala akong way i-prove. Is it better na wag ko na lang isama yun even though di ako mag claim ng points and related occupation for that?

Question lang po, napanood ko sa youtube na "required" pero not enforced na tumira ka sa region na nagnominate sayo for 190/491 visa. Is this true? I am planning to apply for 189/190/491 pero hopefully kapag nainvite ako somewhere malayo sa Sydney CBD, gusto ko sana magwork malapit lang dun. Is that possible?

For 190, since it's a PR visa na, wala dapat restriction. For 491, it's required to live and work in a regional area pero technically ok lang any State. Yun lang, no one can say yet if it impacts their 191 application kasi wala pa yata nagagrant as of now.

Sa 491 strictly need mo magwork sa designated postcodes lang. Sa 190 may mas flexibility to since PR visa na yan. Sa 491 kasi nagchecheck sila kung saan ka nakatira, you will have to send proof like bills, address, work location. Immi sends a request for info sometime after mo magrant.

Tapos kung currently employed ka sa company na yun, at nag send ka ng documents proving na dun ka pa rin currently employed, it should be suffiecient enough, tama ba?

Yup!

DHA will only take into consideration the last 10 years. So if the date deemed skilled is beyond the 10 years, DHA won’t include anything beyond the 10 year timeline

hello po! okay lang po kaya na 1 payslip per year ang maipakita? yung 2019 - 2021 ko kasi nawawala na yung iba pero may ITR po ako and kumpleto ko po yung 2022 payslips up until 2023 na current month po. thank you!

Yes…but ROI for Vic is already closed so no point creating EOI until they open sometime in the next financial year (from July)

Yes that's okay po thank you Nasa Skills assessment palang naman po ako. I have another question sorry, my first employer cannot provide the payslips for my first few months ng work ko. I only have the most recent ones because they somehow migrated to a new system. What can I provide instead?

We have already travelled to aus last week using TV 600 (with relationship status as “never married” in our visa applications). TV 600 visa will expire on Mar2024.

Is it okay to submit EOI now as de facto? Im worried na macheck nila thru form80 yung relationship status sa TV application namin once we lodge our 189/190 visa application.
Can we get married after we receive invite? No change in points.
