you guys should input your middle name to avoid any problem in the future. like for eg.
Given Name: Juan (First Name) Ponzo (Middle Name)
    Family name: Dela Cruz.
*Exactly as printed on your passport. you may have your visa grant but maybe questioning you if you travel in aus with not matching exactly your name.

Inupdate ko na bro via incorrect answers. Gawan ko na din ng SD na one and same person. Salamat

Hi bro, you can choose to update or not to update. Many of the members have obtained their grants even without the middle name during the application.

For the question on how to update, we clicked the update details in the immi account and there is a link to click there to notify/update of incorrect answers.

To do it or not to do it, it is up to you. I am not a migration agent but knowing na mali yung nalagay ko lalo di ako mapapakali.

We updated our names for our own peace of mind, pati na din pag granted na less headache or corrections.

So far, awaiting grants pa din. Hopefully by June July or Aug 2023

    Thank you.

No. You'd need both the assessment result and the English test reference number to successfully lodge an EOI.

DIY all the way. Avoid preachy, know-it-all, and unscrupulous agents AT ALL COSTS!

Siguro depende lang din sa choice ng bawat tao, hehe kumbaga choose your own โ€œhardโ€ba.. bago pa lang kami sa Perth, but so far eto naobserve nmin. we migrated to au kc d kmi makasecure PR sa Sg, may uncertainties sa future para sa family lalo kids, mahal schooling for foreigners, mahal rental, mahal car. Pero living in sg has its perks din, convenient lahat, malapit lahat, pwede mag yaya (for those with kids), okay public transport. Sa Au, we got our future secured, lalo for the kids, hopefully weโ€™ll secure our citizenship din in the future, but here, gawa mo lahat ksi mahal mag engage ng services ng iba, pwede nman, at a price. maaga closed mga shops. Compared to SG, mura public school, 260 per yr vs 1k per month (private), okay both public transport (sa perth libre bus within CBD at papunta CBD), mahal pareho housing, pero at HDB resale price, makbili ka landed house here (sa perth to), mura car (same as ph price) sa au compared sa sg dahil sa coe. Mas naging challenge sa akin makadjust for now un maigsi un araw, ๐Ÿ˜… 7am madilim pa, 5:20pm gabi na, feels like 9pm na ang 7pm kaya inaantok na kmi ๐Ÿ˜‚ good luck sa big move nyo sa sept!

Siguro depende lang din sa choice ng bawat tao, hehe kumbaga choose your own โ€œhardโ€ba.. bago pa lang kami sa Perth, but so far eto naobserve nmin. we migrated to au kc d kmi makasecure PR sa Sg, may uncertainties sa future para sa family lalo kids, mahal schooling for foreigners, mahal rental, mahal car. Pero living in sg has its perks din, convenient lahat, malapit lahat, pwede mag yaya (for those with kids), okay public transport. Sa Au, we got our future secured, lalo for the kids, hopefully weโ€™ll secure our citizenship din in the future, but here, gawa mo lahat ksi mahal mag engage ng services ng iba, pwede nman, at a price. maaga closed mga shops. Compared to SG, mura public school, 260 per yr vs 1k per month (private), okay both public transport (sa perth libre bus within CBD at papunta CBD), mahal pareho housing, pero at HDB resale price, makbili ka landed house here (sa perth to), mura car (same as ph price) sa au compared sa sg dahil sa coe. Mas naging challenge sa akin makadjust for now un maigsi un araw, ๐Ÿ˜… 7am madilim pa, 5:20pm gabi na, feels like 9pm na ang 7pm kaya inaantok na kmi ๐Ÿ˜‚ good luck sa big move nyo sa sept!

Thank you for sharing! Tingin ko major challenge is yung walang househelp haha. Na spoil na tayo dito sa singapore with the helper. So pag nasa AU na is back to basic sa pag prepare at pag maintain ng household.

Same here po, migrating to AU on Sept.

We initially planned to go to Sydney, nabook na flight and all, naghahanap na din kami nun ng suburb na titirhan, tapos praying for work transfer from sg to sydney, then inaral namin gano ktagal ibbyahe from home (suburb choice was blacktown kasi may relatives kami dun) to work (cbd), how much un kayang rental, san malapit na school for kids, how much ung before and after school care, how much un houses sa blacktown na maafford nmin.. parang nalungkot ako nun nakita ko super layo, abutin ata ng 1hr 15min or more depende sa transfers, plus plus pa if namiss mo yun train or bus, nasanay sa sg na atleast 20-30mins public transport or 15mins taxi kaya na punta office. Maganda sa sydney, madami papasyalan, hehe pero sa pamilyado like us we prefer un simple na and di congested.

@RM10 one option po siguro na pwede nyong gawin is wag munang i-give up yung PR nyo dito, para pwede pang bumalik just in case. Nag try din kaming mag apply ng citizenship for the whole family but rejected din after 12 months.

SG is like the most ideal country to live in, for us. I dont need to list down all the reasons, very apparent naman kung bakit. Keber na sa mainit na weather. Mga taga SG bakasyunan lang ang AU. Real talk lang. "School" lang sa kanila ang AU. :D

Dont get me wrong, I super love AU too, pero yung sobrang taas na tax yung nakakapagpaisip sakin minsan. Lalo't wala pa rin kami anak. Healthy rin naman kami and kayang maging prepared for emergencies.

But oh well, di kami naging PR dito, so we had to pursue that somewhere else, and maybe somehow SG is really not for us. :)

So yeah, go go go nyo na yan. Andyan na yung visa e, sana wala lang sisihan mangyari sa inyo in the end since sabi mo nga, parang napilitan lang yung husband mo on coming to AU. I wish you all the best. :D

Yes its really ideal po yung PR dito sa SG at madaming nangangarap makuha po inlcuding us hehe.. but sa mga na notice po namin this past recent years, ideal po sya po for young professionals and newly couple po.

We known PR and even Citizens are migrated to AU and now became AU citizens at sabi nga.. no turning back. Few reasons are long term benefits, explore more of comfort zone, work life balance and for the future of the kids :-)

    Yeahhh. To each their own.
