Visa 190 and 491

Hello po! Nagsubmit na ko ng EOI for 190. But when I created an account and tried to apply for ROI, wala pong nakalagay na 190/491. Ano po kaya possible reason? Dahil po kaya tapos na yung 2022-23 program? Thank you!

Last day of submitting ROI for VIC this financial year was on May 5. You need to wait for it to be open again after July.

Last day of submitting ROI for VIC this financial year was on May 5. You need to wait for it to be open again after July.

hello po! okay lang po kaya na 1 payslip per year ang maipakita? yung 2019 - 2021 ko kasi nawawala na yung iba pero kumpleto ko po yung 2022 up until 2023 na current month po. thank you!

You can try naman po if wala, then supplement mo na lang ng ibang form of proof kung available. (Tax returns, bank statements, COE with stated employment dates, promotion letters, bonus letters)

Yup, who would have thought, those circa 2011, 2012 etc and up na payslips eh kakailanganin? Buti sininop ko before and dumped in 1 archfile. Laking bagay .

ROI lang naman yan di ba? IDK if certain states do not let you reapply for another ROI for x amount of time (or if they even have that rule in the first place), pero when it comes to visa lodgements hindi yan issue I reckon. Kasi the only thing they ask sa visa lodging is if you had a visa application get rejected. So kung ROI lang not a problem.

These 2 stages are different. ROI does not even involve an application and somehow confusing why it was rejected?

Sorry didn’t understand, so are you applying for highly skilled and talented stream? You mean you meet this criteria:

Be earning a high base salary threshold commensurate with the expectations of the Highly Skilled and Talented stream (at least $80,000 per annum) and working full time (at least 30 hours per week or 60 hours per fortnight)

No. This requirement will be implemented from July, in the new Migration year. If your was granted prior to the changes then it won’t be applicable for you.

And if manghingi po si DHA ng evidence ng address, employer, etc., binibigay na lang po ba ni client sa inyo then kayo po magssubmit or si client na nagsesend directly kay DHA?

Yung agent po makakareceive ng notification if DHA asks for additional information/documents then sila rin po magsusubmit. Yung account po kasi ni agent yung gamit when they submitted your application so everything will go through the agent po

Good morning po any updates for your applications the weeks?
Today's the 4th month of my submission, still no updates.. hoping soon maigalaw na nila DHA ang baso XD
