Sequence po tlaga sya:
1) Speaking
2) Writing
3) Reading
4) Listening

Sa speaking lang yung part na maingay(tas sa few sections din ng writing, if ikaw yung naunang napasok, since d patapos yung iba sa speaking module) imagine, sa isang room(around 30-35sqm), tas 10-12 persons sabay-sabay mag salita. Kaya may advantage talga if ikaw yung 1st, if not 2nd person na maka pasok sa room.

I impulsively decided to take PTE last July 7 (9:00am) after 3 hours I got my results!
90/90/90/88 and 90 overall!
Didn't expect that I would score that high since I only studied for less than a day.

All I did was binge watched Jimmyssem videos and took a few APEUni test and that was it!

Thanks po. So this is applicable sa lahat ng may mga recording. I think dito ung biggest mistake ko sa exam. Inaantay makita ung recorded na status e 😭

Hello. Thank you for the tips sa thread na 'to. I just got my score report today (superior English). Exam ko last July 14 sa ACE Testing HUB, IT Park, Cebu City. Ako lang mag-isa sa 3:45 PM time slot, there were 9 examinees the slot before ko. One week ang preparation time ko. I spent more time practicing Repeat Sentence compared sa Reading and Writing questions kaya lower 'yong scores ko sa part na 'yon. Sa essay ako nahirapan because for the whole prep week, I only made 1 essay HAHA. I suggest na i-balance nalang talaga practicing all 4 bands.

tanong ko lang po anong strategy ginawa mo sa speaking and listening (RS, DI, RL, SST and WFD). Planning to take my exam this end of July. Thank you

May sequence yung exam test types. You must study and learn each test types para less focus ka na on trying to figure out anong test type.

Less rattle at kalmado ka pag kabisado mo yung exam types.

hi po! ask ko lang for PTE academic, kapag nagbbook ng test sa website, yung middle name po ba ay yung mothers maiden surname? May nabasa po kasi ako na sa western countries middle name ay yung additional/secondary name nila.

Any tips for speaking? Nilakasan nyo ba yung boses nyo? I took the test last friday and unfortunately, I didn’t get my desired superior score.

Given my score below, I think mababa/sakto lang yung RA ko and di niya nahatak niya yung reading? What do you guys think?

Sakto lang yung boses. For reading, madaming tasks ang nag co-contribute sa reading score like R&W FIB, RA, SWT, HIW, RFIB, ROP. Hope this helps!

Isa isahin mo tests involving reading. Ako when i did apeuni practices i realized hirap pala ako sa pag reorder ng paragraphs. Hehehe Share ko lang.

Hi sa mga naka take na, naapektuhan ba ang scoring sa background noise especially madami kayo nagttake? I practiced using my regular headset (did not turn on the noise cancellation) and just played a background noise sa actual PTE exam centre settings sa youtube, nakkacatch yong background noise so I got lower scores compared without playing the background noise lol.

Based on my experience, maingay talaga sa PTE exam center at nakakadistract yung ingay but I still got 90. So it’s good na mag practice with the bg noise. Saan ka ngppractice? I used ape uni dati and got low scores too pag maingay sa bg.

APEUni din. Nag try ako with and without bg noise. Sobrang laki ng difference sa scoring. So asking if hindi ba nakakacapture sa headset bg noise na pweding reason ng low score.

Any tips po for RS? Nabubulol ako haha

Nabubulol din ako!! Hahaha ng practice ang tongue twister tbh.

Nakita ko sa yt na yung isa sa mga criteria is to repeat at least yung 50% sentence, then yo good! Pag nabulol or ng ppause, just compose yourself again. dont let it discourage you. I know it’s easier said than done pero you got thiiis! Iba yng grading ng ape uni at ng doon sa test center. Mas lenient sa pte center.

i have seen in other platforms na if isang section na lang ang kulang to make it superior , pwede mo itake ang isang module na lang ? Dito ba sa PTE yun or sa IELTS? nag halo na yata ang info , can someone clarify po , baka makatulong.

I think hindi naman masyadong nag ma-matter yung ASQ. Mas better mag focus sa RA, RS, DI and RL. Pero baka hindi niya rin siguro alam hahaha

Anong tricks gamit niyo sa FIB-RW, FIB-R, and RO? Sa mga samples ni Jimmyssem & Anusha sobrang dali lang pero sa APEUni sobrang hirap.

Sa speaking never nagmamatter ang content, it's always on delivery. Kahit ganyan sabihin mo magkakaroon ka pa rin ng score, same logic on all other speaking subtests. Delivery matters more than accuracy.
