Hello po sa lahat. Question po regarding sa application ng Aussie passport. Ok lang ba mag apply kagad nito after ng ceremony, say the following day? And normally how many days bago mo mareceive ito? Salamat po.

My partner tried applying the next day after ceremony but there was a portion in the online application that citizenship details will need to be verified. While it was possible to proceed with the application even if verification failed he did not risk it. Maybe it took a while for the Council to transmit the attendance list and for the passport office to input them to their system. It was already on the 3rd day after the ceremony that verification came through and proceeded with the application.
Processing and shipping of the passport was fast though, it arrived after a week.

yes you can. I did it right after the ceremony but I used paper form application. kasi kapag online you need to wait I think 10 days para mag reflect yung citizenship # na need para maka proceed ka.

Hi po. Anyone here po na naghihintay la rin ng approval? Test/interview po is 30 June 2023. Kasabay ko po yung asawa ko at siya ay nakakuha na ng approval noong July 15. Thank you

Hello po, About overseas penal clearance certificate in citizenship application.. NBI clearance po ba ito from Ph? and or police clearance from a country you resided for more than a year? thanks

Cancelled na passport mo once nag pledge ka na. 1yr ka pwede mag stay sa pinas in Aussie passport.

Is it ok to apply for AU passport with an expired PH passport (my son's)? finally got our ceremony invite for this month, but not planning to renew my son's PH passport that expired early this year.

I do not exactly know but I have read in other forums that they did not have problem with using an expired passport in their applications.

Finally got an invite for oath taking scheduled end of August. Citizenship exam/approval - Dec

I called home affairs and told them its already 6 months after processing time, which means I now belong to the 2% processing time. I asked them if there's anything wrong with my papers. They said they made a follow up and dont call council. I got an invite via email a few days later.

In the citizenship appointment letter, it notes that you can reschedule online at appointments.homeaffairs.gov.au
