depends entirely on factors such as invite rounds or state requirements. Minsan only certain occupations get invited, other times scores ang difference. There's no way to know how long ang hintay til mainvite. You could wait for weeks or months. Just submit an EOI and hope for the best

Pwede pa kaya makapag pasa ng eoi ngaun? Sa SA sana o NSW. Cno pong welder/boilermaker dito? Naririnig ko mbilis ma invite s VIC. Kaya lng kasi malamig dun😁 galing n kasi ako dun. Andito ako ngaun s queensland.

Pwede naman. Wala namang ROI ang NSW and SA, eh. But 'di pa open ang state nominations for the new fiscal year so nakapila lang ang EOI mo for now.

Wala bang pathway for your profession sa Queensland? Not sure lang if you being there has any bearing, but I would think so since the state would likely want to keep you there. 😀

Meron nmn po. Naka 482 po ako ngaun. Pero gusto ko sana mag try mag sariling lodge. At ang mga nababasa ko ay 190 at 189 nacheck ko ung points ko 65 sa 190 at 60 nmn s 189. Hahaha sayang ung 189 hindi umabot.

You can check the individual websites from each State. They usually publish reports of the recent invitation rounds.

Priority points are not applicable to 190 and 491 (regional sponsored)….it all depends on the selection criteria of the state. Although it’s always safe to aim for the highest points possible, do bear in mind that points claimed won’t be the be all and end all.

yep, really depends on state requirements talaga. pero sa dami ng nag aapply sa NSW, mas okay pa din na magstandout from the crowd by having relatively higher points (and make sure compliant sa state requirements like being onshore / offshore for 6 months prior to invite for NSW)

That’s correct. My thinking hat as an agent upon initial consultation with a client is to exhaust all possible points to be claimed….but at the end of the day, one shouldn’t be too disheartened with whatever points he/she ends up with. Meeting the minimum eligibility points is all it takes to give you hope. As long as you have 65 points, there’s always a chance - especially during the current migration program year and likely for the coming one from next month. I’ve seen cases progressed with just 65 points and with only competitive English. I always tell clients, just do whatever you can control within your hands and the rest, let fate lead you to where you’re meant to go.

1.) sa 190, ano pag snabing pre invite? eto ba ung time na mag papasa ka roi? o yung roi snsabay na sya pag magsubmit ka ng eoi per state?

2.) anong states ung may roi bukod sa victoria?

3.) need din roi sa 491?

I believe ACT changed it last FY so applicants wouldn't need a job offer though it would add to your matrix score. Not sure if this will change this FY. Important to note that state nomination guidelines are subject to change per the state's discretion, so best to consult and check the state websites directly. For ACT, it's https://www.act.gov.au/migration/skilled-migrants/act-government-process/act-nomination-process.

Hi. Just wanted to ask for those anyone na may experience na sa ganitong situation.

I am currently waiting for my 190 NSW grant. Would there be any impact sa citizenship if I move to another state right after the grant to be with my relatives?

When I read the state nomination approval, it says there na I am required to commit for 2 years.

Any thoughts on this?
