Sa mga granted recently, gaano po katagal usually yung expected date entry sa visa na binibigay?

AFAIK iba ang assessing body ng IA. Kung gusto siguro nya magpa assess sya both sa CPAA and VETASSESS para mas mataas ang chance for invite hahahaha

di rin lang feasible kung 3 yrs lang IA na exp nya tapos 5 yrs accountant. time and money nanaman mgpa assess.

Hello po, we frontloaded it po since we applied with kids po, its just a consent po na you included them with your application. :-)

Thank you Sir, ang pagkakaintindi kasi namin for non accompanying parent lang sya, di din kami nirequire ng Agent namin, anyway magsubmit na din po kami agad.

Hello, from grant to first entry, usually 1 yr.

Yes, Form 1229 is required for a child below 18 years old before being granted a visa. We frontloaded also as this is the same as the online declaration form on the last part of your e-lodgement application. This aims to protect the child's interest and ensure that DHA meets its international obligations stipulated in the Privacy Notice 1442i. Since issuing a Visa to applicants requires collection, use, disclosure, etc., of your child's sensitive information, signing the form means that the department may disclose personal information to and collect information from you, i.e., as legal parents or guardians (under IGOC Act). The term "non-accompanying" means person/s other than or who has been nominated by the lawful parent/s (Form 1257). Submit it, and don't forget to attach your child's birth certificate and your passport with your signature. Goodluck!

Hello Sir, kamusta po uli! Thanks sa input, may instances kasi na di sya hinanap sa ibang Applicants. We are wondering kung minalas lang kami sa CO. Anyways, we have already provided our son's BC and our Passports were already submitted.

Question po. Nag lodge po kmi ng PR last month. Sponsored po ng company kasi 482 visa po ako. Ngaun po pinag assessment yung bunso ko 4yrs old hanggang ngaun kasi hindi p sya nag sasalita. Sa mga nabasa ko s forum/threads possible na ma denied ung application na for PR. Ang tanong ko po damay po ba kming mag asawa pag na denied ung anak nmin? Thank you

Just create another immi account and import your existing application to the new immi account.

Kailan kaya magpapaulan ng grants na. Ako na din mismo ung naiinip para sa mga Nov/Dec 2022 na nag lodge. Haha

True! Pinakamahirap na phase pala ang pagiintay haha. Mag 5 mos lodged na din kami this October 5, dami pa din 2021/2022 backlogs. We got CO Contact/S56 last week, who knows gaano uli katagal intayan.

Not sure on 482 but sa 189/190 possible na mdeny. if they find something really serious. They might require additional assessment. But case to case nman dn kasi not all case are the same. Possible dn na they make you sign a waiver on health condition. Bottomline lang is they want to make sure na ndi kyo mgging burden sa healthcare system.

Anyone here waiting for grant since last year? 1-year lang ung validity ng medical exam. If lalagpas ng one year before nila ma-review ung application, would they require ba a new health exam ulit?

Accountant (General) VIC190, lodged Dec. 15, 2022. Medyo nakaka-anxiety maghintay ng grant haha

Not me but I know other members here are also waiting for grants for their applications lodged last year, late Ber months. And yes, when your medical expires, they’ll likely request for a new one. Not sure if may case na where they accepted an expired medical, but I’d just redo if wala pang grant closer to expiration date.

Police clearance also has a 12-month validity.

may nakapag try na ba sa inyong mag upload ng renewed PCC sa ImmiAccount na Received status pa rin kahit walang pang S56 request from CO? iniisip ko lang unahan na ang CO para wala nang contact contact sa december na kasi mag eexpire mga police clearance ko.

Ako po nag-expire NBI Clearance ko a month ago, 2023 Aug 25. 2 weeks before nag-expire nag-upload na ako ng bago.

PTE (any approved English Exams) and Skills Assessment are already locked once you lodged your visa. No need to renew it. Medical and Police Clearance are normally have expiration date and may or may not requested by DHA before granting your PR.

May mga nakaranas din po ba dito ng "Further Assessment" status and ilang months po kaya ung possible grant from here? Thank you po sa mga sasagot!
