Hi guys, magtatanong lang. So patapos na ang 2022-23 Financial year, and I did not get any invite both for SC 190 and SC 189.

My question is, for next financial year, FY 2023-24, do we need to create a new EOI's (for 190 and/or 189), or no need na gumawa ng bago? Iri-retain lang ba ung dating EOI's if wala namang changes sa situation, and un na ring ung EOI's for FY 2023-24 na gagamitin? Hoping for your advise, especially kay Ma'am @RheaMARN1171933 . Thanks and goodluck sating lahat. smile:

No need for new EOI. As long as it’s still valid should be fine. With regards to ROI ie Victoria, likely you will need to lodge a new one . Best to wait until states open their nomination scheme in the next year. They could change their processes for next year. Wait and see

That's obviously for HK and NZ streams. :)

Log into the invited EOI. Click the Apply button. It will redirect you to ImmiAccount.

Thank you. 🙂

By Middle name po ba for AU visa purposes, what does it really mean?

Ex: John Michael C. Santos (C for Cruz).

So given name would be John Michael Cruz, tapos family name is Santos? Or just John Michael?

But in general and the most ideal, the best time is always now when it comes to migration.

hello! just came back from a 5 year hiatus sa pagchase ng AU Dream. question, on claiming partner points (if different skill/no skill assessment si partner) dapat ba cyang magtake ng PTE/IELTS to claim yung 5pts?

    Read here https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/skilled-independent-189/points-table#content-index-10

Nasa sayo kung gusto mong mag claim ng 5pts for your partner's English competency. Kung kaya, and eligible naman sagarin nyo nang 10pts kasama na skills nya through assessment.

DIY all the way. Avoid preachy, know-it-all, and unscrupulous agents AT ALL COSTS!

If you're ready na (financially, especially) and you are eligible for a skills assessment already, it's best to start gathering documents for that. May sarili namang processing time ang mga assessing bodies. The sooner you can get a positive skills assessment (plus an English exam), the sooner you can lodge an EOI. I wish you the best of luck!!

But in general and the most ideal, the best time is always now when it comes to migration.
As soon as you know and feel that you are ready to jump in, commit to it. :)

Idk but this made me teary eyed 😭😭😭 Thank you. I will claim it.

Thank you. Ano po ba uunahin? PTE muna bago Skills Assessment?

So PTE > Skills Assess > EOI > Wait
    Tama po ba?

Skills assessment muna. Medyo madugo yung pag-gather ng documents for it so okay din na mag-prepare as soon as you can. Yung PTE, pwede mo siya i-take habang nagpprocess yung skills assessment mo, or after mo makuha result. (ROI, not sure)
